I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience my parents and I had during our recent stay at Conrad. Farid from the reception desk provided exceptional service during our check-in. He was courteous, professional, and very attentive to our needs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival. His assistance truly set a positive tone for our stay. I would also like to extend special recognition to Jenina from the Spa for her kindness and accommodation toward my parents. They greatly enjoyed the complimentary use of the spa facilities, and her warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable for them. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of service. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

This is a big crowded hotel but the service was still very good and we enjoyed our time there. The valets were super helpful, especially when we had a small issue that was not their fault and they really helped. The food was good, the pool is nice enough, and the executive lounge offered decent food and good service, unusual considering how large it was.

Excellent stay at the Conrad Hotel. Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms with all the comforts and a sea view. Special mention for Badawi and his Arabic coffee, a wonderful discovery! 😍

I stayed there for one night only, booked a twin room as a Diamond member. I received an upgrade to somewhat nicer room at the 45th floor. Positives: - front desk staff was friendly - the breakfast buffet was phenomenal: excellent food and a lot of variety - food at the exec loungs was good as well - the aircon was silent and not windy Negatives: - The exec lounge looked more like a homeless shelter when we entered in the afternoon: several people lying on the sofas, without shoes and without socks, other people looked like they came from a camping site, kids running around, etc. People behaved like animals. In the evening, the lounge was heavily crowded and all tables occupied. We took a table with half-empty plates from previous guests still there. Staff didn't bother to remove it or even clean the table. I had to ask them to remove these plates. Then they still left some of them on our table, thinking they belong to me and I should finish them before they take them. The hotel knows that the lounge is too full but they still aggressively try to sell lounge access when selling rooms in the Hilton app: you cannot book some categories without buying lounge access. When you do so, the app tries to sell you the lounge as an extra. This might work short term, but long term they will loose their business customers as well as the few among us who still prefer a minimum of style. - During breakfast (not in the lounge but in the regular area), they didn't remove used plates and never asked whether I might want a second cup of coffee. - The bedroom has a large window to the bathroom and you can see each other and wave hello between toilet and bedroom. Who needs this? Recommendation: I would recommend booking for one night only, to begin with, and see whether you enjoy the kind of guests there. Some people in Dubai joke and say they only built the Conrad to keep some clients away from the Waldorf Astoria Financial Center. See for yourselves.
