Josh and Brandon on the beach were great!!
Josh and Brandon were absolutely great!! They were so helpful on the beach! Not only that but they gave us great recommendations for places to go in the evenings when we weren’t on the beach. They were so helpful and even remembered our names. 10/10 totally recommend!!!

Beware: Your items will be stolen
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. During my stay, housekeeping threw away thousands of dollars worth of my clothing. The hotel admitted that the items were discarded, but claimed they were not stolen. Regardless of how they frame it, the result is the same, my belongings are gone. What makes this even more concerning is the timeline. There was only about a two-hour window between me checking out, calling the hotel, and being told my belongings had already been “thrown away.” It is incredibly hard to believe that items of that value were permanently disposed of that quickly, with no opportunity to recover them. Their solution? Offering to take 3 nights off my 9-night stay. That doesn’t even begin to cover the value of what was lost. It felt dismissive and completely out of touch with the situation. I also found Laura, the general manager, to be unhelpful and lacking any real sense of urgency or accountability. There was no meaningful effort to resolve this or make it right. I cannot believe a hotel of this caliber would allow something like this to happen, let alone handle it so poorly. Between the loss of personal property and the lack of proper customer service, I would not recommend staying here.

Easy and Excellent Vacation
Just finished up another excellent trip to the Henderson Beach Resort. Our whole family loves HBR-it's just an easy place to have a lovely experience. The beach (get chairs), the pool, spa and rooftop bar are some of our favorites. Want to recognize Endi at the pool-dude was hustling to make everyone happy! We will be back soon.
