I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Mr Anas at Al Liwan Restaurant. His exceptional professionalism, warm demeanor, and attention to every detail made my visit incredibly special. From the moment I arrived, he ensured that everything was perfect, and his genuine care truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated service and Anass exceeded all expectations. A beautiful hotel, in the historic part of the city! The service is absolutely fantastic, as are the grounds and the whole architecture of the hotel. A big thank you to the concierge service, they were extremely helpful! And a massive thank you to the restaurant team, which made the experience of dining absolutely splendid, a big thank you to Nominul Hasan and Said - always helpful, with a great attitude and a pleasant chat!

I would like to thank Manik, the waiter who served us during breakfast at Sharq Village, Ritz-Carlton. Every morning he greeted guests with a warm smile and was exceptionally polite, attentive, and efficient. Manik creates a truly pleasant atmosphere from the very start of the day, making breakfast not just a meal, but a wonderful beginning. His professionalism and genuine care for every guest are truly commendable. Thank you, Manik, for your hard work and outstanding service!

Прекрасный отель для семейного отдыха, весь персонал очень внимательный, уборка в номерах хорошая 2 раза в день. Территория большая , свой пляж и зона бассейна, еда разнообразная. Сервис очень хороший, персонал внимательный. Отдельное спасибо консьержу Jaime - он нам много помогал, давал советы куда лучше пойти, чтобы узнать Доху, очень клиентоориентированный! Обязательно еще раз вернемся Nvard Mardyan

Wir haben als Familie hier wunderschöne Ferien verbracht! Das Resort ist herrlich. Wir möchten vor allem den einmaligen Service aller Mitarbeitenden hervorheben - Pool Bar, Al Liwan, Lounge, Housekeeping, Spa - alle waren so freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und fühlten uns wie Zuhause! Ein speziell herzlicher Dank an Yoogesh und alle seine Kollegen von der Al Seef Pool Lounge, die Mitarbeiter von Al Liwan und von der Al Yalsa Lounge (Mintra, Abror und Manal). Auch besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei dem gesamten Team des Spas, wo wir so herzlich empfangen und als Familie zwei wunderbare Behandlungen bei B. Jeep (Pimpitcha) und B. Tari (Suwintari) geniessen durften. Wir freuen uns schon sehr, wenn wir wieder hierherkommen können!
