The pool and reception service were excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and professional. However, the treatment inside the hotel was very disappointing. I also noticed a difference in the way guests were treated, as foreigners seemed to receive much better service than local citizens. This was honestly upsetting and made the experience feel unfair. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and treats all guests equally and respectfully.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Address Beach Resort, and the experience was exceptional. The location is prime, offering breathtaking views and convenient access to key areas. The atmosphere throughout the resort was elegant yet welcoming, making it easy to unwind. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, offering comfort with a touch of luxury. In terms of value, the overall experience truly matched, if not exceeded, the expectations for a premium resort. Service was top-notch across the board, but I must highlight “Mr. Santosh”, who played a key role in elevating the experience. He was exceptionally cooperative, attentive, and supportive, always listening to our needs and ensuring every detail was taken care of. His dedication made the stay more enjoyable and memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend Address Beach Resort for anyone seeking a refined and relaxing experience.

I recently stayed at the Address Beach Resort and it was nothing short of amazing! Wonderful Experience at The Restaurant – Beach Resort Dubai Marina
The food was absolutely excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. What truly made our visit special was the outstanding service. Rayan Sayali, John, and Stanlei were incredibly courteous and attentive to every detail, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!
