Thank you soo much . This hotel is one of my favourite in Dubai. Special thanks to the Arabic coffee man in the lobby Mr Badawi, who served us the coffee with always big smile. He makes it yet .another additional value why we come to this hotel

Badawi, the front desk employee, is a true example of professionalism, kindness, and elegance. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me with a genuine smile that reflects his warm spirit and passion for his work. He is one of the proud sons of Egypt whose presence brings positive energy and joy, making every guest feel truly at home. His excellence goes beyond a warm welcome — it shows in his attention to detail and his sincere care for guests, whether by offering delicious Arabic coffee or through his respectful and graceful attitude. Badawi truly represents the essence of genuine hospitality and is undoubtedly one of the reasons behind the hotel’s success. I wish him all the best and continued success. With appreciation and gratitude from Saudi Arabia, hoping to see more outstanding Egyptian talents like him.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Ramesh from house keeping was very friendly and helpful. Great amenities and fresh food.

Everything was amazing, from the breakfast to the housekeeping. Janet was super sweet. Definitely come back to this hotel again.

We had afternoon tea at Isla Lounge and it was excellent. The staff recognized us right away and gave us a warm welcome back. Their warm service really made us feel special and made our day. Service was quick and attentive, and the cakes and sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Big thanks to Badawg, Jenny, Thitsao, Wasana, Jocelyn, Vira, and Sneha for taking such good care of us. We’ll be back again soon.
