I visited Shaq Village in Doha today and had an exceptional experience at pool, largely thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Mr Yogesh. From the moment we arrived, yogesh went above and beyond to ensure our experience memorable. Yogesh displayed an incredible level of professionalism and friendliness. He was always available to assist with any requests. The village itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. I highly recommend Shaq Village in Doha, and if you have the pleasure of meeting Mr yogesh at pool side bar, you can be assured that you are in excellent hands.

I selected this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. My departure from Doha was on a very early morning flight, and I wanted to be as close to the airport as possible. In general, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and I was able to get a very good price because my visit was in late May when the temperature starts getting hot which means hotel prices in Doha drop. Overall the property is very nice. However, the entrance is very underwhelming. To enter the hotel there is a small covered drive, but it is surrounded by parked cars in every direction and feels like an apartment complex instead of a Ritz-Carlton. When you enter the building, there is a metal detector directly in front of you and a luggage screener to your left, but they were never attended and people just walked through them and ignored them. It was not an attractive entrance and made me be a little concerned if there were safety issues at the hotel. My room was large and spacious and had a very comfortable bed. However, it was not an enjoyable nights sleep. There were two very large air conditioning vents that blew directly onto my bed hitting me in the face all night long. I tried hanging towels from the poster bed frame to block the breeze, but it was an unsuccessful attempt. I had a very strong cold breeze blowing on my face all night long which made it very unpleasant to try to sleep that way. This is a design flaw with the room, and I’m not sure how hotel management could resolve it, but it was very annoying and made my stay less than ideal.

I visited Shaq Village in Doha today and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Francis Kago. From the moment we arrived, Francis went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Francis displayed an incredible level of professionalism and friendliness. He was always available to assist with any requests, provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, and made sure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay. His dedication to making our experience enjoyable was evident in every interaction. The village itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities, but it was Francis's attentive service that truly made our visit special. His ability to anticipate our needs and his warm, courteous demeanor set a new standard for hospitality. I highly recommend Shaq Village in Doha, and if you have the pleasure of meeting Francis Kago, you can be assured that you are in excellent hands.
