Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

Absolutely outstanding hotel, with a brilliant team and service! My visit here started the day the conflict in the Middle East broke out, however I couldn’t fault the staff who were all on hand and were doing there best to reassure all the guest in a very unsettling time. Rooms, restaurants and service overall were outstanding, best Jumeirah experience I’ve had to date. I visit Dubai annually, and to this hotel I would indefinitely be ack. Would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located by the beach. A special thank you to Sameh in the lobby, whose warm welcome and genuine kindness made my stay even more memorable. His professionalism and positive attitude truly reflect the hotel’s exceptional service. Highly recommended!

We had a super stay yet again in January and were so well looked after by the Mina Salam team. Yet again we saw Mehboob Alam (Assistant Manager ) from the housekeeping team having met him on our September trip last year. It was very kind of him to check in and ensure everything was perfect with our room – which it was. Our room was services by Mia’s amongst others and it was perfect. Again, very thoughtfully another extra clothes rail and shoe rack provided much to my delight. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is of a very very high standard, toiletries replenished in plentiful supplies. The Club lounge team were again so very welcoming – Trishana Leena Shipu Fatima and Yvonne are so very efficient and cater so well to your requests, afternoon tea on the terrace was lovely watching the Abras go by whilst enjoying the sea views. Evening canapés were offered with a varied drinks and cocktail menu in a lovely, relaxed vibe. Huge thanks to the whole team who run a very comfortable lounge. Breakfast at Hanaya has improved over the years and even since our last visit in September we must mention the variety of tasty juices offered daily. Th chefs are very happy to accommodate your requests , the waiters are very cheerful and efficient. Must mention the delicious French toast. I would love if Turkey Bacon could be offered in the future. Thank you for a fab trip and see you all in June.

The facilities were very comfortable, everything was spotless, the food was excellent, and the staff was consistently kind and attentive. I would especially like to recognize Jesús at the front desk. He was respectful, warm, and proactive, always ready to help with anything we needed during our stay. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience at the hotel and Dubai, and his professionalism and pride in his work truly stood out.

Beautiful resort. Located right on the beach. Multiple accessable pools. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hop on Venice-like canal boats for fun ride or to visit neighboring restaurants. Easy cab or uber ride to many sites.
