Excellant hopitality and staff gesture.
Our overall stay was very enjoable. Kids love lazy river, kids play area and swiming pool. Hospitality and staff gesture was very good.

Excellent stay
The hotel is fantastic. We had a wonderful week. The pool and the private beach are very well maintained and set right next to each other. Really enjoy the long pool with the donuts which is surrounded by beautiful and well maintained landscape. The hotel is very well located and just 10 minutes walk from the Palm Mall which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a spacious balcony and a beautiful view of the sea. This is not the first time at this hotel, and will certainly recommended. Staff very helpful and ready to assist for any needs.

Shenouda was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He made the whole experience smooth and welcoming with his positive attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Not as expected but good all the same.
Had to pay for water with dinner even though half board, and it was always warm. Room lost power overnight and became very uncomfortable with the heat. Door passes failed several times, needing resets. Breakfast was poor, long waits, poor choice. Next door hotel was significantly better. Dinner in the Great British Restaurant was poor, lots of sauce, very little meat. Like a poor buffet. Ideally situated but dated. Beers were +£12 a pint!!

I had a great experience at Dukes Hotel with staff member Hein. He was very kind, friendly, and professional. His excellent service made my visit enjoyable. I will definitely come back and recommend Hein to anyone visiting. Thank you, Hein!
