Amazing from start to finish
We had a truly wonderful stay at Bab Al Shams. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring everything was seamless and accessible for me as a post surgery wheelchair user. The Bamford Facial was a highlight. My therapist was attentive and skilled, leaving my skin absolutely glowing. It was the perfect touch of relaxation, made even better by the fact that the resort kept my husband happily entertained with archery while I enjoyed my treatment! The dining was equally impressive. We had a gorgeous meal at Ninive; the tamarind chicken, hummus, and sharing lamb are absolute must-tries. While it was a shame that two of the other restaurants were closed during our visit, it simply gives us a great excuse to return. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
