Beautiful clean and big room. The swimming pool was big and clean. The hotel service is good. Always clean. Services were was good. Sulaimans service was brilliant and was always happy to help

We visited Provok in the Fairmont Hotel as a group of 30 work colleagues to say farewell to one of our friends. We booked the Friday Brunch and were given the exclusive use of an area of the venue on the 33rd floor that had its own private balcony for us to enjoy the spectacular views. The Brunch was reasonably priced by Doha standards and was certainly worth the money as the Asian themed food was delicious and the beverages free-flowing. The venue has to be one of the most iconic in Doha, with the restaurant at the top of one of the 2 towers that make up the Fairmont and Raffles Hotels within Katara Towers. The views from the restaurant balcony are breathtaking and inside the restaurant has been very tastefully fitted out. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Particular mention must go to Mr Sandun who helped me organise the event and was available on What’s App to discuss any detail points. Our servers on the day were Kiki and Sukrob, and for a many of us the star was Emmanuel who made sure no one had an empty glass. I’ve no hesitation in recommending this venue for a Brunch or just a drink on an evening whilst you enjoy the view. Thank you to all the staff who made such an entertaining afternoon possible!

I recently stayed at the Fairmont Doha and it was a truly amazing experience. From the moment we arrived till we left, our stay was handled with great hospitality and the service was outstanding. The concierge teams level of care and attention was what really made this hotel stand out, even though the hotels gorgeous architecture, exquisite rooms or facilities, and variety of dining options are deserving of recognition. When we arrived in Doha, our luggage and valuables didn’t arrive with us. When we checked into the hotel and told the concierge of our problem. They proactively helped us with incredible thoroughness and great reassurance. For 3 days with no luggage we became increasingly worried about our luggage situation. We constantly enquired about updates on our luggage. With the help of the concierge, who were able to liaise and contact the airport and airline we finally managed to retrieve all of our luggage and valuables. The concierge was a huge part in helping us get our luggage back together, they were effective and sympathetic to our situation. They also recommended local shopping areas in the meanwhile if we needed to get some clothes and other necessities. Furthermore, the hotel itself was kitted out with so many amenities and basic necessities we didn’t really need to buy much. Again, simply communicating with the concierge they were also able to supply us with complimentary extras we may have needed. The concierge team and the hotel staff delivered request after request very efficiently. We also chose to include the breakfast option to our stay. This was definitely worth it as we could arrive roughly between 7-11 and be seated down within minutes however, around 10am is the busy time when most people come at once so it does take a little longer to get a table. The breakfast options were endless serving countless breakfast cuisines. The variety of the breakfast options included all types of exotic fruits, açai bowls, hot foods, countless types of pastries and so much more. I was really impressed not just by the wide variety of breakfast options but how delicious everything was. Randy, Marko, Amine are just some of the wonderful employees part of the team who helped us with any concern and provided us with great suggestions. The whole team of employees at the Fairmont Doha deserved credit from the doormen who would always friendly greet you, to the porters, to the security team and many others. We were also told that some facilities were closed due to maintenance for example, the main pool was closed. However, the hotel reassured we could have access to other parts of the hotel and we could even go next door to the Raffles and use some of their facilities. Overall, the Fairmont Doha hotel is a luxury stay, complete with great staff who are very welcoming and ensure you have a comfortable experience. The hotel is marvellous in its decor, entertainment especially for those with young children. Their dedication to making sure our trip was special was evident in every interaction and every part of the hotel was truly beautiful. The room itself was a statement piece, it had great views from the balcony and each part of the room was immaculate. The regular housekeeping consistently ensured a clean and comfortable environment.

Amazing place to be. The staff is very respectful and welcoming. Everybody is exceptional- I wish I can name all but Isaac and Suleman were incredible in assisting my wife and I. I hope the management of Fairmont hotel continue to recognize their contribution to the success of this beautiful hotel. Must visit.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Fairmont. The food was top tier and service from start to finish has been so pleasant. Sulaiman always gave a warm welcome and helped where needed. The breakfast is so filling you are spoilt for choice and the food is always fresh! No complaints at all
