Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

We had a wonderful stay at Mina A’Salam, but what really stood out to us was the exceptional service from Ismail at the beach and pool area. He was genuinely one of the most attentive and helpful people. From the moment we arrived at the beach, Ismail made sure we were comfortable and took the time to explain the different facilities and areas available to us. He was always checking in without ever being intrusive and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask. He even went out of his way to help us blow up our inflatable tube, which he absolutely didn’t have to do! What impressed us most was that his service never felt forced... he was just incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Those small details make such a difference, especially at a luxury hotel where service is such an important part of the experience. Mina A’Salam is already a beautiful property, but people like Ismail are what make you remember a stay and want to come back. He is a real credit to the hotel and absolutely deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Ismail, for taking such great care of us!

We are life long Jumeirah guest and have stayed at ALL the hotels here along the beach. Mina Al Salam holds a soft spot in our hearts from all the previous wonderful memories we've had here. One Jumeirah employee that stands out for us is ISMAIL the beach & pool attendant. Warm greetings by name every time we meet and a service that is unsurpassed. On this occasion he went to the trouble of making a wonderful display on our beach beds (see attached pic) which we truly appreciated. ISMAIL is a real credit to the Jumeirah team, we can't wait to return again....Thank you..!!!

I absolutely love this property — the facilities, atmosphere and food are always incredible. We were sad the spa was under renovation this time, but what truly makes every stay memorable is the people. Jesus at reception is simply the best and always goes above and beyond to look after us. The team at the Lobby Lounge and throughout the hotel are equally warm and attentive. It’s the people who really make us want to keep coming back.

What an amazing gentleman working at Mina A’Salam, Jumeirah! Isaac, who was working at the hotel restaurant, was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely attentive. His wonderful hospitality really stood out and made our experience even more special. He is a great asset to the Jumeirah Group, and I wish him all the very best for the future.
