Fairmont The Palm, Dubai

We stayed 7 nights on a half board basis. We had booked a deluxe suite however, upon arrival we were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite. The suite was enormous with spectacular views. The room had all the amenities you would expect; coffee machine, iron & ironing board, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, etc. The living room, bedroom and bathroom were absolutely spotless and were maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. There was also plenty of drinking water which was replenished daily. Half board consisted of breakfast in Flow Kitchen, which is the buffet-style restaurant. An enormous selection with something for everyone. The choice and quality were exceptional. You can then choose either lunch or dinner with your half board. We had dinner at the following hotel restaurants; Seagrill Bistro, Little Miss India, Boldly Asian and Flow Kitchen. All are covered by the half board. There are supplements for some, but these are all clearly stated and explained. The food and service was fantastic in all of the restaurants. The standout for us was Boldly Asian but all were excellent. The half board is absolutely worth every penny. The pool and beach areas are great. Always a lounger to be found and with the added bonus of being able to order drinks and food to your lounger. The hotel runs daily shuttles to the Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, which we used on a couple of occasions. A great service. Finally, the staff are what really makes this hotel stand out. From check-in to the pool area, to housekeeping, to the restaurants, every person we encountered were so lovely and friendly. They are all a credit to the hotel. I wish I had more names to shout out but a big thank you to Robinson (pool area) and Paan & Irish (Boldly Asian). In summary, this was the epitome of a perfect, relaxing holiday where staff can’t do enough for you. We (family of three, including our 12yr old daughter) had an absolute blast and we look forward to returning next year.

We had a really good stay at the hotel everyone was very helpful. In particular Maridurai was extremely nice and helpful and would clean our rooms with a smile on his face everyday. Sometimes he would even clean twice! He was very nice to us and would help us with any of our needs when we asked.

Just back from 2 weeks at the fairmont. Went as a family (myself, husband and 18yr old daughter) we had an amazing holiday, the staff are super friendly and cannot do enough for you, food is very varied with a large choice, all hot and fresh and very tasty, plenty of beds around the pool which was immaculately kept along with the gardens. Rooms spacious and very clean, balcony also, great range of luxury toiletries, the hotel is very well located. We loved it so much looking at booking again for next year

I highly recommend the Gold Room as part of the package at Fairmont The Palm as its value for money during hours 2-4pm and 5-7pm. The food and drink are excellent and the staff are so welcoming providing 5 Star Service experience. The Gold Room team including Amzad, Ashish, Roju, Jai Cee & Gilbert are truly amazing and we can’t thank them for enough for making our 10-day stay so memorable.
