Excellent family vacation! This was our first time staying in the resort and location is beautiful, amenities, food and service are exceptional. Stayed in the super clean and modern Premier Suites and was totally worth it with golf cart, private lobby/lounge and transport throughout the resort. We want to give special thanks to Angelica and Anthony at concierge, Israel, Axel and Sergio in private transport, Robinson, Danny and Leonel in main pool bar and Kelvin in room service for going above and beyond in making our stay more than memorable. We will definitely be back soon!

Coming back soon!
This is my third time coming to Casa de Campo and I plan to continue coming back! I absolutely love it, I love the atmosphere and all the employees there. Joseph at La Casita was super flexible impatient with my family, and we all had good things to say about him. Juana was our maid at the villa and she was absolutely wonderful and we are probably going to request her when we come back because she was so amazing.

Beautiful place, friendly staff but service poor
Beautiful rooms in idyllic surroundings and the staff are always friendly and cheerful. BUT only around 80% of anything you order ever makes it to the table, drinks and food often simply just never arrives 🤷♀️ Food is OK, nothing great. Response time for queries and questions is ridiculously and excruciatingly slow. Staff hear,smile and nod their heads but don’t actually listen or act. Overly complicated systems for everything only add to the general confusion that surrounds. Golf buggies are a genius way to explore the 7000 acre site but a round of golf is eye wateringly expensive. On balance, there are far better resorts in most other countries.

The best!! No question.
Somehow every time we visit Casa de Campo our stay is better than before. There is nothing like Casa de Campo. The service is outstanding. Special shout out to Kelvin who delivered our breakfast each morning! The grounds, the restaurants, the people, nothing is better! Casa de Campo is my happy place!
