So 1am and you can hear the music…. They must have a near perfect modern system as the curtains were shaking with the base!!! There are two clubs on the ground floor - one closes at 3am and one at 4am. I called reception (who were great) but they moved me to the same floor - and you can STILL hear the music! If you have young child, need a nights sleep or on business would avoid. Finally - I did also get a random pair of jeans back in my dry cleaning. A first in any hotel for this year (am gold across four cards.) The staff are great in this hotel but frankly the noise pollution is a bit disgraceful for Four Seasons.

This is really a home run. I have been travelling to Dubai regularly since 2004, stayed in many 5 star hotels and resorts; and FS DIFC is easily the best business hotel in town. Disclaimer, this property is not a resort or a large property, so my review is based on the merits of a business hotel (my favorite hotel in Dubai still remains to be Four Seasons Juneriah beach by a mile). Four Seasons DIFC is at the perfect location within DIFC - the main business district, especially for high end meetings. So, it will be the most convenient place to stay in town for meetings (especially considering Dubai’s increasing traffic). Also, most people are more than happy to neet at Penrose cafe inside for business meetings, if you are inviting them to join. Rooms are top notch within the 5 star business hotel segment; has a very good breakfast/lunch/dinner restaurant (Mina Brasserie) and is adjacent to other great restaurants like Avli & la petit maison. Staff & service is as one would expect from Four Seasons, and has a good cigar bar upstairs. Overall, if you dont need the resort type of luxury, but want something more functional & high end, this is THE place to choose in town.

Very good hotel in the heart of Dubai’s financial district. By location and purpose, a “smaller” Four Seasons with a very small lobby and high rise style feeling. Location is excellent with a lot of upscale restaurants and night clubs within a short walk. Altogether, a better fit for singles or couples rather than families with kids. The room was good, not a good view though, again dictated by the location. Service is fine, Shawki at the roof pool was exceptional. I wish Four Seasons honor Amex Platinum booking with an upgrade! They don’t and this has been the case over and over again. Even if you are a regular guest. This happened last week in Abu Dhabi as well. They always “don’t have availability”, except that you know from reviewing their website that they do! Nothing wrong with honoring your guests who’s paying a premium and booking through Amex Platinum. You really should do better.

I was there for the afternoon tea. I made a reservation by email, but I didn't hear back from them until two hours prior to the scheduled time. Fortunately, they were able to make it even though the reservation stated it was fully filled. which I was grateful for. The hostess was kind, but she didn't make me feel at home. You have to meet Jose (pardon my spelling), who is really kind and cheerful, and who is taking good care of our table. If he breaks down each of our hi tea products item by item, it will be much more amazing. For a better understanding of the meal, we must consult the menu. The food was delicious! Try their Afternoon Tea, please! You will taste the UMAMI in both their dessert and savory dishes. However, since I enjoy fluffy scones, I don't particularly like theirs. Once more, it's just what I like.

Best hotel I have ever been in and most certainly the best four seasons I have ever stayed in. The customer service in Dubai is next level. 12/10 stars. Thet gave me a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. It was beautiful at night time. DIFC is a great location aswell.
