Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

Fantastic hotel. Great views. Spacious room. Has the potential to be 5 star. The room was huge, comfortable bed but the dressing table area and the wardrobe space were small, we had to live out of our cases -as there wasn’t room to store everything. Toiletries are replaced every day as is the drinking water in the room. Cala Vista pool was lovely, perhaps the hotel should consider making this an adults only pool. The staff there work there so is off. Amal lounge was excellent, the staff all really friendly and attentive. I would recommend upgrading to club room, breakfast and sundowners both excellent, afternoon tea was ok. The hotel is huge and there are still a lot of guests even in the heat of summer but I had an issue with the lobby area, we were constantly asked if we were guests and our room number requested. There is no familiarity except in the Amal lounge. We also celebrated our wedding anniversary and made the hotel aware of this during the booking but nothing was done in way of celebrating. Little touches and extras go along way.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was excellent and the staff friendly. We used the Amal lounge which was great and the staff there very attentive and pleasant. At the pool Monju attended to us every day with others but he made us very welcome and is a great asset to the hotel. All the staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly and any complaint (one, only minor) was dealt with quickly. We used the very large beach only once but there is loads of room and plenty loungers available. We usually ended up in the bar which is really comfortable and again has very attentive and pleasant staff. We thought the whole holiday was so good we are organising a trip back and should be there next year. A great hotel with lovely staff even at the front desk where any advice asked was given. From the domestic staff to front desk, everyone was just so nice and looked as if they were pleased that we were enjoying our holiday. Thank you Mina A'Salam for giving us a great holiday. I could mention one otwo who were outstanding but the whole Amal Lounge staff and Pool and Bar staff were just so pleasant.

We had an amazing stay and the services were excellent with the pools and beaches facilities as well as transport between each hotel were great. The location is also very convenient.

Our stay was excellent, the housekeeper Imran was amazing and made sure we were well looked after and had everything that we needed everyday. Thank you so much Imran 😁 It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel espically with Imran and the pool staff doing everything they can to make our stay so comfortable.

I have stayed in other Jumeirah hotels on this complex and the palm but my first experience staying at Mina al Salam.We booked the club room so we could have afternoon tea and happy hour too.The room was beautiful and overlooked The Burj Al Arab.The staff were amazing in the hotel and on the beach.And the service in Amal club lounge were fantastic..We also visited the gym while we were staying there and that was stunning too.I would definitely visit this hotel again.Great experience.Thank you Mina Al Salam.
