We had the pleasure of being looked after by Clive, our butler at Marsa Al Arab, over the past three weekends, and I wanted to express how exceptional his service has been. From the moment we arrived each stay, Clive made everything effortless with smooth check-ins and flexible check-outs, always ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free. He handled every booking and request with efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care. What stood out the most was the special attention he gave to our family, especially making sure everything was perfect for our toddler. His thoughtfulness, patience, and attention to detail made each weekend even more enjoyable and comfortable for us all. Clive truly goes above and beyond, and his warm hospitality has made our stays memorable every single time. Marsa Al Arab is fortunate to have someone of his caliber, and we look forward to returning again soon.

I would like to highlight Butler Ribay who was outstanding and the best ever a true superstar he was always present whenever we needed assistance .

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is our new favorite hotel in Dubai post our stay. We made a spontaneous check in for our son’s 1 year birthday, and form the time of check in to delivery of our car upon check out the service has been FLAWLESS. Front desk ensured we have a comfortable room given we have a small baby, Butler service was irreplaceable (the promptness was incredible, Butler Chris and Butler Ismail were incharge during our stay), Breakfast buffet was that of a feast, and the pools were calm and serene. Loved our stay, and we will be back very soon. Thank you team and keep up the good work.

I love all Jumeirah hotels, but Marsa is now my favorite ❤️ I choose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was the best decision ever 🥰 First of all the service is exceptional. I booked a room with Burj Al Arab view and got an upgrade to the room of the bigger size with large terrace! It made my day! Secondly, the hotel itself is very beautiful and luxurious. Exactly how I love it. I visited SPA as well and it was a great experience too. The breakfast is out of this world. It’s unbelievable. Oysters, lobsters, caviar and many many more delicacies. Truly amazing. I would like to thank everyone - my amazing guest relation manager Bianca, she was very helpful, friendly and always available to assist me with any needs. Also big thanks to housekeeping team (especially Harsha and Yogesh) for keeping my room always clean and refreshed. And huge thanks to reception/concierge team. I can’t wait to come back!
