Incredible hotel 🧡 Absolutely beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. All are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room is absolutely amazing with a small view of the sea, we love it. The room decor is stunning. The bed is the best we've ever slept in on vacay, so comfortable. The housekeepers keep the room spotless and come back for a second time later in the day to leave dates/fruit on the pillow, leave your carpet slippers by the bed and to leave bottled water on your bedside table 😍 It's these little things that we think are beautiful. Thankyou housekeepers 🧡 The food is great, the breakfasts are plentiful with a good selection. The dining staff again are so helpful, as are the front desk staff who sorted out a sunset boat trip for us and also changed money for us, we really appreciate your help and kindness. When returning back to the hotel from excursions the doormen will open the taxi door for you and also open the hotel entrance doors for you, honestly you will feel like royalty. Wonderful staff are here in this hotel. The private beach is very lovely, the beach guys are helpful and again it's the little touches like bringing water to your beach table in an ice cooler and asking how your day is going. Thanks so much Mohammed 😊 We have nothing negative to say about the Sharq village apart from the fact that we will have to leave and return home, but the good news is we have a few more precious days left to enjoy in this amazing hotel. Thankyou to EVERYONE at the Sharq, we're totally blown away by your hospitality and kindness. You're the best and we hope to visit you again in the future. Amazing homey place with continually addition of great memories. Wonderful hospitality from Tanmy Singh; very pleasant and great dining suggestions.

I loved the cleaning from moshing and sahadat. Polite and very respectful brothers. You need more people like them guys that make the company grow. Mainly Shah jalal one of the best guy to get along with and he got be a discount for the spa. All the guys 5 stars. Love them guys.

The resort amenities, pools, beach ect have been mentioned in previous posts. We have recently returned from a fab 8 night stay, we stayed as a family of 4 adults and our 3 yr old grandson. We were greeted on arrival by front of house Rail who incidentally remembered us from our stay 12 months prior, Rail was our point of contact during our stay and nothing was too much trouble for her, she is truly a great asset to SV, the staff go a very long way in making this resort what it is, fun, friendly and without doubt a great family destination,we would like to mention Abbas , Ciana, for toasted marshmallows on the beach with the kids, and their constant interaction ,the guys at the pool bar, excellent service as to was the service at Al Liwan, our room 201 was discreetly looked after and always in perfect condition, thanks . Thanks to the team for decorating our grandsons room with ballons and birthday cake a great surprise.All in all a great 8 day break and cannot thank the staff enough all of you are stars, genuine, honest and courteous, a special thanks goes out to security for returning my wallet intact with all ID and cards after I foolishly misplaced, thankyou guys. My wife would also like to say a big thanks to Jacqueline and all the staff at the Spa, look forward to seeing you.all again
