Absolutely amazing experience. Great staff, large rooms and amazing food. The guest experience and staff was amazing. Especially the Manager at Front Desk - She was perfect with checking in, attitude, very warm welcoming.

My wife and I have stayed at Mina Al Salam several times the last few months, we are silver tier and the experience continues to be exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent service at the beach restaurant and recreation, wonderful atmosphere, and with the best level of hospitality expected from Jumeirah. A special thank you to all recipients who are the face of the hotel, and a very special thanks to Aziz at reception, who has always assisted us during our last few visits. He is consistently professional and warm welcoming, accommodate our preferences, makes the arrival and stay feel smooth and personal. It is people like Aziz who make us as guests want to return. His level of service reflects extremely well luxury brand as Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. Thank you again to Aziz and the entire team. We look forward to returning.

Great hotel with great service and amenities. Service is very good and all the staff is very helpful. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who can afford it.

I come to Mina Al Salam for a vacation with my family every year, but I truly enjoyed this particular trip. I spent most of my time at the beach; the beach staff Hasan, Ashraf, and Ismail were incredibly friendly. My family and I were delighted by their warm attitude, and they took excellent care of us. I thoroughly enjoyed our final day at the beach, and Hasan gave us a surprise that brought great joy to both me and my family. overall, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. we're looking forward to coming back!
