Great place. Very nice hotel. I spent 4 days with the family, and also for business. Staff is amazing, but can not offset many hotel process issues. There are very limited check-ins, and people are not empowered to do anything in the lounge. Lounge restricted to adults only when dinner food is served (you can not bring your children... as officially alcohol is served during this 2-hour window). Even as a Diamond Accor holder, you can not enter without paying... Finally, the hotel charged my card at checkout without my approval, officially to help me check out faster. But I disagreed with the final bill and am still waiting for an amended version and a response from management after 10 days. Never saw this quagmire in 33 years of travelling worldwide. Meaning a failure of general management,

Absolutely amazed at the service provided all round with regards to my stay, the Fairmont Team helped me with any queries I had and also the laundry service, Abdullah Al Mamun expedited the service of my clothes within 2 hours of collecting them I cannot be more thankful for the treatment and hospitality I have recieved, anytime I revisit Doha I will without a doubt always remain with Fairmont Hotel I would also like to mention Hussein at the Front Office who made my whole trip even better by upgrading me into one of the best rooms the hotel has! As my first meeting with any Fairmont Staff was with him; My birthday was made to be a memorable one as a cake was brought up on the day of my birthday to wish me a happy birthday! The small things make the big differences and this hotel is definitely something special, I recommend everyone to visit and stay with Fairmont Doha.

Mamun was a good guy always smiling and he did a good job and was very fast serving , and the cloth smell very good and very clean
