Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

This is our second trip to Dubai and second stay at Dukes. We loved the hotel 4 years ago and still love the hotel now. We booked half board this time and so glad we did because the buffet selection everyday was varied and tasty, we enjoyed alternating to the hotel next door, NH Collection, the food was excellent here also. The staff are exceptional across every department, the hotel is beautiful and we really enjoyed our week here. I know there are fancier hotels in Dubai but for the price point that we paid I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. The pool area is huge and the beach area quiet and clean. We can't wait to visit again in the future.

The facilities is great, that's why we are returning for family leisure. The location, cleanliness, and the hospitality, I would like to specially mention Jane from the reception; I will never forget that she was an absolute joy! Apart from went above and beyond for us, her warm and cheer personality really made one of memorable check in experience.

We had an amazing stay with the entire family and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and very accommodating, making us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. Their excellent service really made a difference and added to our overall experience. The whole family had such a wonderful time and created beautiful memories together. The atmosphere, hospitality, and overall experience were outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with their loved ones. We will definitely come back again and look forward to our next visit!
