The Ritz-Carlton, Doha

We had a wonderful week at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha. The hotel is perfectly located, the facilities are great, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention to Majid from the pool team, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was always attentive, making sure everything was perfect for us and our children. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing experience best customer service you will probably ever receive . Everyone is amazing and hotel is 👌🏽. Beautiful hotel which has everything you need and once again the level of service and luxury in this hotel is incredible.

We were treated like royalty as soon as we checked in for our three night stay at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Doha.Soumaya and Yaarob were very impressive from start to finish and made our holiday like a dream come true.David and Shropshire the restaurant chefs catered for us making delicious food. Wafe was very pretty and look after us in the restaurant.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we felt so welcome and staff could not do enough. We had a club room with lounge access and it is the best hotel lounge we have ever been too. The selection of food and drink offerings is fantastic, with a chef to cook you eggs how you like them for breakfast and we were there for the American Themed night which was also great. The view from the lounge overlooking the Marina was just outstanding and the staff in the lounge couldn't do enough for you. Drinks were constantly topped up without needing to ask! The rooms are super clean and the view was stunning. It has everything you need including shampoo and conditioner, body wash etc (although I wasn't a fan of the smell but is personal taste). The ONLY negative is that we actually booked a Club Twin room but were allocated a King room. We arrived late at night and just went with it and it was fine. We chose not ask to change rooms. The pool is fantastic as are the staff who work there. The 2 towels per person is great and the mini cool box with water is a nice touch. We were there mid-week and the pool was a relaxing calm area. As it got to Friday you could feel a different change in vibe with more locals and kids starting to arrive as is half term in the UK. It got very busy after 11am with few sunbeds left. So if you prefer a more relaxing day around the pool weekdays are better. The complimentary refreshing soft drink was also a lovely touch. Overall an outstanding place to stay, is the height of luxury and a club room is definitely the best option to have the best luxurious stay. The average glass of wine is around £15 and Beer £10, so if you like a drink the club lounge provides great value. Thank you...we will be back!

My wife and I have just returned from a week at the Ritz Carlton Doha. From the minute we stepped into the foyer to the second we jumped in a car back to the airport, every single member of staff that we came into contact with was courteous, kind, helpful, friendly and happy. I’ve not stayed in a hotel where the entire team seem so happy to please guests. We had premier room with lounge access, and I have to say that the club lounge was the best I have been to. The entire team could not do enough in the lounge to make us feel welcome and valued. Special mention to Serti, Alexander, Sezim, Clifton, and Oussama, all of whom were wonderful. The choices and quality of drinks and food on offer was first class. The pool and beach areas were also outstanding. Comfy sun beds, plenty of shade or sun, whichever we preferred and the pool/beach team were outstanding with occasional fruit drinks or fruit skewers and plenty of ice bottled water. On our last day we were challenged to offer a crucial to help the hotel improve, and my wife and I discussed it, but all we could come up with is that the card reader sensors in the lifts could be a little more sensitive. That’s my only criticism after 7 days.
