I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is in a league of its own. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single detail was flawless. The service is simply outstanding—professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. The staff anticipates your needs before you even have to ask, making every moment feel effortless. The breakfast is among the best I’ve ever experienced, with an incredible selection and exceptional quality. Every meal, every interaction, and every space within the hotel reflects the highest standards of luxury and hospitality. Finding a hotel that offers beautiful architecture is easy. Finding one that delivers perfection in every aspect is incredibly rare. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab does exactly that. I can honestly say this is the first hotel where I genuinely have nothing to criticize. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t change a single thing. Without a doubt, this is now my favorite hotel in the world and, in my opinion, the finest hotel in the Jumeirah collection. I already can’t wait to return. From the moment we arrived at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, it was clear this wasn't just another luxury hotel—it was an experience. The attention to detail was simply exceptional. Every aspect of our stay felt carefully thought through, from the beautifully designed rooms to the personalised touches that made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Receiving personalised slippers and beautifully embroidered bags with our initials was such a thoughtful surprise and really demonstrated the level of care and attention the team puts into every stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was our butler, Arbazz. He went above and beyond for us in every possible way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his professionalism, warmth and genuine desire to make our stay perfect were outstanding. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, always greeted us with a smile, and made us feel like VIPs throughout our visit. Exceptional service like his is incredibly rare, and he is a huge credit to Jumeirah. The facilities, restaurants, service and overall atmosphere were all world-class, but it's the people who make this hotel truly special. Every member of staff made us feel welcomed, cared for and appreciated. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality, and we cannot wait to return. We have just returned from an incredible stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab with our two children, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. We’ve been visiting Dubai for over 10 years and have stayed in many of the city’s luxury hotels, so we know how high the standards can be. Having read a few negative reviews before arriving, I was slightly apprehensive, but I genuinely cannot understand them. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The room was beautiful, the pools were stunning, and the breakfast was quite simply world class. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. The level of service and personalisation makes you feel genuinely valued rather than just another guest. A special thank you to Kevin and Yatish by the pool, who made every day so enjoyable. They were always one step ahead, incredibly attentive, and their kindness really stood out. Abdul, who drove the buggies, was another absolute star. He was always smiling, happy to help, and took the time to chat with our children, sharing little words of wisdom that they absolutely loved. The concierge team also deserves a mention. The daily WhatsApp check-ins were such a thoughtful touch and made everything so easy. When our daughter had a small accident during our stay, the care they showed was something I’ll never forget. They checked in on her, sent tea up to our room, and surprised her with the most beautiful blanket embroidered with her name. It wasn’t something they had to do, but it perfectly sums up the level of care and attention throughout the hotel. It’s often the little things that make a stay memorable, and at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, no detail was overlooked. Every member of staff we met seemed genuinely proud of the hotel and wanted to make sure we had the best possible experience. Without hesitation, this is one of the finest hotels we’ve stayed in, not just in Dubai but anywhere. We left with wonderful memories as a family and are already looking forward to returning. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding and the amount of personal attention to detail was like nothing we have experienced from any other hotel. Zahra was the primary reason for our stay being so memorable and we really considered her a friend by the end of the stay, she was amazing with our little one and went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. We wish her all the best and hope she continues to grow with Jumeirah as she is an asset to the company. The housekeeping team were also great and their attention to detail was incredible! We cant wait to come back again in the near future!
