Amazing Dessert Resort Experience
Amazing restaurants, u can find a lot of things to do at the resort. We booked private camel rides at the sunset, once in a lifetime experience. Hotel staffs are very helpful, shout out to Li! He offered us a lot of help. 10/10 experience

A fantastic stay in the middle of the desert!
This resort is absolutely lovely. I participated in the Arabian desert guided walk with Jamal and he is very experienced and knowledgeable. We spotted some gazelles and ducks. I also did camelback riding with Farhan and he is very good with camels and a fantastic photographer too. I highly recommend this resort!

Govardhan valet team leader was very nice and polite . Showed me around all the area. Buggy ride was absolutely fantastic

Amazing resort
Beautiful resort far from the noise of the city. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Special thanks to Arman and Adrita for the smooth check-in and check out process and the staff at the pool bar.

An amazing stay at Bab Al Shams
Amazing stay at Bab Al Shams. Everything is spot on- the facilities, staff and entertainment. It is pricey but worth it. All the staff are so professional, friendly and helpful. There is one gentleman at the lobby his name is Hakim, he is amazing very warm and cheerful. We also went on a breathtaking desert safari with Ismail. He is so professional, friendly with the kids, and very kind. He made our trip extra special. We also enjoyed the Christmas tree lighting and in particular Santa coming from the desert on his camel:)) that you will find only in Dubai and only at Bab Al Shams. Overall a pleasant experience and amazing staff across the facility from reception to the pool bar! We will definitely be back soon!
