I have a nice experience in Djibouti Palace Kempinski.
For the time i call Djibouti place kempinski to inform a information about iftar and dinner. When i call the hôtel i was very appreciate the hotel operator. Mr Fouad voice was very professionnel i give me all the informations that i need After thé reachead Mr Fouad and i thank to him for his job and his professionalisme. At reception i see also and meet Mr Hassan for his welcome. Djibouti Palace Kempinski team was very professionnall and smiling. Great Job.

Wonderful Experience
I had a wonderful stay at Djibouti Palace Kempinski. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service throughout was excellent. A special thank you to the Night Manager for the outstanding service and professionalism. His attention to detail and dedication truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

superb Hotel in Djibouti
i have stayed there for 4 weeks of work and just can recomend this hotel, the rooms and suits are up to date but still have a african flair. The all over service is friendly, fast and reliable. During my stay i not only tried the delicious hotel buffets (breakfast, lunch, dinner) due to in the hotel there are also some other resturants where there is served also very delicious meals. At least i tried the privat dining at the room ;) .... nothing to ad during my stay i had so many possibilities to eat that i not got tiered of same meals after the time.... The hotel at all is very clean in and outside. Two pool areas are available, one (spa) for more chilling and the "party" pool for having fun, drinking some cocktails with music. As addition there will be a long pier available soon, it is still under construction but already now you can talk a walk on it. I enjoyed my stay at Kempinski despite work!! Thanks to the whole Kempinski Team!

Poor customer service
Crew Deka & Abakar gave a very bad service to me and my friends during our dining in the italian restaurant. We are very unhappy with the way we were treated. Totally zero customer service!
