Clean rooms, nicely decorated hotel
Great location, clean rooms, well designed hotel. We have stayed here twice. On my most recent stay, housekeeping came by twice WELL before the noon checkout, even entering the room while I was presenting on a work call, if checkout is noon I’m not sure why they’re entering the room at 10 am. The person at the front desk in the morning was friendly.

Comfort and class
This is hands down a fantastic hotel, and I’m so thankful I stayed here. My room was pristine, incredibly comfortable, and had thoughtful amenities that I actually used, including an in-room yoga mat and a small humidifier. The humidifier was a lifesaver overnight since I’m not used to Colorado’s very dry air. I also can’t say enough about how much I appreciated the water station in the hallway and the reusable carafe provided in the room. It was so convenient not having to constantly buy bottled water, especially in Colorado’s hot, dry climate where staying well hydrated is so important. The location was perfect, especially for using public transportation. The area immediately around the hotel felt clean and safe, Union Station is right outside, and there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. I was able to use Union Station easily for transportation to and from the airport, as well as for a day trip to Boulder. Between the comfort, thoughtful amenities, convenient location, and easy access to transportation, this has become one of my favorite hotels. I would absolutely stay here again!

Spectacular
The room and the view were absolutely lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the showers were great. I only wished I had somewhere to take my leftovers when I couldn't quite finish dinner.

Hard to sleep.
Lumpy beds I stayed at this hotel when it was the Born, owed by Kimpton...better beds. Staff was friendly and clean. Pillows were lumpy too.
