Incredible hotel, service was phenomenal
Beautiful hotel, set out like a lovely village with lots of villas. Incredible beach and good selection of restaurants. The staff were faultless and go above and beyond to meet your every need. We were especially impressed by Aly the chef who ensured our dietary requirements were met, and the amazing restaurant staff including Mohammad Amin, Fillipo and Tanvil. Shojib on the beach always went out of his way to set us up in a nice spot. A really lovely hotel for ultimate relaxation. The spa (which guest can access for free) is a really nice touch at the end of the day. Guest services go out of there way to help. All in all a great relaxing luxury holiday!

I’m currently staying at the sharq village and spa hotel and I couldn’t be more happier with the service. Saidul has been exceptional with his services for in room dining. He’s very attentive and always has a smile on his face. Thank you Saidul! I have more reviews I will be posting in the next few days as I wrap up my trip as everyone has been amazing so far but will be giving special shout outs individually.

Fine. Customer service mixed
It wants to be good. And there are elements. But it’s just not connected or well thought through. Checkin was painfully slow. Requests via the app ignored. Few signs on how to navigate the site. Requests ignored or not explained why did not happen. Room service very attentive when an issue. Even though I said I wanted no follow up, they did. 3 times.

We are visiting sharq few times per week , and our experience it s always amazing specially being recognized and well welcomed by the best among the team Mr Masoud , highly recommended and appreciated for his service and amazing dedication.

Pilates class
I had a wonderful Pilates session with Victoria today. 🌿 Her approach is so mindful and supportive that it truly feels like movement designed for every body. What I love most is that Pilates with her is suitable for all ages and abilities — even if you’re recovering from injuries or carrying old aches, she gently guides you to move with strength, awareness, and grace.
