Best thing - beach and pool area although if you any mobility problems not the best place to come. I walk with a stick - I'm up 4 flights of stairs ! Rooms v dated. Bathrooms so old I'd rather not take a bath. Meant to be 5 star. No way. 3 star on a good day. WiFi good and AC v effective but I won't be back. Very disappointed.

I really enjoyed my time at Diani Reef. The location is perfect … right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to nearby spots. Watching the sunrise each morning was truly beautiful. The pool is lovely, and the wide stretch of beach and reef makes the place feel open and peaceful. I also liked how lively the beach got during the day with different activities .. it was fun to see, without being overwhelming. The room was okay and the AC worked well, which made the stay comfortable enough. The only real downside was the food, I think it could use more flavor and variety. Still, it was a relaxing stay

The hotel has not been refurbished since it was built . The rooms are very outdated and furniture is very old. The taps in the bathroom had rust on them. We did not have any hot water for 3 days and the rest of the days only Luke warm water. In the swimming pool which was open the tiles were coming off. It’s a 3 star hotel . The staff were very good and friendly and trying their best to run the cripple hotel. We had ordered ham sandwiches and got salami sandwiches.
