Hospitality that made our visit Special ❤️
We had such an amazing afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge, made even more special by Lawrence. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly, and welcomed us with a warm smile. His genuine conversations and professional service made our experience truly enjoyable. Afterwards, we visited Zeta 77 and were assisted by Jeffrey, who was equally attentive and kind. He regularly checked on us to make sure everything was perfect and that we were having a great time. I truly appreciate how both of them made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend visiting this place for a wonderful experience!

This hotel is perfect!
This hotel is perfect. The room is cozy, and the bathroom is fantastic. The pool on the 77th floor is the highlight, and the other pools are also very cozy. The breakfast and the food in the other restaurants are very good and delicious. We were really impressed by the staff — everyone was so kind and helpful. I can recommend this hotel to everyone. It really couldn’t be better! We will definitely come back and we’ve fallen in love with this hotel.

Absolutely first class hotel
This is such a beautiful hotel set in a very central location, we visited this hotel for my 40th birthday and could not fault anything from the staff to the food and facilities everything was first class! We had an amazing experience at the highest infinity pool and also opted for the floating breakfast which was beautiful and those views are literally breathtaking! Our room was spotless everyday and the warm and friendly staff made us feel so welcome special shout out to Luke who really looked after us during our stay we hope to visit you all again soon 😃
