I had the best stay at my urban suite 2801 with amazing views and room very spacious, everyone was very welcoming and loving especially Joseph concierge, his professionalism was top notch and any thing I needed answer he was always there and my kids love him too would definitely come back and highly recommend him

This location, property, architecture and staff members operate on the HIGHEST level! This property is over the top and I have nothing but amazing things to say! Loan was my butler and she was so kind, professional and responsive throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will absolutely be returning myself!

We had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at Malaiki restaurant, the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Although we went in Christmas Day it was very relaxed and the even added some complimentary treats due to the festive period. Amazing attention to detail and delicious spread.
