This is a stunning location with employee who truly make you feel welcome. Gabriel, Joan, Edward, Isreal, Carmen and Francesca are the most amazing people. They drove us and took care of our rooms. We found the rooms to be beautiful and adjoining rooms perfect for a family of five. The atmosphere is high end, and fun. This was a very expensive trip but we can’t wait to come back, that is a value in my mind! Our rooms were perfectly cleaned and prepared twice a day and were so quiet we never heard our neighbors. The amenities, from golf, to the beach, to the golf carts; restaurants, the marina and alto de Chavon are amazing! Great for families with young kids. Not much for teens to do at night, but we’ll still be back.

My family and I had a wonderful dinner at Causa! The service was fantastic and the food was delectable. Great pricing too! Highly recommend—we will definitely be back! If your lucky you will get Franklin and Manuel as your servers!

Concierge never made our taxi reservation despite requesting facecto face and giving very generous tip. Lady at check out was arrogant. I felt like she was annoyed answering questions. Everything else was fine. Nice "safe" place, which was my main concern. We stayed one night ahead of our cruise.

Our stay at Casa de Campo was wonderful from start to finish. The property is clean, safe with beautifully maintained grounds that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Every detail felt thoughtfully cared for, making it perfect to unwind. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Eduard, Israel, Andres, and Sebastian went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Their professionalism, warmth and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression on us. Casa de Campo continues to be our favorite resort and I highly recommend to anyone looking for serene getaway with great service.

Awesome 5 star experience once again. The resort is no less than you would expect but what makes this place truly outstanding is that the staff is so well trained, and genuinely friendly. Just nice, nice people always with a smile.
