Amazing service, very glad personal, very polite, I have best experience every time when I visit restaurants and provide my time in the mail lobby. Amina and Joan are very pleasant, polite, all time they try to help and provide best service in the mail lobby.

I am enjoying the lobby lounge, the service is amazing and the staff is professional and smiling every day. Thank to Zuezan to taking care of me and made my stay amazing ♥️

⭐ 1 Star – Management Response Contains Inaccuracies We are posting this as a second guest who stayed in the same room and experienced the same issues. Unfortunately, the General Manager’s public response is misleading and does not reflect what actually happened during our stay. No room upgrade was ever given. We remained in the same room until the end of our stay. The room was not changed, we were not relocated, and no alternative accommodation was provided or shown to us. Claims of a “complimentary room upgrade” and “alternative arrangements” are simply incorrect. The only “adjustment” made was the provision of takeaway breakfast on the morning of departure. These were poorly packed in thin brown paper bags that were already half tearing. They were impractical to carry through an international airport at 4:00 AM and caused unnecessary stress while rushing for our flight. The food was not freshly prepared, and some items, including the pancakes, were burnt and inedible. This was not a solution and did not address the hygiene or air-quality issues we raised. We stayed in the same room, in the same condition, right until checkout. The concerns about cleanliness and air quality were never properly resolved. These were our primary issues, not dining arrangements or pool access. It is disappointing not only that the experience was poor, but that it has been misrepresented publicly. A luxury hotel should resolve matters honestly and transparently, not rewrite events to protect its image. Transparency matters. Guests deserve accuracy, not polished wording that shifts responsibility or creates a false impression of corrective action.
