Professional staff
Extremely convenient location, spacious rooms, proper breakfast, yet nothing matches the professionalism level of the staff. Smooth check in/out, aimable concierge, especially, a name I would mention is Vafa (Quality Dept) - who has assisted us in multiple occasions, always in a timely manner and professionally.

Our third visit to this amazing hotel!
This was our 3rd visit to Dubai & each time we have thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. We cannot recommend the hotel more highly for their friendly staff, beautiful facilities and spacious rooms. Breakfast was always a delightful start to each day. The location is very central to all of our activities and being adjacent to the Mall was extremely convenient. Our room was always serviced promptly and efficiently, with very high standards of cleanliness. Room service was another highlight, and was particularly thorough as staff ensured all of our dietary requirements and food allergies were catered for. For the size and quality of room, we believe that the Kempinski offered excellent value for money. Noise was no issue and our stay was completely peaceful. We will be recommending this hotel to all of our family and friends who visit Dubai in future and will continue to stay here each return visit.
