Suite check-in by Ribay was outstanding. He took the time to brief us thoroughly on all Jumeirah properties and explained how to get to each one if we wanted to visit for lunch or dinner. The service throughout our stay was absolutely fabulous and truly five-star. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Staying at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab felt like stepping into a world where excellence is simply the standard. From the moment I arrived, every detail was handled with grace, warmth, and professionalism. A special thank you to Clive, my butler, who was absolutely outstanding. Attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead, he made my stay effortless and memorable. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such natural kindness and discretion. Nikola, my driver, was equally amazing. Always punctual, professional, and incredibly pleasant, he made every transfer smooth and stress-free. He brought a calm confidence that added to the overall experience. The food across the hotel was spectacular, but Cullinan deserves its own applause. The steakhouse experience was world-class. Perfectly cooked steaks, exceptional quality, and a dining atmosphere that balances elegance with comfort. Every bite felt like a celebration. Special thanks to Fawaz, our butler, for his outstanding service—professional, attentive, and always going the extra mile. Akila, the bellman, was also wonderful—very helpful, courteous, and welcoming. They truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended.

Overall, everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. The service, hospitality, and attention from the team were outstanding. There were only two minor points we would like to mention to help improve future stays. The first was a delay during check-in; however, this was handled very professionally by the hotel team, and we appreciated how it was managed. The second point was a slight unpleasant smell that was present in the elevator area near the pool entrance throughout the stay. The same smell was noticeable in our room (1004), but to a lesser extent. It seemed to become stronger when using the rain shower. The smell was not a bad odor, but more of a machinery or metallic smell, which felt a bit unusual. Despite these minor issues, we would definitely stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab again. These are our only concerns, shared purely to help make our next stay even better.
