Overall very good experience, definitely beyond what you would normally expect in terms of service and speed of service. A true class of its own. Gym is slightly outdated but we have been reassured that it will undergo transformation within the next year. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Fantastic staycation ! The whole stay was upscale, from the welcome water and dates to the wahou effect when the door opened and I saw my 2 storey room, the Hermes toiletries, the welcome drink and the special gift (2 coffee cups)… The duvet was fluffy and there was a mirror on the ceiling above the bed… The style of the furniture compares to nothing I have seen before, it’s both different AND amazing. The breakfast was delicious, the selection not huge but each item of top quality and the premises lovely. The pool and beach were both enjoyable and the staff was very attentive. Free entry to Wild Wadi was a plus. All in all, it was an unforgettable stay!

Don't go to heaven without getting a chance to stay at this hotel. This hotel has been on my bucket list for 10 years, and was my screensaver when I was still in corporate. Even though I spent countless hours looking at pictures and videos of this place, IT'S NOTHING LIKE ACTUALLY STAYING THERE! The people are great, the rooms are stunning, you won't be disappointed. Our room overlooked Palm Jameria and the sunset over the ocean. The two-story, two-bath, one-bedroom we had was 4 times larger than my first apartment. While this isn't cheap, I believe it brought plenty of value for the price. Many of the items we got to take with us included the Hermes products. They not only cleaned the room every morning, but also gave turn-down service every night. When we needed help, our butler was there on the spot, yes, butler. And keep in mind the buffet is included, something I did not realize. And if you are a foodie, you will be in hog heaven... well, not hog, halal and all LOL. And for those African Americans who are traveling like us and often have "those" issues in some elite spaces, rest assured, no problems, the guards even fell in love with my Texas accent and remembered my name. We started our YouTube channel based on this hotel, the Washington lifestyle
