Conrad Dubai

The Conrad is a beautiful grand hotel right in the middle of all the action ( metro is 1 minute away) so for example the Burj Kalifa / Dubai mall is 6 minutes away The rooms are a good size and modern , the swimming pool is l lovely , they have sun creams that you can use. My only advice there for the hotel is if they could put the complimentary water in a cool box ? Otherwise it’s hot water within no time at all. Breakfast is superb with so many options plus exotic tropical fruit - a special shout to Kandy for going above and beyond The executive lounge was another highlight too - you could literally have breakfast, afternoon tea and canapés on the evening again a special mention to Francis who remembered our choice of drinks. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to reception for my upgrade and also the latest checkout I have ever been given at a Hilton property- it was very much appreciated 👌 To summarise what most other people have said : it’s the staff that majestic this hotel very special- you almost feel like you’re staying at an old friend’s house Well done Conrad ! All the staff very prompt with any kind of request or service. Great welcome drink by coffee man. Dane and Naseem with concierge went out of their way to assist.
