Conrad Dubai

I stayed at Conrad over the weekend and honestly it was more than amazing. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the attention to details, the decor, the room cleanliness, and the staff attitude, everyone greets you with a genuine smile. I didn’t have enough time to try the restaurants, which is a bit unfortunate, but it just gives me a reason to come back again. I would like to specially thank Winnie and Filipe , their welcome and service was really outstanding. They make you feel like you’re at home, not just staying in a hotel. The service is honestly above five star level, and because of how comfortable I felt, I already booked again for next week. Big thanks to them and to the whole Conrad team.

I stayed at the Conrad Dubai for 5 days and was impressed. I stayed on a breakfast and dinner Basis and found both to be good. Breakfast could be enhanced with 2 or 3 more dishes for variety. I waa checked in by Shrada and she left a good impression. Polite, professional and thorough. My room was delightful. Great views towards SZR and the east. Perfect bathtub. However, the actual plug was not working and I organised with reception for this to be fixed. Michael responded quickly and I thank him for his promptness. The fix was an improvement - but not quite enough. It still needs further maintenance. I would like to mention the great housekeeping service from Phoo. Appreciate her politeness as well. The gym is first class, as is the pool. Hotel has a great location. All the staff I encountered were well trained and pleasant. Would recommend this hotel and hope to stay again.

Breakfast is fantastic, the views gorgeous, the location perfect, the service wonderful, the pool relaxing..all good things written in reviews here i fully subscribe to, BUT: What a really good hotel is you only find out when things are not going the normal way. I visited one of the best hotels in know in early March, when Iran started to send drones and missiles, when big booms could be heard during breakfast as UAE air defences worked perfectly.. and hundreds of people got stuck because their flights were cancelled. It was then when the team in the Executive Lounge (there were always two guest relations staff present) turned out to be a Rock in the Surf. Cool, professional and at the same time incredibly warm and helpful, not going just the extra mile but hundreds of extra miles to help the stranded guests including families with small children..to rebook, to extend their stays, to call airline offices even outside the UAE..I was so happy to be at this hotel and its fantastic lounge at this time. While everybody in the lounge did an extraordinary job the crown and my very special thank you and recognition goes to Guest Relations Supervisor Iryna for doing so much more than I could have expected or hoped for in this situation..I really hope her amazing performance will find the recognition she deserves. THANK YOU!

First stay this 2026 and among the many for this wonderful property. Though the region is facing some challenges at this moment Conrad was able to take that away for sometime (atleast until check out). Staff are amazing, smiling and take their time to check on us and accommodate any request. Andrew and Winnie assisted us during check in, explained the adjustments in the hotel and really made it warm and refreshing. Special shout to Harry at concierge for giving us the best offers near by as most of the restaurants within the area are either closing early or offering the best promotions. The star of the stay is Baby Jane on the messaging platform, she is a star and always there to help. One more for Kingam at the SPA for not just assisting but being that warm aspect of the area. Big hands off to Frenny for running and training a wonderful team. Definitely, not the last for the year and will be back soon
