Fairmont Dubai

From check in till check out it was a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and the beds are comfortable. The food delicious. Above all I would like to thank the Banquet Manager Jen and her assistant Mo for the flawless operation of our meeting in the hotel. Everything went smooth, nothing was too much we asked for and above all they were very kind and friendly. The hotel should be proud of having them in their team. Definitely a hotel to operate a successful meeting! Thank you to all the staff involved!!

We stayed at Fairmont Dubai for 7 days and had an amazing time Such a great hotel.clean friendly and staff so friendly. A special mention to the dining area staff Mandeep. Roderick Satish and other staff who went out of their way everyday to look after us. A great experience was given to us by these staff members. We would love to come and stay at Faimont Dubai again. Also the location is great.near to Metro Station. Cleaning staff were amazing as well

Great hotel and Andrew pool side was very polite and helpful, good service in the hotel and dining was very good. Highly recommend. Hotel Location perfect as well.

Unfortunately this hotel is not a good choice for a Diamond member of Accor. The room wasn’t ready at check in and I got no upgrade. In fact I didn’t even get an apology or an explanation as to why I wasn’t upgraded. There is no members or gold lounge in the hotel. I wasn’t even offered complimentary breakfast. There is no comfortable place to have a meal in the evening. The main restaurant is buffet only. The bar is freezing cold with big screens and smoking. I ended up eating in my room every evening. The only place the welcome drink is offered is the highly air-conditioned dark bar. There are plenty of alternative hotels in Dubai that respect Diamond members. I see no reason why I should ever consider staying at the Fairmont again.

The staff including Asman at the door, Mina our lovely waitress Sateesh the most efficient, helpfull and friendly waiter were all amazing. The sous chef Prashed couldn't have been more helpful and even gave me one of his delicious recipes. We would come back here just to see the lovely staff unfortunately I didn't get all there names 😕 . The hotel is on a busy road.andt very close to the metro station so its quick and easy to get around.. Everywhere is immaculate and everyone is so helpful and friendly. There is a transfer every day to kite beach which is very nice with restaurants and showers available also beds and showers to rent for the day.
