I want to sincerely thank the staff working at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab and taking the service to another level. Marla Vidal is truly guardian angel. She initially showed us the hotel in July 2026 and we promised that we will come soon and we truly did in August 2026. She always help with passion and smile on her face and always proactively helping guest in the lobby she had amazing surprise in our room as well which was very thoughtful of her. Special thanks for Mr. Mahmoud Shawly & Alina, the managers went above and beyond to make this trip & occasion special. Everything ive asked for & did not ask for was provided and as FINE HOTELS & Resorts customer & Jumeirah One loyal member they were able to provide the room i requested. If you are looking to spend a vacation and be treated with highest level of service. This is your go to hotel. I want to also thank the head chef for the best breakfast across all Dubai, the quality of food and variety is amazing. Dont forget to cool off during the hot summer days at the Adult swimming pool & indoor pool with jacuzzi. You can also have your morning workout while watching the beautiful Marina. This hotel is by far the best in Dubai. & Mahmoud & Alina leadership is a testament for Jumeirah Group caring about their Guests. Last but not least thanks to Akila for helping moving all luggage in a timely manner. Thank you Marsa Al Arab Management.

As usual, anything that carries the UAE’s name or the name of any part of it can only represent something outstanding. It was a true pleasure to celebrate my 30th birthday at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, where I had an exceptional experience that I do not believe I could find anywhere other than within Jumeirah Group. The name truly speaks for itself. I am very particular, and it is not easy for everything to meet my expectations, but every detail was arranged exactly as I wanted. My sincere thanks to Mr. Adham AlNoman, Mr. Al Mousawi, the butler Ismail. Also others from their team Nouhaila, Lyon from breakfast team for every single person who made my birthday so special from the valet parking team to housekeeping. Every team member seemed carefully selected, with genuine warmth, professionalism, and positive energy. Also I would like to thank Ribay for writing the sweet message. I loved everything about my experience and highly recommend Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab for a birthday or any special occasion especially if you are looking for nothing less than exceptional.

Such a beautiful and luxurious stay! The hotel is stunning, with elegant interiors, beautiful surroundings, and an incredible view of Burj Al Arab. The beach area was peaceful and relaxing, and I really enjoyed the little details throughout the property. Breakfast was one of my favorite parts, a great selection of pastries and everything was beautifully presented. The atmosphere feels very exclusive yet relaxing, and the service made the experience even better. Definitely a place I would love to come back to.

It was an absolutely amazing and luxurious stay! The hotel is more than wonderful, and the staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. The location, the hotel itself, and especially the staff were truly exceptional. Everything made our stay memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and luxurious experience. I would definitely love to come back again!
