Absolutely beautiful location. Peaceful, serine, relaxing . Sea , Sandy beaches , Views of the Ocean Atmosphere. Signature scents , fresh aromas , fresh flowers , lighting and colour schemes Rooms spacious. Clean , elegant, Bed , pillows and bed linen. Like sleeping on clouds. An unforgettable second stay at Atlantis The Royal This was our second time staying at Atlantis The Royal, and once again, we were able to enjoy every moment of our three-night stay from beginning to end. A special highlight for us was the Royal Club Lounge. The selection of delicious food and drinks throughout the day is exceptional, and the atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and truly enjoy your holiday. What made our stay even more memorable was the incredibly warm and attentive service. Marc from Royal Club Lounge, Omar from Guest Services, and so many other wonderful members of the hotel team treated us with genuine kindness and care. Every guest is welcomed with the same warmth and respect, regardless of where they come from. The entire team is simply amazing and makes you feel truly special. We also loved the adults-only pool at Nobu by the Beach. Relaxing by the pool, enjoying the refreshing water and listening to great beats created the perfect holiday atmosphere. Atlantis The Royal is extraordinary in every way. We enjoyed our second stay just as much as the first and cannot wait to return again. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable experience!

We stayed for two nights at Atlantis The Royal, with one night on a standard stay and the second night as a Concierge stay, and honestly, we enjoyed both experiences. The service throughout the hotel was definitely one of the highlights for us. But the Concierge experience was what really stood out. What made it special wasn’t so much the food in the lounge which I would say was just average but the personal attention and genuine warmth of the Concierge team. A special mention to Mark, Angelo, Amir and Ahmed, who were incredibly warm, attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They really went out of their way to attend to our needs, remembered our preferences, checked in on us, and made us feel genuinely looked after. The Concierge area itself has that feeling of exclusivity without being too formal — quiet, relaxed, luxurious and still very family-friendly. But for me, what truly made the experience worth it was the hospitality of the people. You know when you stay somewhere and the service feels like just part of the job? This wasn’t that. You could genuinely feel the warmth from the team, and that made our stay even more memorable. For us, the additional cost of Concierge was absolutely worth it, mainly because of the level of hospitality and personal attention we received. If we come back to Atlantis The Royal, I would definitely book Concierge again. For me, it’s the people who made the difference. ❤️

We had a lovely family stay at Atlantis The Royal. Roxanne was exceptional — friendly, attentive and made sure both we and the kids were happy, giving us a real feeling of royal treatment. Housni at reception was also very helpful and welcoming. Concierge kilian and sara was amazing at booking our activities too. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the resort was comfortable and peaceful with very little noise. The location was excellent, and we felt the overall experience offered great value. We honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the resort, and breakfast at Gastronomy was amazing. Overall, a wonderful experience! Worth it for a getaway!

The soft play is very safe for crawling kids. One of the best and friendliest staff as well. A 10/10 experience. Abby was very friendly and soft with the kids as well.
