Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

This place is absolutely incredible. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything was amazing. Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice. The beach, staff, ambiance and everything about this hotel us out if this world.

Good afternoon. I recommended my relatives stay at the Jumeirah Mina Al Salam hotel. For the past 3-4 days, I've been ashamed of the service and staff at the hotel. In particular, we've been to the Shimmers restaurant several times, and once we were asked to leave because we were wearing shorts, even though the restaurant is on the beach. The second time, on October 10th, at around 4:30 PM, we also sat down at a table, and the manager came and asked us to leave because there were supposedly no seats. We then went to reception around 6:00 PM on October 10th, and they told us they'd call the Shimmers manager, Olga. They called, but Olga didn't listen and started swearing that there were no seats, refusing to listen. I had to raise my voice so she'd even hear me out, and then the Muzeyyen manager came running and started yelling at me. That's the kind of staff you have. Thanks for ruining my weekend! And my vacation, you're doing everything for it.

We have recently returned home from an amazing visit to Mina A Salam. Where to begin ,we have stayed in Jumeriah Dubai hotels since 2007 every year and are fortunate to have a few visits each year. They are an excellent brand who truly delivery something different each visit. We were joined by our son and his new wife for a week and they were so impressed with the amazing room set up for them celebrating their marriage – what a thoughtful gesture. We had 3 weeks in a Club room and had the pleasure of enjoying many afternoon teas and canapes and drinks in the evening. This year the canapés had returned to the buffet style which we really enjoyed so only choosing what you would like as opposed to being presented with your tasty canapes at your table. The team in the lounge are so very welcoming we knew before we arrived that Trishana was on maternity leave – we were welcomed and enjoyed great service and care from Shipu who is so attentive and pre-emptive to your drinks without you asking – what an asset to the team. Fatima and Leena too were so lovely and helpful and always greeted you with enormous smiles. Hesham from Shimmers was also there for a time overseeing things and again another great team member so charming calm and delightful. Upon our last evening in the lounge, we were delighted to see Trishana back too - how lovely she is and its lovely to be remembered from previous visits too. Having read a few reviews re closet space – l do understand as l am by no means a light packer as my husband would also agree – we requested an additional rail which was brought to our room and even a show rack appeared, so we had more than enough hanging space, we were very grateful for this. Our room housekeeper Ifdikan thought of every little detail and was meticulous in his routine leaving us with a perfectly presented and cleaned room, we also had great service from Babul too. Bathroom is always restocked and replenished with amenities. During our stay we had a visit from the Assistant housekeeping Manager Alam Mehboob – what a charming gentleman he was checking all was ok and we were delighted to meet him and assure him we were very happy with the standard of cleaning in our room. Breakfast in Hanaya has definitely improved over the year and seemed even more choices than before – the addition of the fresh juice selections in the healthy area very much appreciated. Again a very welcoming team. Thanks go to the Abra captains and the buggy drivers who all work so hard and greet you with such an upbeat attitude – especially in such hot temperatures outside. Beach is beautiful - lovely grounds to run/walk around, a first class gym to use too. We have already booked 2 of our visits next year so shall look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

First time staying here — and it certainly won’t be our last. This place is on another level, a complete game-changer. I honestly don’t think I’d want to stay anywhere else. There are around four or five hotels within the complex, with over 25 restaurants, bars, beach bars, shops, and boutiques — yet it all feels incredibly spacious and relaxed. You never feel like just another room number. Housekeeping is absolutely outstanding. Beyond the standard turndown service, if you pop back for a quick rest and then head out again, you’ll return to find the room refreshed a second time — water by the bed, chocolates waiting, clothes neatly folded, toilet roll perfectly folded to a point, slippers set out on a cloth beside the bed… every detail is thought of. The beach is stunning, with soft sand that’s combed daily and calm, warm turquoise water — honestly bath-warm. You are given your own beach bag and the beach provide SPF 30 &50 plus after sun to help yourself to. The toilets at the beach are air conditioned & so luxurious for a beach loo. Beach drinks & food service could be slightly improved, but it’s still very good overall. Your water is deliver in a cooler & replenished whenever it is required - fabulous ! Food and drinks are exceptional, and every bathroom amenity is high quality — shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and shower gel are all excellent, so there’s really no need to bring your own. Even small touches like new toothbrushes and amenities provided daily make such a difference. A truly exceptional stay from start to finish.

We had an amazing stay at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam for the 3rd year running! The hotel was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious with so many great options. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’ll definitely be back again! A big shout out to Rasika the pool worker at Al Qsar, he was brilliant all week with efficient service and always happy to help
