A huge mall with a hotel
Very big hotel with very impersonal attitude towards its clients. I am titanium level celebrating my birthday and each request was answered first NO. Then argue. Upgrade No. late checkout NO. Argue, then ok, but 15:00 not 16:00. I have been in many Kempinski hotels and I have never felt so disapointed from the attitude of the staff. I said that I was not happy but nobody cared. Also, toilet seat is very strange has 2 doors both should be locked. My recomendation: Go to another kempinski in Dubai.

Great Service
Excellent staff . For the course of our stay housekeepers Dhamsuk & Lalita left our room spotless with great care and attention to detail . Salma and her colleague's during breakfast dining were very friendly and welcoming with our children.

Was in Dubai in an extended 3 weeks business trip and luckily stayed at The Kempinski Mall of Emirates. Other than being attached to the Mall of Emirates and the metro station, this hotel is a place where you really get spoiled and pampered. Everyone in the staff are so nice, helpful,smiley, and professional. The house keeping is excellent with an evening shift, the food at the breakfast or in the 4 different types of restaurant is amazing, the general ambience especially during Christmas was amazing and cheerful. I would like to thank everyone especially Ahmad from Tunis and Mohamad from Syria at the reception, Nabila the great host at the Aspen restaurant, and Mohamad Ali at the reservation desk.
