Kudos!
Enjoyed our 2-night stay (half-board, breakfast and dinner). The location was right in front of Nakheel mall and right across Aura Skypool. Access to indoor and outdoor amenities, Ula and other restaurants with views from NH collection beside it is also a plus if you were to compare with other properties.

Changing Breakfast & Dinner to another hotel was mean. we expected dukes quality not to move us another 4 stars hotel to take breakfast & diner

You have to do many things it’s not the right place to tell may be hire experience people to tell you how to enhance the hotel

Problem with my room
The AC of the room was not working, we had to check out at 8 am because the heat was unbearable, the technician came to the room 3 times, and he couldn't fix it

Lacking transparency
All-inclusive package, but only valid at the sister hotel. Indoor pool and beach are not part of the package. All meals at the sister hotel (which lead to long waiting times to be seated or served). These arrangements are understandable considering the current situation, but are not mentioned on the website, nor explained during check-in. It was all a trial and error experience, and not a well-deserved break, as planned. Lots of frustration until we figured out what is what.
