Fairmont Dubai

A perfect hotel. The room was extremely spacious and very functional. The common areas are excellent, especially the pool area, the lobby with panoramic elevators, and the breakfast area. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of options, everything freshly made, and no issues at all with availability. My biggest thanks go to the hotel staff. Beyond being polite and friendly, they were incredibly helpful on our check-out day, when unexpected heavy rain flooded the road to the airport and made it difficult to find a taxi. The staff helped us find drivers and made our return to the airport much easier, which would have been very difficult without their assistance. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I had a wonderful business stay at the Fairmont Sheikh Zayed Road Hotel and would happily come back again. The location is unbeatable for business travelers. It’s perfectly situated close to DIFC, Business Bay, and Deira, making meetings and commuting incredibly easy. The metro station is directly in front of the hotel, and from there the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are only three metro stops away—it honestly doesn’t get better than that. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and nicely arranged, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The gym is well equipped and ideal for keeping up with workouts while traveling. Overall, this was a fantastic stay—comfortable, convenient, and professional in every way. A hotel I would definitely return to and highly recommend, especially for business trips to Dubai.

everything was perfect except the cars continuous noise and second they keep the rooms so cold! the staff are polite and patient

Stayed 11 nights in a suite at Fairmont Dubai and overall expected a high standard of care consistent with a five-star property. Unfortunately, a serious safety incident occurred during my stay. Late at night, while crossing the hotel access road with my elderly mother, a valet-operated vehicle accelerated aggressively toward us and stopped less than a metre away. The driver did not apologise or acknowledge the incident and drove off. The matter was reported immediately. Senior management acknowledged the seriousness, reviewed CCTV, and confirmed the individual would no longer operate on the property. Those operational steps were appropriate and appreciated. However, the subsequent guest response framed the incident as an “inconvenience” and offered a minimal goodwill gesture that did not reflect the seriousness of a near-miss safety event involving an elderly guest. That framing was inconsistent with the hotel’s own handling of the matter. I escalated this to Accor corporate more than 10 days ago and have yet to receive any follow-up. While parts of the stay were otherwise fine, this experience exposed a troubling gap between safety accountability behind the scenes and how guest impact is addressed. I would encourage management to review how serious incidents are classified and resolved from a guest perspective

After long time i came back to Fairmont and it looks like they did renovations to their rooms as the room furniture was quite new and room equipped with all required amenities and accessories. The only issue i faced was mobile coverage inside the room as there was no signal inside my room # 2421
