The staff at the hotel are very kind and caring. Beautiful facilities. The spa staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend the Biltmore Hotel.

It was my friend's birthday so visit to the spa was her gift and definitely worth it. We had a great time and came out completely refreshed, thanks to Marilu and Ayu. Lunch included in the package was lovely and staff across the hotel extremely k8nd. Thank you.

Our family stay at Biltmore Villas last weekend was way above our expectations. This is undoubtedly the most luxurious and serene villa resort in the country. Location was amazing too being right next to the Mall of Emirates (literally three minutes walk). Villa design was simply giving us the feeling that we are living within a peace of art. Villas were designed to bring maximum comfort and functionality while enjoying the most prestigious interior decorations and monuments. Attention to detail was another level, even the accessible basement parking was wow. Staff were so welcoming and professional. We even did the check in at the villa. Indoor/outdoor pool at each villa and having your own private cinema were slam dunk ideas that i never saw anywhere. Food and service were first class. What i enjoyed the most is there were so many special touches that kept wowing us throughout. The welcome pack by itself was another level of hospitality. Cleanliness of the property was another level. Service standards were world class no doubt and staff were very well trained in hospitality. We felt like having 5star meals all the time. The villas were so quite and privacy was felt at all times which is very important for many cultures. Congrats to Biltmore Villas family for such a bespoke product offering and well done on raising the bar so high. What a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment of arrival, a warm welcome was given by the doorman Ali and the amazing front office team, especially Gucci, whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Exceptional service was experienced throughout the entire stay. Special appreciation goes to Surya from housekeeping for maintaining everything perfectly clean and comfortable, and to Silvya, the waitress, for her attentive and friendly service. A particularly memorable touch was when the chef personally came to the table to ask how the food was and whether everything was satisfactory, which made the dining experience feel even more special and personalized. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Everything felt well organized, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Special thanks to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. Great pride in their work is clearly visible in every aspect of the guest experience. This hotel comes highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and a memorable stay. Definitely worth visiting again!
