The whole place looks old and really needs to be updated, both inside and outside. The staff was really nice and did theyr best, but with poor management it's absolutely not a 5 star hotel. We were 5 friends with a lot of travel experiences and we will never go back to Diani Reef.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I’d like to give a special mention to a young gentleman and woman named Joel and purity who works at the restaurant. Joel was exceptionally courteous and professional—an absolute asset to the team. His dedication and genuine interest in improving the business were clearly evident. I’m sincerely grateful to him and the rest of the staff for making my stay so pleasant.

I really wonder How they are surviving with such pathetic service!!... Reached at 3.10pm and room allocated at 4.30pm... the joke is, the checkout time is 10AM... so how come they are taking so much time to allocate room????. (i heard same story from many other guests) Pathetic food. Being Indian vegetarian, there was hardly that was available for breakfast and meals. Staff was not so maotivated and everything takes much longer time... Will not come next time even if given free.. Was staying at Junior Suites but apart from large room, nothing was good. the Jaccuzi was not operational. AVOID.
