My friend and I stayed here on as a treat for my birthday and I cannot recommend it enough. I’ve travelled a lot and, living in Doha, I have visited many 5 star resorts and nothing ever compares to the four seasons. It deserves more than 5 stars as it’s a cut above the rest. Before I booked, I visited the reception as I have a voucher and had no idea what it was worth so I popped in to check. Maddelena, the loveliest girl ever, from Italy, checked the amount for me and then proceeded to help me with everything and anything to make my stay lovely. She was personable, sweet and just generally so helpful. At check in, we were given a free upgrade- again thanks to the lovely maddalena, and got a sea view. On entry to the room, it was magical. There is just something very special about the quality of the finishes in the rooms here. At the pool, I’ve never met staff so attentive. Nafeel monitored the sun and whenever our beds grew to be in the shade, he would set us up another one without even being asked. On the actual day on my birthday, he greeted us at the pool with cakes and treats- I didn’t tell him so I’m not sure how he knew. We were constantly brought water, ice creams, nibbles etc, and just made to feel generally special. I realised at night that my charger was broken. One call to reception and of course- the problem was fixed as someone appeared at my door with a selection of chargers to choose from. I forgot to say that my room was decorated with balloons and bday cake to celebrate. Honestly- I don’t have the words to recommend this place enough. I will be back- often- and need to say again that Maddalena and Nafeel are rock stars xx

Very luxurious hotel. Friendly staff. Fantastic spa and excellent breakfast. The food in the beach club could be better though. Very organised private tours. The location by the sea in the city centre is ideal. The room was big with a nice sea view

My family had an amazing time at four seasons Doha. The hotel went above and beyond to meet our needs. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a regret that we hosted a company suhoor at The Four Seasons Hotel. It was so embarrassing that all our invited guests including VIPs, and employees had to experience such bad service and very poor quality of food with our hosted event, this stained our company’s reputation. The experience we had was not the level of service we paid for. The buffet package was QAR 200/- per person but the food in the buffet seems like leftovers, it was not served and presented as expected from a five-star dining restaurant. The quality and taste of the food was bland, it was actually very bad and no taste at all! The sample food presented to us beforehand was way far from the food served on the actual event - not even reached 20% of the quality. The most shameful part was our invited VIP guests instantly commented about the food and the services, it made us feel cheap and as if we were the lowest ranked company that cannot afford to host a decent event – which will never be acceptable! We are a reputable company but unfortunately, we trusted to an unreliable organization like the Four Seasons Hotel, the only mistake we had made. Not only that, their customer service after we raised a complaint was also unbelievably awful coming from a five-star hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel did not fulfill and respect the commitments they had agreed with us. They are not the partner hotel you wished to celebrate a special occasion like this. This is a lesson for our company, I would not wish any companies to experience the same.

It has to be one of the best Four Seasons i have stayed at. From start to finish it was excellent service, great food and friendly staff. Room was large and it also had good in-room dining. The beach area is relaxing and with a western feeeling. The only issue i had was when checking out. The hotel had made a rather large reservation on my card that took up almost all of my limit. They then wanted me to provide another card for payment because they couldnt release the reservation they already had. The limit on my card was enough for what i owed, but this was handed poorly imo. Despite that my stay was pelasant.
