Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

This review is for Sriyana we came back after a long day in the desert today to a lovely suprise design on our bed. Made a fabulous day even more fabulous. Thank you so much for all your effort it has not gone unnoticed, made everyone smile. You are very talented!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Duke The Palm for a day, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the hotel went above and beyond to make his birthday special—they decorated the room beautifully and even arranged a surprise cake! The beach access was convenient, and the infinity pool was stunning, offering breathtaking views. The housekeeping service was exceptional—special thanks to Rajat for being so attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, and Chef Husain made our dining experience even better with his warm hospitality. Additionally, Kelvin (the bellman) was incredibly kind and assisted us with taxis and other needs promptly. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we highly recommend Duke The Palm for a luxurious yet cozy stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel experience was okay at best. We went out everyday to make it as good as it was, Beautiful country with lovely sights

Been here a week and leave tomorrow. The hotel is good but a bit dated with the pathway to the pool area which spoils it with how nice the hotel is… We did go full board, but some days missed at least one of the sessions as we didn’t feel hungry. Weather is very hot but bearable, the humidity is worse at night. Just want to say a massive shoutout to ARAYAN the housekeeper who has been an absolute pleasure, room kept clean, always smiling and goes above and beyond. We stayed in 919 and this overlooked some of the marina which was nice. Thank you xxx
