An exceptional stay at the Conrad Hotel. The food was superb, and the ambience and facilities were elegant and relaxing. The staff were outstanding , incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I especially appreciated the thoughtful check-in messages offering help and support. A lovely birthday surprise with a cake and handwritten card made the stay even more special. My room on the 26th floor had a breathtaking, unforgettable view. Restaurant staff were fantastic and friendly throughout. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.
