As all parents, we endeavour our kids happiness. As a mother, I was so emotional and proud to receive a memorable crafted birthday card by Miss Reema from Raffles Kids club . She is determined patient and pay attention to details despite the large number kids inflow. The kids club in Raffles is something very organised and plays a vital role to keep busy parents to have some holiday times. Thank you to the Kids Club team and well managed.

The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the DAILY Afternoon Tea, an experience that transcended the ordinary and ventured into the truly extraordinary. Sophia and Lamia were nothing short of exceptional — gracious, attentive, and possessing an effortless elegance that perfectly mirrored the g of the surroundings. They guided us through each course with warmth and genuine care, ensuring every detail was flawless. Their knowledge, poise, and personal touches transformed what could have been a simple dining occasion into a treasured memory we will carry long after our departure. Equally impressive was the Rooms team, who demonstrated a rare and refined attention to detail throughout our stay. I had a pleasant stay at Raffles Doha, except for one glaring mistake by the hotel. I am writing this review as a warning to guests who book this hotel through their American Express Platinum account. The hotel neglected to put my credit card information on file for room charges when I checked in. As many of you know, one of the benefits of Amex Platinum Fine Hotels booking program is a $100 credit that can be applied toward dining expenses at the hotel. In this case, after eating at the hotel's Alba restaurant, I attempted to charge the bill to my room. The restaurant staff then informed me that the hotel neglected to put my card on file and that I would have to charge the bill to my credit card directly. I did as they asked. Prior to check-out, I informed the hotel front desk about this mistake. Although they then noted my credit card information and assured me that it would be remedied, it was not. I was surprised and a bit taken aback later upon writing to them by email later that the hotel staff refused to correct their mistake when I noticed the full charge of the restaurant meal on my credit card account. This is a blemish on the hotel's reputation for service and failure to account for their own mistakes. Please be warned that you should insist on the hotel keeping your credit card on file for guest charges or risk them not providing you with the full benefits of booking.

I came for a pool day. I would check how windy it is first. Lady when I arrived at the infinity pool was very helpful and waiter called Paul from Kenya was perfect - looked after me but not too much. Definitely worth the experience- lots of photo opps - more people around at weekend I expect.
