Sulaiman was very friendly, always has a smile on his face. He was very welcoming and we always felt very comfortable to approach him. He has made our experience worthwhile.

the stay was amazing, and we have too much fun especially the property has a garden outside where the atmosphere is unbelievable. the staff were friendly and helpful, and I want to thank Said from the concierge who helped a lot during the stay each and every time with a smile.

Wow. This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. We were upgraded to the Shanghai suite and it was lovely. The staff were all superb and in room breakfast put most 5 star hotels restaurant breakfasts to shame. The fairmont gold pool was fantastic, and the staff were superb, however we were not impressed with the lounge as even though we had club lounge rooms we were asked to leave as some of our party were wearing shorts, tailored linen shorts with shirts, however a staff member told us that the gentleman could not show knees, I think it would have been much more professional that either when we were entering the lounge or leaving it to be told of the dress code, rather than party members being asked to leave whilst they were eating. I now understand why it was always empty!! The food offerings also of good quality but not much choice. The main hotel pool was great and the spa which is complimentary for hotel guests, rivals most paid spas. Would highly recommend this hotel. A true 5 star hotel.

I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Ahmed Al-Khatatneh at Fairmont Doha Lusail. Ahmed demonstrated a very high level of professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail. His approach was not only warm and welcoming, but also highly organized and proactive — qualities that reflect strong leadership potential. He handled every interaction with calmness, efficiency, and genuine care, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It is clear that Ahmed represents the values and standards of the Fairmont brand in an excellent way. He is truly an asset to the team, and I strongly believe he deserves recognition and advancement. A perfect example of what outstanding hospitality should look like.

Very impressive building and very lush surroundings, the hotel was very busy due to the holidays but the staff made our experience special, thank you to Mahish Imran from the breakfast team who attended to our needs and went the extra mile to make us happy.
