Sanju & Hajer
We visited the Biltmore for a spa treatment as they had the most incredible offer on, so amazing value for money. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we could feel the luxury, the friendly host in the gym took us through to the spa to get us started and it was such a lovely, quiet environment. Our therapists names were Sanju & Hajer and they were AMAZING. Also, the facilities were fantastic, including a shower with all the necessities, robes and slippers, relaxation room, etc. I highly recommend the Biltmore spa if you want the ultimate relaxation!

An absolutely wonderful and indulgent experience with the Weekday Spa Offer. My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying the hammam, relaxing massages, rejuvenating facials, and a delightful lunch. From the moment we arrived, everything felt beautifully curated and luxurious. The treatments were exceptional, the staff were warm and attentive (big shoutout to Hajar), and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing and well executed. It was the perfect escape to unwind, recharge, and enjoy some quality time together. A truly memorable experience and one we would happily recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious day of pampering.
