We stayed for one day with my family. All the staff were very attentive, and the quality of the dinner was especially outstanding. I really liked the omelet at breakfast. Despite the cool weather, the pool temperature was perfectly adjusted. We truly enjoyed it as a family.

Another wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. I took advantage of the half board rate on the Hilton Honours app. I arrived early and was allowed to access my room. The check-in was seamless, and the welcome from reception was very warm. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. I made use of the pool area, which was neat and had a nice atmosphere. Big mention for Jane, who was charming and a credit to the hotel with her service with a smile. At dinner, the food was of good quality and there was a good choice. The same can be said for breakfast, too. The hotel deserves credit for delivering such service and product at a difficult time. I will certainly be coming back.

Lost count of my stays at Conrad Dubai. Late night check in by Abil and allocated 4501. Situations have meant the service has changed but not the standards. Exec Lounge relocated to Ballaro for the time being. Breakfast has a lesser buffet laid out but more than enough for all tastes and an À la Carte offering. Any issue for me - not at all, as a regular visitor Chefs Elson and Martin were there as always ensuring I have what is needed. Thanks for the Chana Puri breakfast - always goes down well. Room was kept spotless, WiFi worked a treat. The gym was fully available and thanks to the Spa staff especially Kingham. Welcomed every morning by Kawtar at Ballaro. Yes the hotel was quiet and the staff were available to guests at all times. Never any issue with valet team bringing my car up and down when going to work. Thanks to Fareed, Lydia, Raja, Engen, Harold, Naseem, Billy, Dennis and many others who look after me so well. See you soon!
