Everything was wonderful! We stayed for 7 nights and truly enjoyed our time. The suite was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the balcony was very spacious. The food was delicious, and the kids club was excellent, especially Nay, who was so kind and great with the children. The indoor pool was large and nice, but the air conditioning was too cold, so my kids would get very cold quickly. The outdoor pool was a bit small, and the only downside was the shisha smell nearby. However, they kindly allowed us to use the Raffles pool, which was beautiful, peaceful, and much more relaxing. We visited during Eid, so with the holiday crowd, small mistakes are understandable, but the staff were always quick to solve any issue and make us happy. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come again.
