The breakfast at Cascades restaurant was good, turkey bacon was great. Chefs were helpful and Peace was exemplary. Would come back & recommend to others.

Cascade breakfast is good. Waiter and waitresss are really attentive and helpful.

I wanted to share what an absolutely wonderful stay we have had over these past two weeks at Fairmont Dubai. Martha and Shivraj did an excellent job keeping everything spotless and were consistently thoughtful and thorough throughout our visit. Mohamed looked after us perfectly at breakfast every day with such great care and attention. John, Ousman and Ashraf at the doors were brilliant – John sorted out all our car arrangements and the whole team were so helpful and professional at all times. Andrew and Manesh, the lifeguards, were always friendly, welcoming and made us feel completely safe. Danish organised all our excursions perfectly, everything ran smoothly and he was incredibly reliable. We would also like to thank J.K. Sheikh who was so kind and helpful and made our stay extra special. Every single member of staff we met was friendly and went above and beyond. We could not fault the service at all – a solid 10 out of 10 experience that we have truly enjoyed from start to finish. Thank you so much to everyone.

We recently held a Memorial Gathering at Fairmont Dubai in honor of our dear colleague, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms. Cindy Capili for her exceptional assistance and support throughout the entire event. From the initial planning stages until the very last minute of the gathering, Cindy was incredibly attentive, hands-on, and accommodating. She consistently made sure that everything was well coordinated and that our needs were taken care of, which gave us one less thing to worry about during such an emotional and meaningful occasion. We would also like to commend the event organizer and the entire team for their professionalism, dedication, and excellent service. Their support before and during the gathering truly made a difference. A special thank you to Cindy for going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care were deeply appreciated by all of us.
