I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Dubai, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality. The room service was impeccable, and every detail was handled with great care. A special thank you to Mr. Youssif Ftouni, whose kindness and professionalism made my stay even more memorable. He thoughtfully arranged and sent such a beautiful selection of amenities, including fresh fruits, chocolates, macarons, nuts, dried fruits, and delicious waffles. It was a lovely surprise that made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. The quality of service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality truly reflect the high standards of Conrad Dubai. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai. I look forward to coming back again!

Excellent hotel with outstanding service. The staff are professional, courteous, and always ready to assist. The food is very good, and the gym is well-equipped and maintained. I did not use the sauna, but it appeared clean and in good condition. Overall, the team operates with precision, discipline, and attention to detail mission accomplished. I highly recommend this hotel.

Firstly, a few names to mention. Dining area - Zeeshan, Shakeel, Daniel and the Head Chef. You made our breakfast the best ever experience. All were very kind, and went above and beyond to give us the ultimate experience. The head chef made us fresh parathas and poori on his own accord. Very hospitable. All the staff were amazing. A shout out to all the life guards. Thank you so much. Dennis at concierge and other concierge staff were very helpful. Lastly, reception were very nice too. An all round amazing stay at the Conrad Dubai.
