Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

We had an amazing stay Mina Al Salam for our anniversary. It was our best stay we were spoiled. It’s was our 9th stay at Mina Al Salam and 3rd this year. Checked in welcomed with a lemon mint drinks very refreshing. Our room was ready later on and when we opened up the door wow. We were blown away. Just wow. The room had panoramic views of the sea, the Abra waterway , Pier Chic, Burj Al Arab and all the way to Marsa Al Arab what an amazing view. Thank you very much to Jaime and Mehboob for making our room stay even more special for our 36th wedding anniversary. • We had club lounge and it was absolutely fantastic great service by Shippu and Leena. A right buzz in the lounge. Great variety of quality canapes on offer love the theme nights (Greek food, Indian food, Mexican food, Asian/chinese food, Arabic food, Italian food etc). Great choice even for me a vegetarian. Lovely cocktails as well. • We used the Club Lounge pool at Cala Vista for the first time. We had never used this pool before. It was lovely there is back massage jets that come on they are amazing. My husband loved this. We had great service from Mohammad, Abbass, Aziz, Monjurul, Hassan at Cala Vista Pool Bar. • Cala Vista (great service by Leydi and Cristiano) Al Samar lounge (great service by Kamilia, Cindy and Ellison). The breakfast selection is amazing loads of choice. The staff at the hotel are excellent. We had an amazing relaxing time. The young girl that did the housekeeping of our room did an amazing job. Our stay at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is only a short ride from Dubai International Airport, making it very convenient to get to after a long flight. Check in was seamless, the staff were fantastic and even upgraded us, which was a lovely surprise. The room was fantastic. Beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a massive bed and a great view of the canal. For anyone who enjoys sports like I do, the wide variety of sports channels showing live sport from around the world was a real bonus. The resort itself is stunning, set within the Madinat Jumeirah complex with direct beach access, beautiful pools, and easy access to excellent restaurants. Breakfast as usual is unmatched. Best buffet I’ve ever had. The staff throughout the property were exceptional and nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make our stay special. The WhatsApp messaging service was also a brilliant touch, allowing us to contact any team instantly and get quick, friendly responses every time. We really enjoyed the activities on offer, especially turtle watching and paddle boarding, as well as the excellent fitness classes available daily. The facilities were world class and everything felt perfectly maintained. The only downside during our stay was a visit to the new Marsa Al Arab property the buggy driver dropped us quite far away in the hot conditions, and getting into the hotel wasn’t the best experience due to an over-zealous security guard. However, this was a very minor issue compared to the outstanding service and hospitality we received throughout our stay. Overall, Mina Al Salam is an exceptional resort that combines luxury, comfort, and genuine warmth. From the amazing staff to the beautiful setting and thoughtful amenities, it truly exceeded expectations. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed in the Mina for 7 nights, from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, The staff are all amazing from housekeeping, concierge, reception, chefs, waitresses, beach staff, lagoon boat drivers. Everyone smiling and more than will to assist with anything you require. It’s luxury at its best, on the beach sunglasses cleaning, free ice lollies, bottled water in cool bags. The buffet breakfast excellent, the chefs care and produce amazing cuisine, we had a deluxe beach view, the view was uninterrupted and included the Burj. Felt very special and loved every minute. Thank you to everyone, we will be back

This place is absolutely incredible. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything was amazing. Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice. The beach, staff, ambiance and everything about this hotel us out if this world.

Good afternoon. I recommended my relatives stay at the Jumeirah Mina Al Salam hotel. For the past 3-4 days, I've been ashamed of the service and staff at the hotel. In particular, we've been to the Shimmers restaurant several times, and once we were asked to leave because we were wearing shorts, even though the restaurant is on the beach. The second time, on October 10th, at around 4:30 PM, we also sat down at a table, and the manager came and asked us to leave because there were supposedly no seats. We then went to reception around 6:00 PM on October 10th, and they told us they'd call the Shimmers manager, Olga. They called, but Olga didn't listen and started swearing that there were no seats, refusing to listen. I had to raise my voice so she'd even hear me out, and then the Muzeyyen manager came running and started yelling at me. That's the kind of staff you have. Thanks for ruining my weekend! And my vacation, you're doing everything for it.
