Perfect getaway. Relaxing beyond words. Desert Beauty and Comfort.
Cristina was incredibly welcoming and generous from the moment we arrived, and she truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Her attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made everything feel effortless and personal, and we left feeling genuinely cared for. The food throughout our stay was exceptional—fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Every meal felt like something special. The resort itself is stunning: peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by an atmosphere that encourages complete relaxation. It’s the perfect escape from the pace and noise of Dubai, offering a serene retreat where you can really unwind. A special mention must go to Carol, our masseuse, who delivered the ideal Hammam and massage experience. She is highly skilled, wonderfully gentle, and exceptionally kind; her calming presence made the treatment truly restorative. We honestly cannot recommend this place enough. It exceeded every expectation and left us eager to return.

Fantastic staff and hotel. Facilities and dining was top notch. Staff friendliness, service and hospitality is tops - special shout out to Arman at front reception and Guru at the Al Hadheera restaurant, etc. highly recommended

An escape to the desert
Bab Al Shams was a truly bucket-list experience — from thrilling dune bashing to an unforgettable dinner at Al Hadeerah. Cristina and Arman provided exceptional service and made our stay feel incredibly special. A once-in-a-lifetime getaway I’d highly recommend.
