Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel

This hotel was probably good back in the day when it was brand new. Now not so much. Friendly staff but not clean room.

Very helpful service and very clean would recommend to friends and family everything is local to where we needed it to be

We had have a great stay again at Dukes The Palm. The hotel is centrally located and close to visit various sights by taxi or private transport. The combination of hotel with infinity pool ,beach club and beach is perfect, you don't have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella and the food at the beach club is also perfect. The view from the infinity pool to the direction of Dubai Marina, Blue waters Island and JBR Beach is amazing. We had booked the Deluxe Studio with breakfast and dinner, and that was for us a perfect combination what we will book again next time. After diner we took some drinks at the Dukes Bar, where the bartenders serve a nice cold Heineken Beer and a delicious cocktail. The reception staff was very helpful when i asked for a room with a walk inn shower instead of a shower with a bathtub and it was arranged immediately.

Dukes is amazing ..... The food, service, facilities, rooms and breakfast is to die for. Khyber indian restaurant ln level 15 is a must. The staff really make this place with attnetion to detail I have never experienced. Treat yourself and stay we even had an upgrade to a auite which was amazing

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, stunning room with views up the loch. The good weather helped as we were able to use the seating on our balcony. Breakfast is served very quickly, we had hardly sat down before being asked what we wanted for a cooked breakfast. We ate in the restaurant on our second night as we could not get in night one due to large coach trips, food was OK, service excellent. Drinks in the bar were very reasonably priced compared to what we paid in local pubs.
