We absolutely loved our Eid stay here! From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we were going to have a truly special experience. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay; warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive. We particularly enjoyed the camel ride one evening, meeting the stunning falcon, as well as relaxing around the beautiful pool area. The food was excellent, with high-quality dishes and a fantastic variety of cuisines to suit all tastes and ages. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with plenty of choice and everything beautifully presented. The hotel itself is incredibly peaceful and immaculately maintained. Our room was beautiful and we really appreciated the thoughtful details and traditional touches that pay homage to UAE heritage and architecture. These little elements gave the hotel so much character and made it feel particularly special. The whole experience felt like escaping to a stunning oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful surroundings, excellent food, wonderful hospitality and such a relaxing atmosphere. We had a fantastic Eid stay and would highly recommend it!

From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was welcoming and relaxing. We were assisted by Debra, who was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and taking the time to show us around the hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, and conveniently located close to the amenities. The hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind by the pool. Throughout our stay, the staff were attentive and always available whenever we needed assistance. A special thank you to Warren, Shine, Debra, and Phyoe for their exceptional service and for making our stay so enjoyable. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference. The location is perfect . We had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Its one of a rare kind of experience indeed. Loved the experience downside was all activities weren't available but I did enjoy the adults pool, archery and the breakfast Asela at archery was great and Mark in the pool bar was perfect. Really hospitable I'll be checking zala now will be good hopefully ahah. But Loved the place the aesthetics and staff all good. Happy to be here and enjoy
