We had a wonderful two-night stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, and everything was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and offered an amazing view that truly took our breath away. The entire resort is simply stunning—from the design and atmosphere to the attention to detail throughout the property. All hotel staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to Darius, who went above and beyond upon our arrival. He took the time to explain the hotel facilities in detail and made us feel immediately comfortable and well cared for. Overall, an exceptional experience in a truly remarkable resort. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily return.

Wonderful stay as a Solo Traveler
I had an exceptional stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab as a solo traveler. The service was flawless—warm, attentive, and never intrusive. A special thank you to Saule, whose kindness and professionalism truly made my stay memorable. The hotel is stunning, my room was immaculate and very comfortable, and dining felt welcoming even as a solo guest. Everything reflected true luxury and care. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely return.

Best hotel experienced ever
We had the terrasse suite. The hotel is wonderful and gorgeous and the staff is amazing... We were close to everything and the valet service was 10/10...

Ideal City Break
We had the perfect mini break in the city, and were so well taken care of at the Marsa Al Arab. A special shout out to Kaung, who accommodated and executed our last minute requests with such finesse and professionalism. The entire Al Marsa team made this holiday feel like a home away from home and we leave with giant smiles and fab memories of a well rested stay.
