Amazing valet staff
Naseem in the valet team was absolutely amazing. Everyone in the hotel valet team was super helpful and courteous. I was traveling with 3 small kids and Naseem made sure every time that the car was available for us whenever we were to go out and helped with putting luggage in the car

I have never slept on such a fluffy pillow. The room was great and I felt very comfortable. The service was excellent. Finally, I would like to thank Ray Wang for his warm hospitality.

Room was okay view was not sea view only small buildings . SPA was topnotch amazing and relaxing. Special Shoutout for Badawy in the lobby for welcoming us warmly.

Amazing hotel
Vera and Wasana gave us delicious treats and tea, they were so kind and gave speedy service. Badawy was very welcoming every time I was on the ground floor, so informative, his uniform is beautifully designed everyone is so great at their job, going above and beyond! Very clean and inviting everywhere , smells delightful, interior is amazing! Can’t wait to come back!

Conrad Dubai was an amazing experience !!!!
Our stay at the Conrad Dubai was nothing but amazing! This property is beautiful clean and smell amazing. The lobby is so well decorated that you don’t want to rush to go to your room. Our checking was very smooth and easy and thanks to Wildan the duty manager who provides great information about the property and the amenities. We got upgraded to a suite as Diamond member with a beautiful welcome card for my two kids for their birthday and some amazing dates. I would like to give a huge shoutout to Bianca at the concierge and Yizad who went above and beyond Helping us get our transit to Abu Dhabi with no issues to both of them Many thanks. Also in the restaurant I would To mention bhargavi who provides us the best customer service as our waiter. . Overall we had such great time at this property and I highly recommended and my family and I will definitely come back
