From the moment I arrived at Park Hyatt Doha, I felt gracefully removed from the bustle of Doha . Nestled discreetly on a quiet Msheireb area, this refined property exudes a timeless charm — the kind that reveals itself not in grand gestures, but in quiet elegance. Situated in the heart of Doha, the hotel offers easy access to key attractions, shopping districts, and cultural sites. Whether I wanted to explore the vibrant Souq Waqif, visit the Museum of Islamic Art, or enjoy the Corniche waterfront, everything was just a short drive away. I had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptional service from front office, Mohammed El Gharbi and concierge Ilham. They made me feel welcome and well taken care of. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. Whether it was answering questions, helping with local recommendations, or handling requests quickly and efficiently, their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and seamless experience! P.S. For all the strawberry matcha girlies out there, Toby’s Estate right opposite Park Hyatt is absolutely to die for—best strawberry matcha EVER! Order less sweet. You’re welcome! 😉

First time here for a sushi and robata night. Really great sushi and robata. Excellent view of the Doha especially the Westbay. Shout out to the excellent service of all the staff, especially Mr. Mahaboob. Such a great experience.

Japanese brunch with an amazing view of Doha. Food was good. Love the scallops, sashimi and the main courses kept us coming back for more. Mahaboob was attentive, exceptional service.

I really enjoyed staying at the Park Hyatt Doha. The hotel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful but what made this stay special was the service we received. We were checked in by Anne (I think she is manager). The check in was very smooth and she explained and printed out all the information we needed to know. The F&B team were very accommodating, the detail to attention and the service was exceptional. I would like to especially thank Ranielle for his great service and kindness. Another staff member from restaurant was Tarik who was also very helpful. I would also like to thank the gentleman from entrance Ilham and Bryan and the rest of the team. The spa was very beautiful and I like that there was a ladies gym and spa. The Sora Rooftop was breathtaking, especially during sunset. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
