Excellent
If you are looking for a genuine good time, stress free, and an ultimately luxurious place the experience Casa de Campo delivers is the place for you! From beach service with Francisco and pool bar service with Carlos G and Jonathan J. You will find yourself pampered with great and attentive service. Your glasses will be refilled almost immediately and staff is extremely cordial and attentive, it felt like drinking with old friends in a foreign land.

Fantastic Stay at Casa de Campo Premier Club
Casa de campo was a dream come true. The service was impeccable from the moment we entered the resort to the minute we left. Israel, Jose and Luis in the Premier Club helped us get settled in immediately. The rest of the staff was super helpful in booking golf, spa and other activities as well. I would recommend this hotel for any special occasions or any retreats. I will be back again

Best Ever!!
The resort is huge and very beautiful. Staff members offer excellent customer service and always go above and beyond to ensure your stay is magnificent. Room service is 12/10 -120%. I love it.

THE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME
I just had my wedding at Casa de Campo (we are from NY) over the weekend and everything was exceptional!! All of the staff and servers were amazing, we had Kelvin Matos providing room service to both the bridal suite and our suite where my husband got ready, and he was very attentive, accommodating, and kind! He even came in and provided our honeymoon breakfast with great energy and excellent service. The one thing our guest kept commenting on was the service of the resort, from restaurants to bartenders (who were also a 10/10) - we HIGHLY recommend, and we plan to come back every year.
