The room and the view are absolutely breathtaking — the kind of view you never get tired of waking up to. What impressed me most, however, is the extraordinary attention to cleanliness and detail. I have stayed in many beautiful hotels, but I honestly cannot remember experiencing this level of care before. Everything is immaculate, constantly refreshed and perfectly maintained. You truly feel that someone is taking care of every little detail, without you ever having to ask. And breakfast… simply incredible. Calling it “breakfast” almost doesn’t do it justice — it is a paradise for food lovers. The quality, variety, presentation and flavours are outstanding. But what really defines Marsa Al Arab is the service. Luxury interiors can be created anywhere; genuine hospitality cannot. Here, you feel looked after, welcomed and valued. Beautiful architecture, breathtaking views, impeccable cleanliness, incredible food and truly outstanding service. This is what real luxury should feel like. Definitely one of those places you don’t simply stay at — you remember it. 🤍

We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. It is a truly stunning property, with excellent service, fantastic facilities, a great location and incredible, unspoilt beach views. The hotel itself is extremely impressive, and there were so many aspects of our stay that we loved. We were travelling with children, and our only real disappointment was that children are not permitted in the majority of the restaurants after a certain time. This significantly limited our evening dining options, particularly as room service did not offer a dedicated children’s menu. During the summer months, when families naturally tend to stay out later to enjoy the cooler evening temperatures, it would be wonderful to have more child-friendly dining options available within the hotel. That said, the Kids’ Club was fantastic, and the team went out of their way to make the children feel welcome. A special thank you also to Guest Relations for all the thoughtful extra touches and arrangements they made for them throughout our stay. There were several members of staff who really stood out. Sudira from Housekeeping was very thoughtful and took wonderful care of us. Esther at breakfast was incredibly warm, welcoming and child-friendly. Breakfast itself, served until 11am, was genuinely one of the culinary highlights of each day — the selection and quality were extremely impressive. Achol from the porter service deserves a special mention for his amazing positive energy and fantastic service. Aman at the swimming pool also looked after us over several days and was consistently attentive despite the heat, accommodating and particularly wonderful with the children. Overall, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is an exceptional property, and the warmth and quality of the staff really elevated our stay. With a little more flexibility around evening dining for families, it would be an even more outstanding experience for those travelling with children. With so many wonderful hotels to choose from in Dubai, we are very glad we had the opportunity to experience Marsa Al Arab. What really sets the property apart is the wonderful team of people working there, who made our stay feel genuinely special.

We are currently having a holiday of a lifetime here at the Marsa Al Arab. Marla, front of house has absolutely spoilt us and what a first class ambassador for Jumeirah she is. Impeccable housekeeping from the most attentive staff Shankar, Apsara and Bikesh. A unparalleled breakfast service with the most amazing selection which couldn’t fail to impress. We have spent time at the pool and beach and the level of service and attention from the staff is outstanding. We have spent the last 20 plus years coming to Jumeirah Group Hotels because of the services you provide and the Marsa Al Arab has raised the bar even higher.
