Ocean View Deluxe room for 3 nights. (51 Sqm) . This is my 1st stay at alnaseem but my 4th stay with Jumierah. . I have booked for a Ocean View Deluxe room online, however in reality I received Upper-floor (4th floor) Deluxe room with lagoon/resort views and an angled partial ocean view (not a direct Ocean View) - see photos for buildings and rooftops occupying much of the foreground. The room itself was comfortable but ordinary despite being a premium category, but the king bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was the highlight (large bathroom, separate shower and bath, double basin, generous storage and powerful shower). . Fabulous staff:- Miss Christy from reception for her daily follow up Miss Anissa (Kenyan) from room dining for her hospitality Miss Wissal from Marrakech (Internship at Jumeirah) for her warm welcome . I received a very responsive “WhatsApp assistance” prior to arrival & during my entire stay. The replies were quick and efficient. . Great stay and will be back to Jumeirah next year. . See photos

Al Naseem is a beautiful hotel with very attentive, friendly, and kind staff. We really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, and the buggy service throughout the resort was excellent, making it easy to get around. However, we felt there was very limited information provided at check-in about the resort, the surrounding Jumeirah hotels, and which facilities were open and available for us to use. We also weren’t informed that the beach and adults-only pool at Al Naseem were closed (pool for renovations), leaving only the family pools available. Overall, whilst we still had a lovely stay thanks to the exceptional staff and beautiful surroundings, but it didn’t fully match the experience we had expected when booking.

Would I return I’m not sure… Arrived as normal early hours of the morning and while check in was long and prolonged we finally got to our room. Room was presented nicely, clean and welcoming so all looked very positive. We had booked an adult pool terrace room but the pool was closed and being renovated therefore, we were provided with an alternative room but alas with club access which was appreciated. There was only the pool at Al Naseem and Mina A Salam open so somewhat limited for choice and it wasn’t possible to use the pool by the entrance to Cala Vista but we could use it if we paid 600 AED each which we didn’t. This was our second visit to Al Naseem and to be honest I was overall disappointed primarily in the level of service from what I would call key staff members in the business. A few examples, the hair dryer in the room wouldn’t work and we could call for a replacement because the phone didn’t work in the room so I trek to reception and ask for a replacement along with asking for the phone to be fixed. Nothing happened, no one came so after playing with the hair dryer it finally started working but then failed again the following day but no one came in the first instance and throughout the entire eight nights the phone never worked. Another scenario, I left my glasses case somewhere in the complex and went to reception who took my details and said they would ask but alas I never heard another word from anyone and just accepted they were lost. As a five star hotel I expect issues followed through but in this case and on this vaccination I felt a nuisance, I felt in the way, a hindrance and not really respected as a fee paying guest for eight nights. However, I must make an extra special big shout out for an absolute star who knows how to treat a customer with respect, knowledge, customer service and just pure pleasure which was to be served by Kharisma who worked in the Al Mander lounge. She clearly understood the customer, delivered customer service throughout the eight nights and an utter pleasure to be served by her. Had she not delivered such fantastic service I would have given one star, she is what I perceive as the essence of Jumeirah, putting the customer first and foremost. Concluding, I would suggest you polish your front of house skills and ask staff to follow through with queries and not hope the guest will forget they raised an issue, thank you.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Jumeirah Al Naseem. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. A special thank you to Yousef and Raymond, who both went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm, friendly approach were exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they are a real credit to the Jumeirah brand. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities, immaculate rooms, fantastic restaurants, and impeccable service throughout. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We travel extensively and stay in many luxury hotels around the world, but Jumeirah Al Naseem remains one of our favourites. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly first-class experience. Thank you again to Yousef, Raymond, and the entire team for making our holiday so special
