Conrad Dubai

Firstly, a few names to mention. Dining area - Zeeshan, Shakeel, Daniel and the Head Chef. You made our breakfast the best ever experience. All were very kind, and went above and beyond to give us the ultimate experience. The head chef made us fresh parathas and poori on his own accord. Very hospitable. All the staff were amazing. A shout out to all the life guards. Thank you so much. Dennis at concierge and other concierge staff were very helpful. Lastly, reception were very nice too. An all round amazing stay at the Conrad Dubai.

I have been a regular visitor of this hotel, I always have exceptional stays. The staff id very friendly and welcoming. I would like to specifically thank Filipe, Andrea, and Peshala from the executive lounge as they were very welcoming and helpful during my stay.

Great hotel, worth more than five stars, very great staff,

This is by far the best hotel for me in Dubai.I have also stayed at other Luxury Hotels in Dubai but still love Conrad Dubai the most. I had great stay with my family. It was my birthday and the executive lounge team went the extra mile to do something special for me. Thank You Rashani, Hannah, Fransie & the executive lounge chef Avita. She took special care of my dietary restrictions and always prepared sugar free desserts during my stay at the hotel. The executive lounge has vast selection for the afternoon tea and evening snacks. What I like about this hotel is that they have a family hour in the executive lounge so the kids can enjoy too. The rooms are vey spacious, clean with all modern amenities. The hotel is centrally located on Main Sheikh Zayed Road; right next to the Metro Station. Although it's a business hotel; but there is a resort style pool with a waterfall which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. I choose the main restaurant for breakfast instead of executive lounge and the breakfast selection was huge and all the items prepared were fresh and top notch. Everyone at the front desk was very courteous and special thanks to Fareed and his team.

We had the most fantastic trip back in June, because of all the lovely amenities Conrad dubai, had to offer and it does not end there. We were taken great care of by the whole staff on our trip. but we can’t forget the most fantastic service of the executive lounge team who really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip as well as the other guests It ranged from help with hotel cards and check ins. To a personal box of dates brought to my room I had To have a lovely coconut cappuccino on many occasions. to personal cocktails in the evening as well as delicious snacks and desserts to whole meals prepared and prepped by the great A-team up in the lounge. Thank you Adrian, Francis, Iryna,Andrea,Roshni for a memorable trip and If I return to Dubai it will be at the Conrad.
