Had an awesome experience during my 4 days stay. Proper housekeeping, soothing music in the evening both at the bar & all restaurants.

Lost personal items and still chasing hotel 10days later. Hotel undertook to dispatch my travel iron wrongly picked from room by housekeeping to my address. This remains a far cry, they won't return calls and when I call through they seem to still be checking....arrrgh. Why? The place is run down, facilities are mouldy and rusted. Couldn't change rooms even with a broken door, they advised safe since access was only activated by the key/card. Sigh!

On the positives, the staff are very friendly and try hard. They did their best for me, and gave me a late check out, but I'm afraid that's where it ends. The food is adequate, but no more. Buffet very limited, especially as regards the cold dishes/starters. This place is desperately run down. Broken beach beds, ripped mattresses, only luke warm water in the rooms...I could go on. I suspect that whoever owns this property is milking it for every last dollar, before closing down. It's a shame, because 5 years ago it was a nice place to stay.

I rated my expirience 55 because service food the whole packet is great , expecially one service guy named Abdalla big one and another one named Victor by the pool bar . They are the best service ever that you can get . Only things that is a little bit annoying is beach boys , but you get use to it after 2-3 days .
