Jumeirah Mina A'Salam

Just returned from a lovely holiday at the Mina a Salam. We have stayed at the Mina many times over the years and always really enjoy our family time there. The bedrooms are always clean and well serviced and there is a great choice of really nice restaurants around the resort. There are currently areas around the Madinat Jumeirah resort with construction and refurbishment taking place but it did not affect our holiday whatsoever. All staff were excellent as always but a special mention must go to Abassi, Monju and George at the Cala Vista pool. Also to Rohan and Bek at the Hanaaya breakfast restaurant along with the always smiling and friendly girls at breakfast reception. All the staff are a real credit to the hotel. Looking forward to returning next year!!

We stayed here quite a few times before Covid but not since then. We arrived after staying two nights at the Marsa al Arab, which was an exceptional hotel. Our upgraded room was smaller than we had in previous years but it was clean with lovely bedding and a few gifts to celebrate our anniversary. The housekeeping team did a very good job every day and even replaced our flowers which we had brought from the Marsa. What we found disappointing was the construction around the pool, which there were 7 or 8 sunbeds and drilling noise et ., . We had not been told of this situation. however, after negotiation with a reception member (I think Solerno) we could use Al Naseem pool in the morning and the beach in the afternoon. Breakfast was very nice, a good selection and service from the staff. We will visit again, and hopefully will be able to use the new pool area.

What an amazing experience, this was our 6th visit to UAE and by far the best hotel ever, from the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly welcome, Paras, Sajith, Marinav,Sorif and Chen just a few name to mention. What an amazing place to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary, we will definitely be coming back ❤️ 🙏🏼

We have stayed at The Mina many times and the staff are so friendly when you arrive and get you settled in your room very quickly. The breakfasts are so good and the amount and quality of the food is exceptional. The rooms are large, clean and well presented. The beds are to die for and you want for nothing. The amenities are first class and everything is conveniently located within the boundaries of the hotel grounds.

Great hotel,maybe slightly expensive for some but location is excellent clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, wonderful facilities. It was my second time back.
