Fairmont Dubai

Fairmont on Sheikh Zayed Road has a very good location, which makes getting around Dubai easy and convenient. The hotel is clean and generally well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is fine, though it doesn’t feel particularly warm or welcoming. While the service staff and workers were kind and helpful, the reception and hotel management were noticeably less friendly than expected for a hotel in this category. The rooms are comfortable, but the views are fairly average and not a highlight. The pool area is small and often crowded, which limits its enjoyment. Breakfast was underwhelming and did not meet expectations in terms of quality or variety. Considering the price point, the overall experience doesn’t feel like strong value, and there are better hotel options available in Dubai within the same budget.

We had a fantastic New Year’s Eve experience during our stay at Fairmont Dubai. Everything was perfectly organized and seamless. A special mention to Dinesh from Mayra Tours, who made the difference with his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. The cruise was smooth, well managed, and truly memorable for our family. Thank you for making our New Year in Dubai so special. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in the hotel. The room is clean and nice. The pool is clean and the lifeguards are very attentive and helpfull. I want to mention Andrew in particular. He is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast offers a large choice and is fresh. One point of improvement however, when we were arriving during the night, the woman at the reception desk, I think her name was Hope, was not very friendly. I had difficulties trying to understand her due to her speed of talking and accent. She refused however to talk slower upon my request. But for everything else, our stay was perfect.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. The service was excellent and the stay was comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Dubai.The hotel has all the amenities as the rooms are well kept. The breakfast spread is lovely.Its just at the centre of downtown and all major attractions are nearby and can be access by the public transport too. We would like to give a shout out and a huge appreciation for Iqbal who was the service staff of our floor.We have found our rooms well kept and clean everyday.He is extremely polite and always there will a smile.We would love to come back and stay at Fairmont Dubai.
