The services are extraordinary by the hotel team we visited on occasion of Eid the happiness and joy we saw and the courage about the hotel team to serve us on every second it was so beautiful and the food and atmosphere we enjoyed so much special thanks to Mahmoud and Kero for assisting our family during the stay

Amazing Family Experience
We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Fairmont The Palm and it truly turned into a memorable family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thank you to Soukaina, Jhen, and Zainh for going above and beyond — their warmth and thoughtful room upgrade made our stay even more special. It’s these personal touches that really make a difference. The overall experience was fantastic — beautiful property, great service, and a very family-friendly atmosphere. My mom and kids thoroughly enjoyed every moment, from the pool to the beach and everything in between. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable staycation in Dubai. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing Family Experience at Fairmont Palm
We checked in on 20th March afternoon at Fairmont,Palm Dxb and the stay for 2 days was amazing and courtesy to Soukaina, Zainh and Jhen for their lovely hospitality and upgrading us the 2nd day to a suite which made beautiful memories to our girls of 5 n 9 years. A memorable staycation and the waitress at the floor Preethy was very helpful serving us with a great smile and enthusiasm. The afternoon tea after the spa was a highlight as well. Overall highly recommend for a family visit .
