Expensive for no reason, old facility, needs upgrade, long walk ways to the rooms, front office dont pick up calls or call back it took 3 hrs to get tea served in the room

My stay at kempinski hotel mall of the Emirates was so amazing. The food was so delicious, the bed was so comfortable that i couldn't not feel like waking up in the morning 🥰.the staffs were so professional .A special thanks to Peter who made sure that my room was always clean and my belongings were always arranged. Lovely afternoon tea
Had a lovely afternoon tea experience. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful, and the ambience was really nice and relaxing. The staff were friendly especially Lizelle and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a lovely place for a relaxing afternoon tea. Would definitely come back
