Amazing hotel, lovely staff and tasty food

I had an unforgettable experience staying here for 3 days while celebrating my birthday. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. They went above and beyond to help me with so many things they didn’t have to, simply out of genuine kindness. Because of this, they created such a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. It really felt like home for those three days. Special thanks to Aya, Mohamad, Hajar, and Nada for making this experience so memorable.

I had a reservation on 3 April at the Fairmont Hotel, where I booked 12 rooms, including 4 suites, for my wedding guests and family. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to “ Ms. Nada “ at the reception. She went above and beyond to support us during a very important occasion. She made a genuine effort to ensure that our family rooms were arranged on the same floor, and she personally tried her best to place all of my wedding guest on the 8 floor, which made the entire experience much smoother for us. She was extremely kind, professional, easy to deal with, and truly willing to help. Honestly, she was the best staff member we interacted with during our stay, and her positive attitude made a real difference in keeping me calm and happy during a very busy wedding period. The hotel itself was very clean and well-organized, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, there were some minor observations regarding room service, which could be improved in terms of responsiveness and consistency. That said, Nada’s exceptional service was the highlight of our experience, and she played a big role in making our wedding stay a happy and memorable one. Our experience was absolutely exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming especially Valencia and the greek gorgeous lady from Vaya, Aya from reception, Mr. Randy from concierge, the in-room dining team as well as the guys at the indoor and outdoor pools, the Lebanese bellboy along with the entire team we met, no exception! The food was so yummy and the buffet in Vaya was delicious, particularly the breakfast, and everything was spotless. The room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed thanks to the attentive housekeeping. Thank you for the thoughtful slice of cake, you made our 1st wedding anniversary truly unforgettable.
