This hotel is perfect. The room is cozy, and the bathroom is fantastic. The pool on the 77th floor is the highlight, and the other pools are also very cozy. The breakfast and the food in the other restaurants are very good and delicious. We were really impressed by the staff — everyone was so kind and helpful. I can recommend this hotel to everyone. It really couldn’t be better! We will definitely come back and we’ve fallen in love with this hotel.

This is such a beautiful hotel set in a very central location, we visited this hotel for my 40th birthday and could not fault anything from the staff to the food and facilities everything was first class! We had an amazing experience at the highest infinity pool and also opted for the floating breakfast which was beautiful and those views are literally breathtaking! Our room was spotless everyday and the warm and friendly staff made us feel so welcome special shout out to Luke who really looked after us during our stay we hope to visit you all again soon 😃

Our stay at Address Beach Resort in Dubai was truly unforgettable, not only because of the stunning hotel itself but because of the incredible people who work there. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their outstanding service, care, and professionalism during what turned out to be a very frightening situation. We were on the 77th floor rooftop bar when the conflict against Dubai began. It was an extremely scary moment, but the team handled everything with remarkable calmness, kindness, and reassurance. A special thank you goes to Luke James, who clearly leads from the front. He was ever-present, composed, and supportive throughout. His leadership was evident in the way the entire team responded — professional, caring, and completely focused on the wellbeing of their guests. He is a great leader and a genuinely impressive person. We would also like to give a huge thank you to Lazman, Ester, and Boind from the 77th floor. Your calmness, compassion, and attentiveness meant so much to us during that difficult time. You made us feel safe and cared for, and we will never forget it. Despite the circumstances, the hotel remained exceptional — beautiful facilities, incredible views, and a team that truly goes above and beyond.
