Amazing Staff...make you feel at home away from home
I usually don't write Reviews that often... but since this hotel and it's Staff amazed me to an exceptional stay... I feel I must pay them back with gratitude and appreciation for them.... I have been visiting Dubai foe the past 10 Years staying at another Hotel...and due to an unfortunate incident I changed this Year To Kempinski as a first time ever...and God it was one of the best Hotel Experiences I ever had in the 4 continents I visited.....Keyword....AMAZING STAFF ! Starting at the Amazing Hospitality Welcome by the one and only SHOUROUK @ Reception, the warm welcome by HEIKA that made me feel extremely welcomed and at home outside home, After that, the lovely smile, extreme friendliness of the Breakfast Restaurant ASPEN, starting with the Amazing Manager "Gabal or Jabal" who was always Smiley and professionally hospital every day and every minute of our daily breakfast, and his amazing Team Diaa, Mazen, Ahmed and the very friendly gentleman from Uganda who unfortunately couldn't memorize his name, they all made sure I always had smile and friendliness on my breakfast plate, nevertheless their speedy service and professional handling, Last but not least, the lovely "Mina" at House Keeping, who always made every effort to keep my room comfy and clean every day, Ofcourse the hotel has an amazing food selection, magnificent location and what you can expect in such a fine chain, but what is always a key differentiator for me is the STAFF, Will sure make Kempinski my sole hotel whenever I visit Dubai, Thanks for making my 8 days stay an amazing home away from home stay....

Everyone, especially Ahmed at Concierge was so helpful. Also Saw Saw and Peter in housekeeping made our visit wonderful.
