I had such a wonderful experience at the spa in Biltmore Hotel Villas. I arrived there feeling extremely tense, with severe neck pain, and MaLou truly went above and beyond for me. Even though they were short-staffed, they kindly managed to find me an appointment at the last minute and treated me like a queen from the very beginning. The massage was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — and I’ve tried many around the world. The therapist was incredibly professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to release all the tension I was carrying. After the treatment, they also invited me to enjoy the facilities, relax with tea, take a shower, and use the sauna and steam room. Everything felt peaceful, luxurious, and genuinely caring. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience. I left feeling completely renewed. Highly recommended.

This is the most luxurious place Ive ever visited , the stay was so beautiful and the service is above everything else that won’t be seen in any other hotel , from the moment i reached there i met Mr. Haddad he took care of us and was available 24/7 for everything, he made sure that our stay is above what we expected, replied in seconds for every request, he assisted me and made all the preparations for my wife birthday, the cakes the flowers and the baloons all was made by him without any charge . This is a palace not a hotel Thank you haddad for the amazing experience and we will for sure be back to you very soon
