Location It's centrally located about a 10-20 minute Uber to most attractions. There is a train station at the entrance which quickly takes you to the Museum of the Future and other places. Entrance Bellmen and doormen were very friendly and knew our names right away. There is valet and bell service. The front desk has 8-10 stations so check in is fast and friendly. Lobby Beautiful and spacious. Great meeting area. Lifts Felt slow even though there were many. Room Our room was well appointed and beautiful. There is no view of the Burj Khalifa but you can get city views. Room was spacious and had everything we wanted. Tech We couldn't stream or connect our devices to the TV. Wifi was fast and consistent. Maid Service Very friendly with morning and turn down service. Lounge There is an executive lounge that is beautiful, has an incredible view and has lots of gourmet food at breakfast, tea, etc. Restaurant Breakfast was an enormous buffet with everything on it. Laundry We sent away via the LaudryHeap app. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Conclusion We would definitely stay here again.

One incident led to me to give 1 star.During my recent stay, I encountered an issue with the minibar charges. The receptionist claimed he had informed me that the minibar items were chargeable, but this was not clearly or specifically communicated. As a result, I ended up consuming a few items under the assumption that they might be complimentary, and was later charged for them. I respectfully suggest that the hotel clearly indicate that minibar items are chargeable—either through printed notices directly on or near the minibar, or by including a clear statement in the in-room brochures. Interestingly, several of my colleagues who stayed at the hotel during the same period faced similar confusion regarding minibar charges. Clear communication on such matters would help avoid misunderstandings and improve the overall guest experience.

From start to finish, what an experience. The housekeeping, the reception staff, the atmosphere, out of this world. Raja, Nilantha, Naseem, just a few names I’ll like to point out that made our stay feel unbelievable. I would defo give this hotel 5* on everything. Recommended 💯💯

Amazing experience staff treated us amazingly with great hospitality catering to our needs and always making sure we are happy. Raja and Nilantha, Anura especially were very kind and supportive to us.

First of all, we would like to thank the Conrad family and Engin Bey for their interest. The hotel is very nice, the location is good and the rooms are really clean and comfortable. Apart from that, the breakfast had a wide concept and was delicious. The hotel staff and Engin Bey were very interested in the guests. They also helped us a lot for the tours we would do there. We would like to thank all the staff for their kindness.
