The credit to stay in Conrad Dubai first goes to my son Salem and his family your guests in room 3811 for 10 days. After staying 4 nights ( five days ) I want to give credits to all your staff starting with Badawi, Afzal & Mohammad security in the hotel lobby and all the way to the front desk and concierge desk staff as well as those kind and well trained employees taking care of the room cleaning and servicing as well as those who are handling the breakfast room reception, servicing and cooking the delicious variety of food and beverages not to forget the swimming pool staff. While the hotel itself is superb, the staff are the real stars. I was consistently touched by the genuine care and professionalism of the team. Ms. Shradha Anjali at the Front Desk welcomed me with such warmth that I felt immediately at home. This standard of hospitality was clearly upheld by Duty Manager Mr. Wildan, whose diligent oversight ensured a seamless experience. A special thank you to Mr. Rana Mohsin from the kitchen for his outstanding service and the kind gesture of complimentary refreshments, which made our dining experience extra special. KoI must also commend Jasdeep from the Laundry Department for his incredible efficiency in handling an urgent request for me. The Conrad Dubai has built a team of truly amazing people who operate with the highest level of commitment. They are the heart of this hotel and the reason I would not hesitate to return or recommend it. A highly commendable stay.
