We stayed at the hotel as a couple + 2 children... The hotel is amazing. Check-in was excellent and the room was ready relatively early. The room is a bit small for a couple + 2 children but we can manage with it. The dining room is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious, as are the dinners. The only downside is that you have to order the omelets through the waiters and wait a long time, especially during rush hours. The restaurants at the hotel were excellent, the Italian we ate at and the steakhouse. The service was excellent. What was annoying was that new buildings were being built opposite the hotel and it was very noisy, especially in the pool areas and outdoor restaurants. The heated pools are not heated enough, at least in the winter in December. The temperature outside is pleasant with light sunshine and the water is 29-30 degrees, which is still very cold compared to the hot weather outside. It was noticeable that most of the guests in the pool suffered from the cold water, especially in the children's pool, where all our children and those of other families complained about the cold. It's worth considering raising the temperature to 33-35 and then no one will want to get out of the water even on cool days. In conclusion, an excellent hotel. We would be happy to return to it again. A true luxury hotel by all means, upgrading the hot water in the pools could make for a crazy experience even in winter.

Unbelievable experience, the best service I have ever received. A special mention to Pramod who made our trip extra special and all the recreational staff at Zeta77. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dubai.

Lovely hotel grounds and lobby area and all the staff we encountered were polite and helpful, particularly at breakfast and from housekeeping. The room is generously proportioned and the shower was spacious with excellent water pressure. I wasn’t keen on the filtered tap water provided in the rooms and at breakfast — the taste wasn’t to our liking, so we ended up buying bottled water from a local supermarket. I would have preferred bottled water to be supplied by the hotel, as is common elsewhere. Breakfast was okay - the quality of items could have been better and overall I did not enjoy my breakfast experience with respect to the food. Signposting within the hotel could be improved, as getting to the breakfast area was confusing; we encountered other guests who were also struggling to find it. The lighting in the lifts could also be brighter. Special thanks to Mustapha and Ahmed for helping with travel arrangements — Ahmed’s smily nature was especially lovely to see. Thanks as well to Anil, who was especially kind to us at the pool.
