Luxurious Moroccan Bath Experience
Had a wonderful Moroccan bath experience at The Biltmore Spa. The atmosphere was luxurious and relaxing, and the treatment left my skin feeling incredibly soft and refreshed. Special thanks to Marilu & Ayu for their amazing care and professionalism. Truly a rejuvenating experience!

Well needed
I had such a lovely experience at this spa and couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment I arrived, the team were so professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable straight away. I booked a hammam and a massage, and both were absolutely incredible. The hammam was so refreshing and left my skin feeling amazing. But the highlight for me was the massage it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The therapist was so skilled and attentive; she really knew what she was doing and found all the right pressure points. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely renewed and tension-free. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this spa and will definitely be coming back!

Poor hotel and Bad experience.
Breakfast was below average and cold, and the service was very slow. The housekeeping didn't provide full amenities. The mosque's noise was so loud I couldn't sleep. The hotel's location is very bad, the reception entrance is on a side street, not a main street, as is typical for a luxury hotel. This doesn't live up to the five-star standard. The hotel lacks facilities and no has entertainment. Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates is the best hotel in the Al Barsha area, a leading hotel brand, and it will be my preferred choice in the Al Barsha area.
