The Ritz-Carlton, Doha

Very good room. Nice lounge with great view. Service in the restaurants is very bad.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Doha was genuinely amazing from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and what impressed us most was the personal touch. From the moment we arrived, they knew our children’s names and made all of us feel welcome and valued. It created a very warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. We stayed in a suite which had a lovely view and plenty of space for the four of us. It made a big difference having the extra room, and we felt very comfortable throughout the stay. The food was excellent, and we especially enjoyed eating at The Tent. The live music in the evenings created a very relaxed atmosphere and made meals there even more enjoyable. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, and you could tell they genuinely cared. Small things they did each day made a big difference and didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily recommend The Ritz-Carlton Doha, especially for families. We would definitely return.

My family and I enjoyed a truly wonderful Ramadan Iftar at The Ritz-Carlton Doha. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, the venue was impeccably clean, and the variety of dishes was impressive and absolutely delicious. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout the evening. A special thanks to Ms. Ikram for her outstanding service, positive attitude, and constant smile. She paid attention to every detail and made our experience even more memorable. I highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Doha for anyone looking to enjoy a remarkable Iftar experience with family.

Dear Ritz-Carlton Doha Team, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the kind invitation to the Suhoor at your magnificent tent, which beautifully combined historical charm, elegant décor, and luxurious ambiance. The buffet was truly outstanding, offering a wide variety of local, Arabic, and international dishes. Among the highlights were the exceptional Ouzi lamb and the unique Ouzi prepared with camel meat. A special thanks goes to Ms. Dina Albanna and Mr. Nihad from the Sales Department for their efforts, and I would also like to express my appreciation to the service and hospitality staff for their professionalism and excellence, which added a distinguished touch to the evening. Beautiful hotel and wonderful service - very much the standard you would expect from The Ritz Carlton. The communication with the hotel prior to arrival was excellent. The hotel proactively checked my arrival time, preferences and requirements weeks in advance. We arrived early and were escorted to the Club Lounge for check in and breakfast. Fortunately, our room was ready a short time later and we were free to explore the hotel. Club level at The Ritz Carlton is by far the best of all the hotel chains, in terms of service, comfort, food selection, beverages and having facilities available around the clock (albeit more limited late evening). Ramadan placed restrictions on the availability of ‘enhanced beverages’ (alcohol) but this was to be expected. Alcohol could be delivered to your room but not consumed in the lounge during this time. Another nice touch is the restriction in the club lounge to over 21’s. Bliss. The amenities were excellent, the pool had plenty of loungers, the food was exceptionally good. The gym was large and well equipped. The beach is accessed over a walk way and is apart from the main hotel. Carts are on hand to ferry people around the hotel complex if required. Not able to walk anywhere from the hotel but taxis were freely available and inexpensive. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Very quiet rooms and very comfortable beds. The only suggestion, would be larger bath robes. Even the large robes are not big enough to wrap around an average sized individual. First world problems. Very enjoyable stay at an amazing hotel.
