Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

We very much enjoyed the stay at mina Al salam. The room was really great and the wide sea views were excellent .The Hanaay buffet restaurant was very good and the staff is very friendly there and they are presenting the food beautifully, cleaning all the time around it and replenishing the food quickly so that that it is a delight to look at it. Our days were spent relaxing around the beach and pool, we were well and truly looked after by Hasan and Asraf. They are amazing guy, special Thanks for Hasan, most of time he take care of my family. over all this is amazing Hotel, we thoughtful enjoying our stay and look forward to return.

My recent stay at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam was one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had, thanks to the incredible people who work there. I had originally booked Jumeirah Al Qasr, but upon arrival I discovered that the hotel was closed. Naturally, this was a disappointing surprise, but I was transferred to Mina Al Salaam and from the moment I arrived there, the team handled the situation with genuine warmth, professionalism, and sincere care. They were extremely apologetic and did everything possible to ensure my stay exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to recognise Lamia, the Rooms Manager, who was simply outstanding. She went above and beyond in every way to make me feel welcome and valued. Her kindness, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service were remarkable. She thoughtfully arranged a wonderful room upgrade and regularly checked to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and her genuine desire to make my stay memorable did not go unnoticed. The entire team at Mina Al Salam deserves recognition for their exceptional customer service. They transformed what could have been a disappointing start to my holiday into an experience that I will remember with great appreciation. It is rare to encounter such authentic hospitality, where every member of staff makes you feel like a truly valued guest. My sincere thanks to Lamia and the entire team for making my stay so special. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did, and I am delighted to be returning to Jumeirah Mina Al Salam in just four days. That, perhaps, is the greatest compliment I can give. I cannot wait to be back. Thank you for setting such an outstanding standard of hospitality.

We have just spent 9 wonderful days here. Yes there are lots of works/upgrades going on in and around the hotel but this did not spoil our experience at all . We honestly cannot speak highly enough of all the staff who go out of their way to make everything perfect. They truly do care that you have the best experience during your stay . Our room was cleaned and refreshed twice daily and included all the amenities that you need during your stay . Special thanks to Abhijeet, Faqrul and Jude. You did a wonderful job . All the team in the main restaurant for breakfast are simply amazing, again going above and beyond to provide for your every request. Special mention to Giats , always greeted us with a smile and friendly chat, thankyou for the protein shakes !! Unbelievable service. There are too many staff to mention, from the cleaning team , beach guys , pool guys (Monju) best sunglasses cleaner in Dubai and Richard who called us a cab every night, always friendly and good for a chat . Everyone is a credit to Mina Al Salam and they make a wonderful hotel extra special . The final mention goes to Trishana, you amazed us last year with your generosity and this year you have done it again . We cannot speak highly enough of you and all your team . We will be back again. Great location, amazing facilities, excellent food , cannot fault the hotel whatsoever. 10/10

I recently stayed with my family at Jumeirah Mina al Salam, we were moved there because Jumeirah al Qasr, that we booked, was closed due to renovations. I have to say I was not disappointed at all by the change, the hotel it’s nice, with Oriental vibes, I know it was recently renewed and everything was perfect. We had two connecting rooms, choice I suggest you if you go there with family (adults or kids), or friends, because you have a private hallway that makes your rooms quieter. The only con is that in the room there is only one closet, so you don’t have much space where to store your clothes if you stay many days. If you can, choose the sea view rooms, the view is fabulous! The service was top notch as in any Jumeirah property, the concierge always tried to pleased us, so thank you! I want to thank THUSITHA from security, he always greeted us with a wonderful smile wishing us a wonderful day/afternoon/evening, his smile made our days more cheerful! Breakfast was awesome, you can find there everything you want, fresh fruit, local food, egg station, pancake station, international food hot and cold and even ice-cream! I want to thank Rohan, he always greeted us as old friends, remembering what was our favourite table where to have breakfast, he noticed my flowers in the hair every day, so thank you! I also want to thank another guy working at breakfast, unfortunately I didn’t ask him his name, I think he was from Philippines, my father (+70) still thank you for telling him he looked like a 40ish 😂. We had a club room so every evening we enjoyed the happy hour. Forget sad nearly empty plates, here the happy hour was awesome, well prepared, tasty and rich. Thank you Ezal for your smile and kindness all days we were there! We had the access to the pool reserved to club rooms and suites, but the area is not very big and not a lot of shade so we always stayed at the beach. The swimming pool there is nice, an infinity pool, non gigantic but big enough to join it. During the morning staff passed giving to guests juice shots, ice bars or cleaning sunglasses lens. I really appreciated them, expecially when they brought ice bars since it’s very hot in June! Unfortunately the service was quite random. I only saw the staff member cleaning the sunglasses lens once in 14 days, ice-bar was brought only 4-5 times in 14 days and the same the juice shots. And all of them at different times in the morning. It would be better to have a service with defined hours of service in my opinion. In conclusion I can raccomand everybody to come here and enjoy the hotel, their service, facilities and the staff that will pamper you in any way possibile! Thank you to you all!

This is not our first and last stay at Jumeirah. Alexs and Aziz from front desk have been very welcoming and assisted us from the moment we checked in till check out and always made sure we are comfortable during our stay. CHEIF Michael & CHEIF soliman mange Hanaya resturant and this is underrated resturant. Perhaps the best food offered across Jumeirah group. Always present during breakfast and dinner and the food is very tasty and fresh and many varieties. Lucia the waitress from Hanaya is very helpful and attentive to all guests during service as well. The swimming pool by cala Vista is very nice during the hot dubai summer & you can enjoy the sandy beach all day long till sunset. Last but not the least I want to commend Mahmoud Shawaly from Al qasr as he assisted in the transfer of my booking from Al qasr to Mina salam and always treated us with respect and support.
