Conrad Dubai

Dear Conrad Hotel Team, Greetings, I checked out of the hotel today, and I felt it was important to take a moment to thank the entire team for the warm welcome, generous hospitality, and genuine smiles extended to every guest. I would also like to express my appreciation to the valet parking team for their professionalism, efficiency, attention to detail, and courteous service throughout my stay. Overall, Conrad is certainly one of the finest hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at, both within the UAE and internationally. The high level of service and the professionalism of the team truly made my experience memorable. I wish you and the entire team continued success, progress, and excellence.

I stayed at Conrad for meetings at World Trade Centre. The hotel is super convenient you only have to walk through an air con bridge to get to the WTC and avoid the awful Dubai traffic. The rooms are really nice, all well appointed and well stocked with water. The aircon is very good and can be easily adjusted. I had half board - the breakfast was amazing and i swapped out dinner for lunch, it givesa 3 course menu including non alcoholic drinks the menu is excellent. The gym is well equipped , the swimming pool amazing, i really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back when in Dubai for business. Its also only 15 mins to the airport .

Everything amazing, I came for business for a conferencwhile, everybody is so happy! Badawi made our life so happier and office very great reception. And very fast reception, everything went smoothly! room very clean every day. A luxury experience.
