Khine and Purnima come to clean my apartment every week, and I’m always so happy with them. They are both very kind, careful and hardworking. The apartment always feels so clean and fresh after they’ve been here, and I really appreciate the attention and care they put into everything. It’s always a pleasure to have them, and I’m very grateful for their work.

Overall an amazing experience Check in was efficient, Zeeshan was very professional and allocated us a decent room and acknowledged my previous stay. Had some issues during my stay with the fridge one evening, the team went above and beyond ensuring the rest of my stay wasn't impacted, special shout out to Merlin. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was amazing and zeta 77 pool was never over crowded. I would definitely return again

Our stay at The Address Beach Resort was defined by immaculate maintenance throughout the hotel and rooms, and by service that consistently went above and beyond for our young children. The check in process was seamless, with particular attention given to special requests. The resort’s public areas, pools, and guest rooms were spotless and meticulously maintained, giving a polished, luxury feel. The hotel boasts 4 wonderfully maintained swimming pools, one of which is the breathtaking infinity pool Zeta 77 with limited access times for children’s; 2 out of the 3 pools on the ground floor are also adult only pools which is a shame for those travelling with children. Our room was immaculate on arrival and kept that way throughout the stay, with attention to detail evident in housekeeping, linens, and overall presentation. Bathroom amenities such as dental kits or beach bags were not provided in the rooms as you would expect in other resorts, however all other amenities were all replenished well during our stay. Tej from Housekeeping deserves special mention for keeping our room immaculate day after day. The consistency and care in turndown service, replenishment, and tidying made a real difference with young children in tow. Dining and Family-Friendly Service Our only criticism of the hotel would be the lack of dining options for those staying on half board packages for longer stays. The variety of food options in the buffet is limited and not particularly child friendly. Having said this, John from The Restaurant was helpful when lunch options for our children were limited, guiding us through suitable choices and ensuring the kitchen accommodated their needs. His proactive approach turned what could have been a stressful meal into a smooth, family friendly experience. Hisham, the Food and Beverage Manager, provided exceptional service when we encountered an issue with our food. He not only resolved the matter swiftly but also arranged for us to experience the floating breakfast at Zeta 77 and facilitated in-room breakfast service, both of which were greatly appreciated with young children. He was always on hand to ensure that we were well looked after where ever we chose to dine. The in-room dining team, particularly Vincent, accommodated our breakfast requests with flexibility and care, ensuring timely delivery and correct orders each morning. This level of coordination made early starts and relaxed family mornings far easier. Overall we would highly recommend The Address Beach resort and would definitely return!

We celebrated our baby’s first birthday and dedication at Pepe Cucina, and we couldn’t have chosen a better venue for such a special milestone. The food was absolutely wonderful and thoughtfully curated for our guests. Everything was beautifully presented, and the venue itself was very well structured for a family celebration, comfortable, welcoming and incredibly family-friendly. A very special thank you to Emilie, the Events Manager, who was amazing from planning all the way through to the actual event. She was incredibly hands-on, organised, accommodating and always one step ahead. She genuinely made the whole experience so much easier for us and ensured everything came together beautifully on the day. We also want to thank Jeffrey, Leo, Elizabeth and Glen, as well as the entire Pepe Cucina team, for being so hospitable, helpful and proactive throughout our celebration. The staff made us and our guests feel genuinely looked after, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Great food, wonderful people, excellent service and a lovely atmosphere for families. We made such beautiful memories here for our baby’s first birthday, and Pepe Cucina will always be a special place for our family. Definitely a must-visit, especially for family gatherings and celebrations! ❤️

Absolutely loved celebrating the 1st Birthday & Dedication at Pepe’s Cusina yesterday! Everything was spot on- from the delicious food and beautiful setup to the amazing service and warm atmosphere.
