However, what truly sets this property apart is its people. Sulimen at the front of house is an absolute legend. His professionalism, warmth, and effortless charm immediately make you feel at home. No request is ever too much trouble, and he has that rare quality of anticipating what you need before you even ask. He is a true credit to the Fairmont name — the kind of person who turns a great stay into an unforgettable one. Saad from Morocco also deserves the highest praise. His welcoming smile and impeccable attention to detail reflect genuine hospitality at its finest. Whether helping with directions, luggage, or simply checking in on my comfort, Saad’s kindness and enthusiasm shine through every interaction. Equally impressive was the standard of housekeeping, which was flawless throughout my stay. Every day, my room was left spotless, perfectly arranged, and refreshed with thoughtful touches that made returning to it feel like a retreat. In a city renowned for its hospitality, the Fairmont Doha still manages to stand out. The combination of stunning design, world-class amenities, and an exceptional team led by people like Sulimen and Saad makes this hotel truly one of a kind. I’ll certainly be returning — and recommending it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Doha.

Irecently got given the opportunity to use the laundry service at Fairmont and I was thoroughly impressed with the work they put in. My clothes were pressed perfectly and the staff were really helpful! - especially Abdullah Al Mamun. I would definitely return to this hotel and continue to use this laundry service. Thank you for being very good to us!!

Stunning hotel, clean, amazing staff food excellent, for us the exception came with the pool and staff, there efficiency attention to detail and hospitality was second to none, I honestly believe Amhad is physic he brought drinks,clean towels, pillows before we realized we needed them. Housekeeping again wonderful attentions to detail. We just had the best time nothing is any hassle the hotel is a credit to all its staff, Doha is a wonder to beheld ❤️ definitely be back and to the Fairmont.

My stay at Fairmont has been amazing the service has been impeccable from the staff. The top thing for me was sulamain. He welcomed us with a big smile and good energy and vibes for our honeymoon. He always is ready for a chat and will help you at any time with the most happiest face.
