Jumeirah Al Naseem

Those were three magical days for me and my family. I think Al Naseem is one of the best resorts in Dubai. The luxury of the resort, the rooms, the gardens, the food and the treatment you get is beyond words. Thank God  I took my wife and sons for our anniversary to you because the surprise was for me also. We would like to thank everyone of you for making us feel like royals. Especially we would like to thank our new friend from the front desk Hamad and the boat driver Senka for their excellent service. We wish you the best and for us i wish next September we can come to Al Naseem for our anniversary again. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

This was the second stay at Al nassem hotel. And unfortunately this time on the last day of our stay in our room we had cockroaches running around very large ones . We reported to the reception staff, which try to play it down . Where I explained that they was gaps in the toilet area for the walls where the cockroaches was going in . They obviously was an infestation.And the hotel is accountable for doing through checks in all areas of the room under beds etc where these bugs are warm areas. This was not a very pleasant experience and we was very worried that they could be in our luggage. We had to leave our room earlier than the departure time. I did email the hotel manager and I still have not received any reply back from them. It is not Very disappointing that I have to write this review.

Excellent hotel with (mostly) a very good staff. However, one particular manager at the pool, Krishna, managed to upset so many guests! Going so far on one occasion to shout very loudly at a gentleman visiting friends to get out of the pool until he had paid for his day pass. This guy had already registered his passport etc at reception so was hardly trying to pull a fast one. For some guests this was the final straw and they left the pool area choosing to use the beach area well away from this rude bossy boots loudmouth!

From arrival was very welcoming , lobby is very comfortable, the fronts desk team very assisting. The room is awesome , personally I really Love the room. The View has best ever facing on burj al arab. Pool and beach were sooo good . Thank you to : Tareq, toshan,jon jon, Don , they were friendly and assisting . Special thanks for the cakes they’re so delicious , made our anniversary and my birthday memorable. Overall we have Best stayed ever and can’t wait to be back . Jumeirah Al Naseem
