Casa de Campo has been our family’s go-to destination for the past three years, and it continues to be one of our favorite vacation experiences. As a family that regularly travels to luxury properties and upscale resorts, it’s not often that we find a destination that consistently delivers at this level — both in service and overall experience. What truly sets this resort apart is the level of service — and for us, that experience begins even before we arrive. Our vacation planner, Rossi Marmolejos, takes care of every detail in advance, from booking dinner reservations to organizing our itinerary. She is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free before our trip even begins. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, every interaction on property feels intentional, warm, and genuinely accommodating. This is a place that understands hospitality at a high level — nothing ever feels like too much to ask, and the answer is always yes. We typically stay at the Premier Club level and opt for the all-inclusive package, which works incredibly well for our family. The experience is seamless — from the quality of the food and drinks to the atmosphere, accommodations, and overall attention to detail. Lago, especially for breakfast, has become a staple for us. The team there is consistently outstanding. Benjamin is a standout — attentive, kind, and always a pleasure to see. The entire breakfast experience is elevated by the team, including Felipe R at the omelette station, the mangú chef, Emmanuel, Rene at the bread station, and Sorayai at the fruit station. Every single person contributes to making the experience feel welcoming and well-executed. The Premier Club team is equally exceptional. Wilkins, Jose B, Yulissa, Leidy R, and Winston all go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The level of care and consistency from this group truly makes a difference. We also want to recognize the incredible staff across the property who made our stay even more memorable — from the bellmen Sergio G, Luis R, Gabriel R, and Yonatan L, to Josefina and Astacio from Tour Experts, and Erolis at concierge. Dining experiences throughout the resort have been consistently excellent. At Chilango, Jose B provided wonderful service, and at La Caña, José A made our experience just as enjoyable. The spa team is also fantastic — attentive, professional, and always delivering a relaxing experience. A special thank you as well to Ivelisse from housekeeping for the Premier Suites, whose attention to detail does not go unnoticed. Casa de Campo continues to exceed our expectations year after year. It’s rare to find a property that maintains this level of consistency across service, dining, and overall experience, and we truly look forward to returning every time. We truly look forward to coming back every time.

Just returned from six day luxurious trip. We enjoyed 5 Star room service for breakfast... huge shout out to Kelvin Matos ! Gleni B. Welcomed us at reception and was our personal concierge the whole time even getting our return trip to the airport comped! I’ve been to many spas in the world and I would say this is one of the best for sure! It’s a whole experience not just a place to go for a treatment you could spend the entire day there. I actually went back twice to Noemi Hernandez for Massage. I was dealing with a severe back problem and she managed to alleviate the pain . All of the men and women working at the spa. Were so personable. I would absolutely recommend it if you were traveling with a couple family members or girlfriends who wanted their own spa service time but then areas to gather to hang by the pool or in the relaxation rooms! We look forward to returning! Definitely worth paying for the premium suites that include the lounge access.

We recently hosted our company retreat at Casa De Campo and had a great experience overall. We started with Vielka in sales, who was great. After signing, we worked with Melfis Manzanillo, our Groups Executive, and he truly made everything amazing!! He was attentive, responsive, patient, and went above and beyond for our group. He even upgraded some employees to a beautiful villa!! He checked in on us throughout our stay and was just so sweet. We can’t thank him and his team enough! He is truly the best for setting everything up. Casa De Campo is perfect for relaxing and for having a good time, whether for couples, families, or groups. The property is large, so you’ll use golf carts a lot which are fun, however they are a bit slow, so plan ahead. We did the inclusive food & beverage plan, which is limited to some restaurants. But when you’re with 18 people it’s worth it. We really enjoyed the restaurants - La Piazetta & Causa. All Restaurants (except for La Cana & Lago) are far from the lobby so make time for transportation. We enjoyed activities like shooting, tennis, pickleball, and padel. The shooting range staff were excellent and very helpful (25 shots per person were included in our inclusive package). I highly recommend the Premiere Rooms. They’re modern, beautiful, and come with a private check in, concierge service, and complimentary car service around the property. Verny was my concierge and he was always available and super helpful. Also, thank you to Gabriel, Luís, Joan, Euri, Axel, and Andres for the amazing service! You guys were so sweet and made the stay feel like home. The staff would make sure each golf cart was charging at the end of the night and had water bottles in our golf carts in the morning for the day! They would also pick us up whenever we need transportation. What a service! A couple downsides: restaurant service can be slow - they definitely are on island time. Minitas Beach Club took about 3 hours for 7 people and had some order issues. Also, Genesis nightclub had inconsistent pricing and charged us all differently, so make sure to ask before ordering and double check the receipt (keep it). Overall, amazing trip. Great staff, beautiful property, and I will definitely come back!!

Easy 50 minute pre arranged shuttle from Punta Canta airport. Great resort, good and varied food options, excellent room accommodations. Dye Fore and Teeth of the Dig were fair, fun and challenging. Only negative is that the skill of the caddies varies significantly. Golf carts made getting around the resort easy and allowed us to explore all the many resort options. Beach is small but no difficulty getting a chair. Marina offers additional restaurants and shopping. Resort staff are profesional and friendly.
