Wonderful Experience in a Prime Location
This hotel is a great bonus when you want to be near many cool things. I loved that it was close to Union Station, attractions and Coors Field. The convenience of hoping on a train to the Airport at a very reasonable price was an unexpected bonus. I will say I can't afford to splurge like this all the time, however I enjoyed every minute. I like the eco-friendly options as well. I would totally go back!

Made My Work Trip Exceptionally Comfortable
This hotel is SO nice and very convenient in relation to my office, so I was able to walk to/from work. Every staff member, from reception, to housekeeping/maintenance, and the Ajax employees, were so helpful and made my stay exceptional. I'd particularly like to shout out Jacob at reception! He was my first & last point of contact and made everything so easy, which was nice in getting the lay of the land in a new place. This was my first time at the Limelight but I'll definitely be back when I come into town for work in the future.

Poor Customer Service
Upsetting to find out about the obscene charges made on my credit card after check out for consuming items (chips, cookies, etc) in the room that didn't have prices listed anywhere. Very deceiving about what's complimentary and not. No response about price transparency when inquired about it afterwards. Great location but wouldn't recommend because of customer service.
