We stayed here for just a night on a stay cay as we’d booked dinner at Cala vista Staff are great, room was lovely The only downside is like so many hotels here in Dubai currently not everything is open, ie club lounge closed however they are opening it from the lobby So you still get what you’re paying for just different location We will def stay again when dining at Cala vista

Impressive hotel in Arabic style with great amenities nearby and charming channel system around the grounds. Ocean views, terraces, generous breakfast and super friendly personnel. Will stay with them again. They manage to keep guests happy even in Summer.

I am writing this letter with deep emotion on the final day of our vacation to express our profound gratitude for the hospitality we received at your resort.Since 2012, my family and I have chosen Mina Al Salan as our destination in Dubai . Over the last years, we have had the privilege of being attended to by the exact same team members at the beach. Today, they turned our last day into one of the most unforgettable moments of our lives.The beach staff surprised us by beautifully decorating our beach chairs, creating a stunning bouquet made of flowers from the hotel garden…., As a frequent traveler, I know the difference between standard corporate training and genuine human connection. What we experienced today was a pure, sincere, and spontaneous gesture of affection , It moved me to tears and made our vacation truly spectacular. I would like to officially recognize and commend the following team members for their outstanding service and kindness: Ashraf , Zitu , They welcome us every day and for several years with so much affection that they make our days better. I also include Hasan and Rakib. and we have Bejamim who always greets us with a smile every time we arrive or leave by car. Employees like them are the true soul of your hotel. They do not just maintain a luxury standard, they build lifelong loyalty and unforgettable memories. Please ensure that this commendation reaches the highest level of management and, most importantly, that these staff members are recognized and rewarded for their exceptional dedication.We leave Dubai today with full hearts, already looking forward to our return. Superb location, returning after 20 years and its still as stunning if not better now, staff are extremely helpful and welcoming

Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is simply a perfect hotel. The location is outstanding, with beautiful views, direct beach access, and easy access to everything that makes Madinat Jumeirah such a special destination. What really sets this hotel apart is the very personal service. The staff are genuinely attentive, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and valued. The level of hospitality is exceptional and creates a warm, relaxed atmosphere throughout the stay. A special mention goes to Shimmers, my favorite restaurant on the beach. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and the stunning beachfront setting with views of the Burj Al Arab makes every meal memorable. It's the perfect place for a leisurely lunch, a romantic dinner, or simply enjoying the atmosphere by the sea. Overall, an exceptional hotel that gets everything right. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
