Casa de Campo Resort & Villas

Great resort with many great things to do for any interest. The service staff was incredibly friendly and if you like Golf, this is a great spot. Definitely recommend. We had a group there and Franyely and Camil were fantastic to work with.

Beautiful place! Great service! The golf was very challenging and fun! The room maid was incredible. We will definitely come back. We didn't get to stay long enough to visit the beach area.

Always such a fabulous time at Casa de Campo. Robinson and Reylin at the hotel pool always provide great service! They are fast and attentive. Carlos G - hotel pool bartender engaged in conversation and remembered my drink of choice. Danny L was a fabulous waiter. Rosemary R. was such a nice morning bartender at the outside hotel bar. She engaged im conversation. Angie (i think her full name is Angelina) that works at the Premiere Suites staff is always so nice and attentive. Yulissa O at the Premier Suites bar/waitress was very attentive and remembered my drink order from last year. Jose G. who handled transportation at Premiere Suites is my favorite. He remembered me from the previous year. Always happy and smiling and engaging in conversation. Manuel, Sergio G, Euri D, John, Jonatan, Abella and Eduard with transportation at Premiere suites were friendly as well. The staff is fabulous all around the resort.

All the staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel truly welcomed. The team at the swimming is fantastic. Leonel is a good example of excelent customer service. At rhe reception, Israel and Jesus are also good examples. There were so many other good experiences with staff members so, I congratulate the management that ensures the team's primary goal is to cater for the guests well being

Really enjoyed our trip! Accommodations were high quality— very clean, well maintained, and plenty of in room amenities. Hotel staff were always extremely welcoming and helpful. Special kudos to housekeeping staff member Anyi who always seemed to be available to tidy up throughout the day and get any needed items with a warm smile. The hotel had really good food quality and lots of choices across the hotel and the whole casa de campo area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family vacation with lots of different activity choices.
