Excellent Service from Diaa I wanted to give a special mention to Diaa, who was an exceptional host throughout my visit. He was calm, composed, warm and genuinely inviting, and consistently provided excellent service. What stood out was how attentive he was without ever being intrusive. He regularly checked that I was happy and had everything I needed. He was particularly brilliant during breakfast, making sure everything was taken care of before I headed into a very busy day of appointments and meetings. That level of thoughtful, consistent service makes a real difference to a hotel stay. Diaa is a credit to the Kempinski team and certainly deserves recognition.
