A good place to stay, with a lovely beach, lovely food and very friendly staff. The rooms need a little renovations though, but they aren't very bad, just a little upgrade.

We had a good stay in your hotel and such a wonderful experience with the hotel’s animation team! They are incredibly talented, always smiling, and genuinely kind to everyone. Every show left us with a big smile on our faces, their energy, cheerfulness, and passion truly made our stay at the hotel fun, joyful, and deeply relaxing. A special mention goes to Michael, who is an extraordinary dancer and his passion shines every time he performs. What meant even more to us was that he didn’t just dance for us, he dance with us, patiently teaching us few steps and sharing his joy so naturally. Please look after this team — they proudly represent your hotel and make a real difference to guests’ experiences 🌟🌟🌟

We have stayed here for 7 days, all inclusive (full bord). The hotel needs upgrades regarding the rooms (old and used-up furniture), especially in the bathrooms (very old and rusted amenities - sink batteris, showers, wood dors etc). There was no hairdryer in the room. The beach towels were old & torn, the beach lounge sofas were also in bad shape (the stufing was coming out). ...definetly not a 4* quality anymore. The staff was friendly but very very slow in bringin your order, so come here with a lot of patience. The best point of the hotel was the food - very good, diverse, with enough selection for both meat/vegetable options. At evey meal we had also 3 selections of fruits and some cakes. A bit disapointed were the fruit juices, not the best. Every day they had some program at the pool. At 4pm they offer a "snack" (cakes, tea, coffee). Every evening they had an evening attraction (acrobats, bands etc) *consider a budget for tips If you do not have lunch in your initial reservation, you can order an 'a la carte' lunch (from their restaurant menu) or 'buy' the buffet-lunch (20$ per day). Consider that outside the resort are not really other options for buying food. Is a good place to enjoy the sun and perfect water, but not at 4* rank quality.

The place is tired and lacks a lot of things you usually get at other hotels. No sun umbrellas around the pool area they rely on the trees for shade. The waiter service is poor there too as you have to seek out a waiter and then it takes ages for food to arrive. At breakfast the bacon is kept hidden away and you have to ask for it whilst everything else is self service. Items run out and aren’t replaced. In the room all the water in the shower and sink is salt water I will not be staying again
