Lovely place- very relaxing and calm. Pool is great. Very busy though so make sure you come early! Elsayed was super helpful and welcoming. Our waiter was also fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us!

Love visiting the pool and gym at Melia. All the staff are helpful. Sayed was friendly and approachable if we had any query.

From the first moment, we loved the welcome drinks they were amazing and made us feel truly welcomed. One staff member called Mr. Zaw helped us a lot and provided one of the best services we’ve ever experienced. Special thanks as well to the housekeeping team Mrs. Mary whenever we requested anything, they responded very quickly with excellent service. The amenities were amazing, and the breakfast was delicious and super fresh. Every dish we ordered was excellent I really love truffle toast, Thank you to Mr. Fayas we truly appreciate his great service and hospitality. The buggy tour was also really fun and gave us a new experience to enjoy. Lastly, thank you to the F&B and culinary team for the delicious food and lovely service, even during rush hour. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing stay at Melia! Everything about our experience was exceptional, especially the beautiful 2-bedroom villa with a private pool. It was spacious, relaxing, and absolutely worth it. A special thank you to Maria for being so helpful and incredibly accommodating, always making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Ehsan was also wonderful for showing us around and giving us useful information about the property and amenities. And huge appreciation to Abdullah for going the extra mile by calling and checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The service truly made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend and would definitely love to come back!
