Fairmont Dubai

All was perfect, thank you, all my stay was very pleasant and good.

We have stayed at fair few Fairmont group of hotels and I have to say this has been the best city hotel. The reception staff were lovely and the lobby area is a beautiful area to relax in whilst you are waiting. The restaurant area is lovely modern with great amount of food choices- no one went hungry. A special shout out to chef Ashish who always came with a specially made dish for us and something for kids too. The pool areas were nice with a sunrise pool facing Sheikh Zayed road with a view towards Burj Khalifa and a sunset pool facing Sheikh Zayed Road but a view facing towards old town. The pool itself was fairly ok as both our children can swim however as its a short pool with depths ranging from 1.4 to over 2 meters its a quick steep slope you have to be very wary. We had a One Bedroom Dubai suite which was amazing! a lovely 4 chair dining area & mini fridge with coffee machine, sofa living area with a 55" tv, a large bedroom with king bed, a lounge chair and a roll out bed was requested for our daughter. The bathroom is huge with toilet, bathtub & walkin shower and there's also a separate toilet which was excellent for families. What we love about Fairmont Hotels is the staff. They are always so helpful, polite, nothing is ever too much and very attentive. The cherry on the cake for us was the proximity to the metro. It's literally just outside and so ease of access - you can get to any part of Dubai within few minutes. There's a row of food takeaways and mini supermarket just down the road if you wanted a quick bite to eat. Will for sure be returning her again.

stayed at this hotel from 28th febraury to 4th march 2026 staying at junior suite ROOM NO. 2912 all was perfect untill check out time At the time of check out at the reception MISS MONA was attending to us she asked for the payment of AED 854 I TOLD HER IT WAS ALREADY PAID AT THE TIME OF CHECK INN BUT SHE TOLD ME IT HASNT BEEN THROUGH SO I PAID AGAIN but then i checked my documents and my transaction on credit card sms it was already done so i went back to her and told her to recheck then she told me yes it has been paid for which they issued me a credit not also Since then i have been following up on emails as well as on phone they are just giving false promises so i caution all staying at the hotel the staff at the reception is very untrained and un professional pls be ware and take all proofs of payments they ask for.Even i have submittted the proof via email but till date of me writing the review on 16th april 2026 it is not resolved this is very frustrating and disgusting Also in this junior suite room the wifi is non existent being a gold member we are entitled to super fast wifi which was non existent

Ideal location. Wonderful 2 nights at Fairmont Dubai. Everything about this hotel is fabulous, staff induced. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Room had a great view and very modern and spacious. Red metro line is right next door stopping at Burj, Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates amongst other key destinations. The standard of cleanliness in this hotel cannot be faulted. Breakfast spread was incredible.
