Our recent stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab was nothing short of exceptional — in fact, our children declared it “the best hotel in Dubai”… and it’s hard to disagree. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of effortless luxury. A special mention to our butler, Jeyla, whose warmth, attentiveness, and grace set the tone for our entire stay. Every detail was anticipated, every moment thoughtfully curated. The culinary experience alone is reason enough to return. At Iliana, we enjoyed what must be one of the most iconic views in Dubai, overlooking the Burj Al Arab — paired with exquisite Greek cuisine. The salt-baked seabass and taramosalata were standout dishes we’re still talking about. Dinner at Rialto was equally memorable — refined, vibrant, and full of flavour — followed by a perfectly crafted nightcap at the bar. And then, breakfast at The Fore… simply extraordinary. The concept of four restaurants seamlessly brought together into one elevated experience is as impressive as it is indulgent — truly something for every palate. What made this stay especially unique for us as a family was how beautifully it balanced luxury with thoughtful family experiences. The children absolutely loved the kids club, and the Learning Campus was a game-changer — allowing them to continue their learning with certified teachers while we enjoyed some quiet time by the adults-only pool. The suite itself was stunning — spacious, serene, and impeccably designed. We found ourselves lingering on the terrace between beach and pool moments, enjoying room service in complete comfort. And the personalised touches… truly next level. Monogrammed slippers and pillowcases for each of us — details that felt both intimate and unforgettable (and yes, we were thrilled to bring them home!). This was more than just a hotel stay — it was a fully immersive experience, where every element felt considered, elevated, and genuinely special. It’s rare to find a place that feels both grand and deeply personal — this was exactly that. An unforgettable escape we will cherish for years to come, and one we already know we’ll return to.

Very clean and nicely designed rooms with an amazing view overseeing Burj Al Arab and the sea, worth the price. The staff are very helpful and professional, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. The spa and pools are clean and well maintained, I highly recommend the massage. Despite having many restaurants and activities the noise is non existent, truly one of the most welcoming and best experiences. Overall one of the best hotels in the UAE and in a great location.

His exceptional attentiveness, professionalism, and warm personality made every moment feel personalized and cared for. He was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs with ease. Rialto Restaurant atmosphere, impeccable service, and delicious food came together perfectly.
