The perfect first stay in Dubai
The hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing, our room was absolutely spectacular and spotless, one particular highlight was the pool area it’s so nice and the service we had from Tuan was second to none, can’t wait to come back

Excellent hotel with outstanding employé Mrs. Mara
Very well located in the newly constructed area with all kinds of restaurants around, as well as close to a metro station, this new, state-of-the-art hotel offers all amenities you can expect from a hotel of its class. However, a clearly special mention deserves Mrs. Mara of the front desk crew. Always very friendly, she was incredibly helpful and found solutions to all my questions and problems. A work ethic and commitment that exceeds by far the expectations one can have, even in a hotel of this class. A definite plus for the hotel.

The hotel has a very unique style, and the reception staff were extremely helpful and attentive. I would especially like to highlight the amazing job Amine did — I truly appreciated the early check-in and all the assistance provided. It was an amazing stay.
