Amazing experience, such a fantastic hotel. Su and Abishek were fantastic, amazing service. We found the boat charges are over priced though for such a short trip.

Travelling with infant
First time trip with our infant. All of mourning needs where met with immediacy care and professionalism. We never felt that we miss something and that there was anything that we needed that we couldn't get. A great experience due to the efforts of the personel and the amazing location and amenities.

No loyalty to regular guest :(
I have been staying at this hotel several times, I am a Titanium DHA Discovery member, I also used to visit this hotel by boat and brought my friends to the resort saying how nice this place is. Today I decided to visit this resort by private boat, I filled in all necessary docs and sent them by email to the restaurant reservation department (I’ve been always doing the same). First of all, no one answered till 12:48am. The automatic massage says they reply from 9am. So why no one replied me on what’s app for 4 hours? When someone replied when all docs were sent they said it’s not possible to make a booking for the next day. I had plans, from the morning no one could reply, I spent time on filling in all docs, I am so loyal guest to this property and they couldn’t let me have a lunch for 2 people, use facilities and dock my boat. This is not loyal at all. Hospitality is not nice at all. At the end I was informed I may come after January 2 only. I am sure you must pay attention to your loyal guests who love your resort, always recommend it to everyone but you don’t care. I am super disappointed. I had plans to visit you, to show your property to other guests but I had to cancel everything 1 day before the trip and looking for another options. ☹️

Amazing Sunset villa
Great team and location, Rendi made our room spotless and left us a towel swan with flowers on the bed, couldn’t have wished for a better stay
