Firstly, the location is bang on just outside the world trade coveted metro station having access to anywhere one wants to go in Dubai with unforgettable/unmissable views of the Dubai museum & Burj Khalifa. The pool area will sweep you into a resort from a hotel with an amazing waterfall in it & not to forget the superb cocktails mixed out from their pool bar. Secondly, the spread over breakfast is one of the best chosen from around the world with highest quality possible one must agree without fail. The South Indian chef from Ramanathapuram during the buffet was exceptional with ask anything & will be delivered attitude & most importantly delivered with love & passion in your plate is a wow without fail. The fruit station is simply one the best morning boosters one wouldn’t miss with live fruit cutting in front of you & the spread-quakity of fruits served is one of the best sourced from around the world : a simply kissable venture during one’s mornings. Also not to forget the chef from Bangladesh at the egg station is another star to their cap; just so skilful and passionate about putting your eggs on your table with any toppings if your choice. The coffee options are avast with any coffee is just an ask away. Thirdly, my room was house-kept twice a day which is a surprise factor refilling all the toiletries of your choice to its fullest so that you don’t feel left out of any sort. The toiletries are carefully selected keeping nature in mind & one would love to use them over and over again. Last but not the least, the entire hotel team is a friendly understanding team out there though I had a delay of about 30 minutes after dialling thrice requesting cutlery to my room; else one will be thrilled with the team. There’s is person called Frenny from India, you’ll surely bump into here almost everywhere in the hotel - she will be shimmering around the entire hotel property to ensure the best at what they do; she’s simply outstanding with what you express with her great listening skills to ensuring your ask is fulfilled to your fullest. Full marks to Frenny, she’s a total asset to Conrad Dubai; three cheers to her. Would love to going back over and again every time next in Dubai. Cheers guys, amazing show - all the best….. My staying was so wonderful miss po in the reception was very nice hosting person and giving very good and fast check in and also miss mberi working in the executive lounge was very nice hosting and welcoming person i recommend this hotel very highly for any one looking to have nice and wonderful stay

I had an incredible experience at Conrad, where every staff member was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Special thanks to Ruel from the Bell Team, whose helpfulness and kindness stood out. Lihua from the spa provided such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Lito, the lifeguard, ensured my safety with a warm and attentive presence, and Janet from the Mini Bar/In-Room Dining made sure I had everything I needed with a smile.
