Fairmont The Palm, Dubai

I have been staying at Fairmont Palm Jumeriah since 2017, I am not sure why but I have never thought about leaving a review, but today I have! This was my first hotel I stayed when traveling to Dubai and I never looked elsewhere, I have stayed here since. The team at the hotel always have gone up and beyond, Omar the hotel manager has been great and always accommodated any requests we have had as a family, Amir the sales executive has been fantastic, nothing has ever been any trouble for him, Emad and Mahmoud at the front door have smiled and gone up and beyond, these guys have practically become family to us. The hotel is very well managed, a lot of people choose this hotel but it is never crowded, it’s pleasant from the time you walk in. The gold lounge is 10/10, very peaceful and nice to relax and look over at the skyline! The thing that makes this hotel in our eyes as a family the best hotel in Dubai are the staff, the way they treat you, we wouldn’t ever move hotel. Thanks to all the staff and in particular again, Omar the hotel manager, amir the sales executive, Mahmoud and Emad at the front the entrance!

My partner and I had the one bedroom suite for a week to celebrate her birthday. We got the best possible reception and we loved the suite. The large balcony which we could get out to from both rooms was great and we had an excellent bed so we both slept very well. The adult pool area was also great with super service and I would like to give some extra credit to the guys at the bar who helped me get some cake candles for my birthday singing from me.

This was our second visit, we had a city view room, the hotel was spotless, staff were superb and couldn’t do enough for you, the breakfast buffet had something for everyone and the pools were clean as were the surrounding areas. There were many restaurants inside, our favourites were Little Miss India, Blowfish and Boldly Asia and who could forget the Brazilian restaurant with their stunning meats and refreshing pineapple with cinnamon. As a side note, hope all the staff are safe after the incident last night, praying that we will see you all again soon.

Sunil, Zar, Ankush and Balwant at Blow Fish are excellent people! I came in for a quick errand and ended up with a wonderful afternoon. The guys were very friendly and supportive!

Very nice atmosphere. Our waşter Pan was wonderful. She advised and helped us. Friday Night Brunch menu is excellent
