Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, is a luxuriously charming boutique style hotel, offering authentic Arabian experiences on a beach front location, with family friendly service. All of our accommodations are spacious and beautifully furnished...featuring private balconies overlooking the sea. Our location is situated on the golden sands, and among the palm trees of Jumeriah beach...overlooking the waterfront of the Jumeriah Madinat waterside complex, and the uncompromised views of the Burj Arab.

To provide context, we stayed 3 nights at the Jumeirah Madinat complex. 1x night in each of Al Qasr, Dar Al Masyaf and finally Mina Al Salam. MaS was the most expensive of the 3, but unfortunately, we found it the worst of the 3. Overall: We stayed in Room 311, which offered a fantastic ocean view and was the closest to the beach compared to nearby options like Al Qasr. The A/C worked perfectly, which we appreciated after some poor experiences elsewhere. Positives: • Beautiful ocean view from the room. • Excellent beach access, just steps away—ideal for families. • Unlike other properties we stayed at, the air conditioning functioned properly and kept the room comfortably cool. Negatives: • The bathroom felt outdated, as though the rest of the room had been renovated but the bathroom was left behind. • The bed setup was disappointing—joined twin beds with a dip in the middle made for an uncomfortable sleep. • Dining at Hanaaya was a letdown. The atmosphere was more like a club or bar, with terrible music and limited food variety, especially when compared to Arboretum. Both breakfast and dinner lacked options, yet pricing was the same. Overall: While the view and beach proximity were great, the dining experience, room comfort, and outdated bathroom left us disappointed. We will not be returning to this resort.

An exceptional stay! We just spent 14 nights at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam and everything about our stay was absolutely fantastic. We have stayed at several resorts in Dubai over the years, but this one stands out. Perfect setting by the sea: The beachfront at Mina A’Salam is, in our experience, the best in Dubai. The beach has clear water and soft, powdery sand – and staying there in July, the breeze coming in from the sea made a big difference. The entire resort area is beautifully laid out and well maintained, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. Endless variety without leaving the resort: As the resort area is shared with Jumeirah Al Naseem and Al Qasr, you have access to a wide selection of restaurants and pool/beach areas. You never really need to leave the Jumeirah complex – everything you need is within reach, and getting around by buggy or abra is both efficient and enjoyable. Outstanding service: All staff we encountered were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. The housekeeping team was excellent, and the breakfast team deserves special mention – they remembered us each morning, knew where we liked to sit and what we wanted, and always greeted us with genuine warmth. Seamless e-Butler support: The e-Butler service made everything easy. Fast responses and thoughtful follow-up meant that every request was handled smoothly and with care. Excellent facilities: We used the gym and outdoor training areas every afternoon, and both were well equipped. We also enjoyed the beach and pool areas at Mina A’Salam and Celeste – with top-level service wherever we went. Small touches that make a difference: We experienced a couple of small issues with our room, but they were resolved immediately and professionally. We even received some complimentary chocolates as a thoughtful gesture! In summary: The hotel is elegant, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a genuinely kind and attentive team. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, we felt welcome and cared for, and most importantly everything just went so smoothly. We will return!

This was my first time staying in Jumeirah with my wife and two children, we had a great time. The buffet was the best I’ve ever had and the service was brilliant. The only issue I had was you have to pay for any drinks with breakfast or dinner even though you are half board. Service and food were amazing regardless. The fact you can enter any other hotel on the strip and you have wild wadi access was brilliant.

I have been a loyal Jumeirah guest for over 25 years and stayed at most of the hotels along the beach here. Mina Al Salam is my hearts favourite. The staff at all the hotels along the beach are always excellent, however there are two staff members that deserve a special mention and that's Leydi in Carla Vista (excellent Italian restaurant) and Reja the Abra boat attendant. Both are shining examples of the high standards expected from the Jumeirah brand. Looking forward to my next visit..Thank you guys...!!!
