Atlantis, The Palm

It was our second visit to the Atlantis after visiting in May last year, and it never fails to impress. All staff are so polite and the service is faultless. A big shout out to Denis serving around the pool, remembered exactly what drinks/food we liked and always served with a smile. It’s hard to think the service could be any better than the standards set throughout the hotel, but he somehow raised the bar. We’re sad to leave but I know we will visit again soon and look forward to seeing Denis along with all the others.

Sophiqul was the best housekeeping Did an amazing job

We, a family of four stayed in an Imperial Club half board. Wonderful service from housekeeping. The hotel itself is extremely busy and noisy and thank goodness we were only here for three nights. We enjoyed the experience and the waterpark, the staff in the Imperial Lounge were wonderful but were very much looking forward to our onward holiday to Thailand.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Hotel We Have Ever Stayed In! We have just returned from a four-day stay at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai, and I can honestly say it is the most fabulous hotel we have ever stayed in. We originally booked an Imperial Room with a Palm View, but decided to upgrade to a suite when we checked in. It was worth every penny. The suite was absolutely stunning, with two balconies overlooking Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai skyline. The views were breath-taking both day and night, and the room itself was immaculate throughout our stay. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special, surprising us with a birthday cake delivered to our room. A special mention must go to Hashini, who looked after our room and ensured everything was perfect every day. It was the little details that really stood out, from Atlantis-branded cable ties for phone chargers and straighteners to the luxurious toiletries and impeccable housekeeping. One of the highlights of staying at Atlantis is the complimentary access to the aquarium. We visited every day and were amazed each time. It is truly one of the most incredible attractions we have ever experienced. Guests also receive free access to Aquaventure Waterpark, where we spent a fantastic day enjoying the rides and attractions. Without a doubt, the absolute highlight of our trip was the Dolphin Encounter, which we had pre-booked before arriving. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, the educational element was fascinating, and getting up close with the dolphins was simply unforgettable. Although we have visited Dubai before, this was a shorter trip, so we didn't leave the resort once. There is so much to do within Atlantis itself, along with an excellent choice of restaurants. We ate somewhere different every evening. Wavehouse offered great food and fantastic family entertainment, while Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen was another standout dining experience. We also made full use of the Imperial Club Lounge, which provided excellent food, drinks and service throughout the day. Overall, this was an incredible stay and one we will never forget. From the beautiful accommodation and outstanding facilities to the exceptional staff and unforgettable experiences, everything exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to return, and I can genuinely say that Atlantis The Palm is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended and deserving of every one of its five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
