I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude to each and every one of you from the very moment we walked through the doors until the moment we sadly had to leave, we were made to feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and incredibly special. What stood out to us most was not simply the beauty and luxury of the property, but the wonderful people behind it the entire Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab team. Every interaction, every gesture, every detail and every effort was carried out with such warmth, grace, humility and genuine kindness. The level of service was truly exceptional, and what made it even more remarkable was that it never felt forced or simply part of a service it felt sincere, personal and heartfelt. Our experience was absolutely fantastic, truly incredible, and something we will remember for a very long time. It is not often that you leave a hotel feeling that you have experienced something genuinely special, but that is exactly how we felt. We’re currently staying at Marsa Al Arab, and this is our first time here. We’ve been coming to Dubai for over 20 years and have visited many Jumeirah properties — but by far, Marsa Al Arab is the best one. First of all, the service is far better than at any other property. The employees, from the front office to the service team, are all incredibly kind and welcoming. We were even picked up by a Bentley, which was such a luxurious touch. A special thanks to Nina from the front office, who gave us an upgrade — we had a perfect room with a wonderful view of the Burj Al Arab. And a special thanks to Vikas, who manages the pool area. He invited us to spend a day at the VIP pool with a private cabana, a free mini bar, and it was absolutely beautiful. When it comes to food, the breakfast is out of this world. From lobster to truffle and everything you could want — the quality and selection are the best we’ve experienced at any hotel we’ve ever visited. This is really something special. The whole pool area is great for families, and the kids club is genuinely good. It’s not the typical kids club where children just get sedated with television — here they actually do things with the kids, from busting to painting. We appreciate that very much. The only minor criticism: the management seemed a bit cold and not as warm or open-hearted as the rest of the team. However, this is not important because this property is just awesome. All in all, five stars for Marsa Al Arab. We will definitely come back. We’re also delighted to hear that the Burj Al Arab is getting renovated after more than 25 years, and we’ll definitely check it out when it reopens. But until then, Marsa Al Arab is by far our number one, and we highly recommend staying a couple of days at this beautiful property.

My stay at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the time I departed, I experienced outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and genuine hospitality from a team that clearly takes great pride in what they do. The hotel itself is spectacular. The design, atmosphere, facilities, and attention to detail create a truly luxurious experience. Everything was beautifully maintained, and every aspect of the stay felt carefully considered. My Ocean Suite was duly spectacular. The view was amazing and my stay was personalized. My wife and I had personalized monogrammed slippers. And the hotel went all out and decorated my room as it knew i was there to celebrate my birthday. I would especially like to recognize several members of the team who made my experience even more memorable. Oleh at the Iliana pool were fantastic. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly service made spending time by the pool an absolute pleasure. He consistently made sure everything was taken care of and that I was comfortable. He gave me a wonderful berry iced tea, a coconut with refreshing juice and amenities such as atomizers and a mii bar for free. Eddie and Bekhruz from the Butler team deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. They were attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly professional, always anticipating what was needed and making me feel genuinely looked after. Eddi made sure to walk me through my room upon my arrival late at night Aamir, the doorman, was wonderful. His warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to guests created a great first impression every time I came and went from the hotel. A big thank you as well to Chris and Tanim from the Bell team. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional throughout my stay and greeted me with a smile when I arrived with my baggage. And Martin deserves a special mention as well for his excellent service and contribution to such a memorable stay as he welcomed me to the hotel grounds soon as I stepped out to the pool areas and toured me around. What impressed me most was that the exceptional service wasn’t limited to one department—it was evident throughout the hotel. The team genuinely understands what five-star hospitality should feel like: personal, warm, attentive, and effortless. Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is an outstanding property with beautiful facilities and, most importantly, an exceptional team of people who make the experience truly special. An unforgettable stay in Dubai! I stayed at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab as part of a Huda Beauty brand trip and the entire experience was incredible from beginning to end. My room was beautiful and waking up to the view every morning was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. What impressed me most was the service. Everyone we met was so welcoming, attentive and thoughtful. Despite being a large luxury property, the service still felt very personal. The dining and overall hotel experience were also wonderful. There are so many beautiful spaces around the property that even walking around the hotel feels like an experience in itself. It was the perfect setting for such a special trip and I’m so grateful I got to experience Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. Definitely a stay I won’t forget.

We came as a couple to experience Marsa Al Arab for the first time, and honestly, everything was beyond what we expected. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was wonderful. The service was excellent, and a special thank you to our Butler, Mirzo, who took exceptional care of us from check-in until our departure. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and personal care truly made our stay memorable. We are already planning to come back with our family during the winter.
