Fairmont The Palm, Dubai

We had a wonderful 9 nights at Fairmont the Palm at Fairmont Gold! This is our 4th stay at the Hotel and as ever the hotel is Fabulous. The Fairmont Gold team are fantastic, from the lovely Myint a Fairmont Gold reception who couldn’t do enough for us. Gilbert, who we remembered from 9 years ago at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr and is still as fantastic at looking after everyone as ever and Ashis, Ajhay, Amzad and Jai Cee, who kept our tea and coffee cups full and of course our wonderful cocktails and wine topped up in the evening! A very friendly and great team, the customer service was amazing! Our room was immaculately clean and well serviced the whole time! The Serenity Spa was fabulous too! Well worth a visit, very relaxing! Our only disappointment was the noise outside! Since we were last there the beach has changed and it is full of beach clubs that were churning out horrifically loud music from late morning till late night! The Adult pool is still nice but the music is still loud there, thank god for AirPod pros that cancel loud noise, couldn’t have coped without them. The ironic thing is the pool was very busy with young adults and none of them were at the beach! The restaurants at The Fairmont are all fabulous too. The food at all the restaurants and at the Gold lounge was all of a very high standard! We weren’t very keen on Flow Kitchen, the buffet, the night we went there we walked out before we got a seat it was full of kids running all over the place! It’s such a shame that such a fabulous hotel is spoilt by the racket outside!

We had best experience in play area in kids club beautiful place and fun with art and crafts games toys super fun and our child can learning and friendly staff very nice how they make sure for safety kids definitely we will came back again thankyou ms Rustini nandita glenda emarie jennifer

It was a great experiance to me and my family members it is a wonderful hotel we have been yet all memories are still pinging in our heart superb and luxory

Incredible hospitality and service!! We stayed there for 60 days. Everyone made our stay welcomed and pleasant the entire time. Special thanks to Prem who made our day every morning at the breakfast, and Prahlad and the team who took good care of us and our rooms every day. We would also like to give a shoutout to Amir, who had arranged a surprise birthday celebration for my husband. We truly enjoyed kindness, smiles, and attention to details of all the hotel crew. Thank you!
