I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the exceptional team at Fairmont Doha, especially Ashutosh and his wonderful team. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and truly world-class. Ashutosh demonstrated outstanding professionalism, genuine care, and remarkable attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless and memorable. His leadership clearly reflects in the dedication, efficiency, and positive attitude of his entire team. The hospitality we experienced went beyond expectations — thoughtful, personalized, and delivered with sincere kindness. It truly made our stay special. I wrote this feedback after several visits with same welcoming and dealing. Thank you to Ashutosh and the entire team for creating such an outstanding experience. We look forward to returning soon!

Had a lovely stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful through out our stay. The breakfast spread is something you should not miss. Goes without saying the architecture is just beyond words and amazing views of the sea! A totally must visit!

We had a memorable stay at Fairmont Doha , yesterday, we celebrate our wedding anniversary and my son’s 7th birthday. I love the hotel the first time you enter inside you will feel the amazing smell and the luxurious atmosphere vibes . The room was perfect and wonderful instagram able and breathtaking ambience .we get the beauty raffles view. We enjoyed every single day ! we tried all the pool outdoors and indoors Spa jacuzzi and steam room was relaxing - and We order dinner and breakfast in room service- the food is 10/10. And the room service staffs are nice. The best hospitality ever! All of the staffs are too nice and welcoming very polite! I met Mr Randy on the Conceirge department his too helpful and professional is a Gem! Mr Marco who is accommodating and attentive. Appreciated your help you are one of the best . It has been the third time we came in Doha, and we already established our headquarters at Fairmont Doha, Lusail Katara Towers ! The friendliness of THE WHOLE STAFF ( from receptionists, through concierge, bell boys, room service, in-dining, I mean everybody ) is commited in making their customers happy in all circumstances and satisfying their questions/inquiries with a natural smile and goodwill. Nowadays, this attitude is so rare and therefore very praised. We are really gratefull to Mr Steele having gathered such a fantastic team around him, making this hotel, without a single doubt, a real GEM.

This hotel is absolutely magnificent in every single aspect. We had originally booked a Grand Suite with a sea view, and upon check-in, we were offered an upgrade. We initially thought the upgrade was USD $300, but it was actually QAR 300—a wonderful surprise upon check-out. Our suite was spectacular, truly the size of a house. It is perfect for families or for more than two people traveling together. The suite featured a steam shower, a beautiful bathtub with ocean views, and a spacious balcony. I highly recommend booking the “Gold Benefit,” as it provides access to a private pool, which is far more exclusive and peaceful, as well as access to the Gold Lounge for daily happy hour with complimentary food and drinks. There is a fantastic restaurant on the top floor, while the rooftop bar is located on the other side of the hotel and requires a reservation. Be sure to visit the concierge in advance to secure your reservation. Hotel guests are not required to present identification; however, if you are accompanied by a guest who is not staying at the hotel, they will be required to present a passport. Please note that due to local regulations, alcoholic beverages must be ordered with food at all times, whether during the day or at the pool. I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel. It was truly an exceptional experience.
