Excellent experience from the pool (Danny L) and beach service to our concierge Milagros villa staff and restaurants. Any need was quickly tended to and there was continuous follow up with services. They even provided special birthday decorations and a cake to celebrate our son’s birthday while here.

One of our best holidays at the fantastic Casa de Campo. We booked an all inclusive package which included horse riding, majority of water activities and shooting. As well as the play room which has American pool, table tennis and consoles, there was plenty to keep our kids entertained. The food is brilliant whereever you eat, particularly La Pizzeya and Causa. Super friendly staff, clean grounds and pools and comfortable rooms made this a relaxing break.

We stayed at Casa de Campo for 3 nights. It was a huge resort with many cool aspects but also some noticeable issues, given the high price point. Pros: The rooms were very nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The included breakfast buffet had a great selection and nice drinks. The pools and beach were fairly crowded, but there were still lounge chairs and towels easily accessible. The grounds are quite lovely, although not very natural, and it was fun to drive the golf cart around them. The restaurants were generally tasty and well serviced. Cons: Before we arrived, it wasn't that easy to communicate with the hotel staff. For example, we got a welcome email with information on activities at the hotel, but whenever I wrote back, I would receive auto-replies that the staff were out of the office. Even when we were at the hotel already, we got emails stating that the hotel was expecting us soon. I had scheduled a birdwatching tour and I first asked the concierge how to give my guide permission to pick us up. I was told to provide his information to the front desk, which I did. The front desk said that I had to call the next morning for the access code, because the codes changed daily. Then the next morning, I called, and it took 3 tries to get someone to answer the phone. Then, the person said they would call me back in 5 minutes but after 15 minutes no one had called, so I called them back. Again, they asked if they could call me back, and this time they did. However, they then said that since it was not a driver for the airport, that they could not let this person in to pick us up. This was not communicated to us at anytime prior, and we now had to arrange a ride to the gate to meet the guide, which delayed our trip by 20 minutes. For the spa, I had previously asked the concierge if I could book a hydrotherapy appointment, and they said I would not need to. The next day I went to the spa but they said the were not doing hydrotherapy. I let them know that I had asked the concierge about it and was assured I could walk in, and after they made a couple of calls, they said I could do the hydrotherapy after all, but that there would be construction noise (I didn't hear anything). The experience was nice, but it wasn't a great start.

My fiancée and I had a fabulous time at Casa de Campo. The resort has so much to offer! Golf, horse riding, the beach, water sports - it’s great. A cinema and shops in the marina and Altos de Chavon is stunning. Staying at the premier club rooms is 100% worth it! Gleni made our trip unforgettable. She helped us with making dinner reservations and organising activities. Gleni truely made our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable. We will 100% be coming back !
