I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is not great; it is EXCEPTIONAL in every way. The hotel is gorgeous on every level. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the hotel staff is courteous, friendly, and very conscientious. It is worth every penny you spend. Customer service like this no longer exists in America.

Excellent service, Rishu is smily and respect the privacy of our room. The bed was always perfecty done and so the bathroom. We had water and coffee renew each day. In case of any problems, we feel confortable to talk to her or to Hanan. Thank you to both of them ! Jacques and Lorraine

I stayed at the Kempinski Mall of the Emirates in Dubai for one week with my family during the GITEX exhibition, and I can say it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are great, the breakfast is delicious, and the afternoon tea is lovely. You can easily access the Emirates Mall whenever you want.
