Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

We had the most unbelievable experience at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab while celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a spectacular sixth-floor Burj Al Arab seafront room, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is simply breathtaking. Every member of staff—from reception to the pool team and Kids Club—made us feel genuinely special. Nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction was warm, personal, and thoughtful. The little touches made our stay unforgettable. The children were welcomed with personalised gifts in the room, our bed was beautifully decorated with a “Happy Anniversary” message, and every detail had clearly been considered before we even arrived. Dinner at The Cullinan was another highlight. The team surprised us by taking a Polaroid photo of us during our meal, presenting it in a beautiful card and envelope for us to take home—a keepsake we’ll treasure forever. Then there’s the breakfast… quite simply the most incredible breakfast we’ve ever experienced. There were room after room of beautifully presented food from around the world, and if you still couldn’t find exactly what you wanted, there was an extensive à la carte menu with freshly prepared dishes cooked to order. Every aspect of our stay was beyond anything we could have imagined. The service, the design, the atmosphere, and the genuine care shown by every member of the team made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We couldn’t recommend Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab more highly, and we can’t wait to return.

Excellent and expensive Hotel . Wonderful views . Staff worked hard to make the experience 5-Star and Guest Relations Manager Ilaria Villari in particular deserves a special mention for helping us leave with a positive experience versus the several complaints arising . Little differences make an impression . Like waiting too long and several reminders for ice bucket. Check In delays and long wait for luggage (confusing drop off at residences v hotel) . And faulty room light controllers requiring midnight wait for maintenance to call and fix so bathroom lights would switch off (Partner asleep before all was done / end of romance) . Pool wanted to visit was limited to Suites only, with only 3rd available around the Pool we ended up at . Was very disappointed that Gold membership did not avail “Late check out” - until Guest Relations Ilaria stepped in to find a suitable alternative - thanks Ilaria, for saving the day!

My stay was amazing from start to finish. Ana, who has looked after me for years during my stays with Jumeirah, was fantastic as always. This was my first time staying at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, and everything was beyond perfect. From Echoch at the front door, who always greeted me with a smile, to Ishmael and the in-house butler team, the service was impeccable throughout. The breakfast was second to none, the staff across the hotel were outstanding, and the pools are some of the best I have ever experienced. This is genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in, and I cannot wait to come back

We spent our 20th year anniversary at Marsa Al Arab hotel and it was truly incredible. The best location to spend amazing time, excellent service, superb food & location overlooking the Burj Al Arab.
