We recently held a Memorial Gathering at Fairmont Dubai in honor of our dear colleague, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms. Cindy Capili for her exceptional assistance and support throughout the entire event. From the initial planning stages until the very last minute of the gathering, Cindy was incredibly attentive, hands-on, and accommodating. She consistently made sure that everything was well coordinated and that our needs were taken care of, which gave us one less thing to worry about during such an emotional and meaningful occasion. We would also like to commend the event organizer and the entire team for their professionalism, dedication, and excellent service. Their support before and during the gathering truly made a difference. A special thank you to Cindy for going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care were deeply appreciated by all of us. It was splendid. I had a good afternoon evening Andrew at the swimming pool was amazing. He’s a great instructor. Amazing personality super chill playing good music so we had an amazing time highly recommended for a couples for people who are looking for staycation come by see Andrew at the pool and just let him know that it’s all good at the end. It was all lovely.

The 4 days stay with the boys was exceptional. Seamless check in experience. From the arrival Concierge, to the security detail and the front desk❤️, Always asking if you are ok and if there is anything they can do to help. The 2 bedroom suite was awesome..we loved it. Housekeeping was always there to assist and maintain. The one thing we are already missing is the breakfast, kids loved it. We loved the staff at the restaurant. Top, top professionals. Khusbu, Mina, Mohamed, Peace and the entire team was always there to offer assistance. We thank you. The front desk team had a calmness we admired, even when the stress was high. Queenie was very helpful, even helped out with booking a movie for my kids, they still talk about her. We will definately stay here again and again, for the location and luxury but definately for the staff. Real Fairmont hospitality on display
