The first time in bab al shams
This is the fist time we came to bab al shams and we didn’t regret the stay was so nice and the room it’s clean the staff are so friendly we didn’t feel bored I want to mention AYA she was explain to us everything and being helpful and the check in was wonderful the welcome juice it’s something special thank you for making our stay wonderful

First of all i’d like to say how wonderful of an experience it was! I have never met such an amazingly organized staff in all my stays of hotels around the UAE. Tejas was especially wonderful for us for how helpful, professional, and hard working he is. We will be visiting the hotel again because of Tejas alone :)

WOW WOW WOW AMAZING!!!!
Wow wow wow what an amazing time we had me and my partner for her 28th birthday it was absolutely amazing and genuinely I’m not just saying this but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried they was amazing! In the daytime we enjoyed relaxing by the pool with some food and cocktails. We also had a one hour treatment at the spa which was also amazing probably one of the best bars we’ve been to and massage included and finally at night time we went to the restaurant that is on campus. The food was amazing. The drinks was amazing. The staff was amazing special shout out to Rishav what a lovely waiter also the two gentlemen down at the pool was amazing too.

“Our Special Place in the Desert”
Our last visit to Bab Al Shams was in May, right as the summer season began — and just after my birthday. Despite the many hotel options in Dubai, we chose to celebrate once again at BAS, and as always, it did not disappoint. Everything felt just as special as the very first time we visited — the atmosphere, the ambiance, the setting, and most of all, the wonderful staff who continue to deliver exceptional service no matter the weather (which was incredibly hot at the time). From check-in to check-out, every detail was seamless. Bab Al Shams remains a place my family and I return to again and again — a true escape where we can relax, enjoy great food, and unwind from our busy everyday lives. Thank you for consistently making our stays here feel like no other.
