Relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings
I stayed at the Dukes over Chritmas with my husband. We were visiting our daughter and husband who live in Dubai. The hotel has an excellent location on The Palm with an infinity pool and their own private beach, plus an indoor pool. The hotel is not only elegant, but comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and the room was kept fresh and clean. A lovely personal touch was a Christmas stocking on our door Chritmas morning. Various sightings of Father Chritmas.

Worst visit to this hotel in the last 3 years
Brutal experience From arrival the receptionist Stephanie was most unhelpful then on top of that we had numerous issues definitely not a 5 star compared to our last hotel the jumeriah zabel saray which was a 5 plus

Holiday before Christmas
The hotel was beautiful and very clean. They had Christmas decorations up and the staff were polite and attentive. Food and facilities were amazing.

Big mouth little boy Rizo from the Reseption
When I arrived at the hotel Kevin was very friendly and helpful. After I went to the check in. I went with my wife to the room when we get there one of the key did not work I went down to the Reseption. And I was saying the card did not work and maybe the have an other room because off the view. Then a little boy was interrupting me. Was saying I need to pay the deposit. I was saying first help me the I’m going to get my wallet in the room. Then it get worse he was saying i need to pay directly I need to call my wife and she need to bring my wallet hahaha He is crazy I took his name Rizo Is his name people like that don’t need to work at a Reseption they need to stay home and talk too there family like that I never experience something like this
