Excellent experience from start to finish! Rooms very comfortable and well appointed; beautiful swimming pools, good range of experiences, excellent variety of restaurants to eat at. All taken care of by very polite and attentive staff. A

You will never go wrong when it comes to foods & service, facilities , and entertainment . Arrival We were assisted with an accomodating and a friendly smile of Cristina. She tour us around while introducing facilities usage and gave us an informative and helpful tips on what we can do during our stays. Zala Restaurant: Best of best. Buffet selection is superb. Assisted with a very friendly , with all smile Manager Yasar whom always checking on us. This guy is trully a jewel. Tips: Try a little bit of everything. You must taste all that they have in a buffet. For lunch, must try their Giant shrimp and strip loin steak and finished with highly recommended dessert, greek yugourt bar . Al Hadeerah : Two decades after my last visit, i could say it is way better, so much improvement in the venue with best live entertainment . I still enjoyed the tender lamb ouzi , oh this must try! At first, we were welcome by the Manager Watany this guy such an impressive way of welcoming guests. You will definitely feel at home . The Chef Ahmed who always on the floor checking everything to perfection and making sure that we are taken cared of. The waiter who assisted us, Yassir, this guy is full of energy and sense of humor. Anwa Restaurant: Best place during sunset. We were adviced to experience dining while sunset to added romantic feels. And yes, i could definitely recomment. Perfect for couple and groups who would like to unwind after a hectic day. Chill place!

A night at the Bab Al Shams
A pleasant experience here. You'll find relaxation, fun, and good food all in one place. The staff is 10/10, and Cristina is a very attentive person who makes you feel at home. We were delighted and wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Perfect stay at villa no. 04
Our family of six, with children aged between 3 and 12, had an unforgettable stay at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort. The service was exceptional from start to finish — from the smooth check-in process to the helpful buggy drivers, especially Arman from Bangladesh. The food was excellent, and the overall service was flawless.
