Carolina and yousef
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing staff. Carolina and Yousef were both incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I would especially like to thank Carolina. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She was always friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me whenever I needed anything. Yousef was also very welcoming, respectful, and helpful throughout my stay. Their excellent service and positive attitude made a lasting impression on me. Thank you both for your outstanding hospitality. You truly made my experience unforgettable, and I highly recommend this hotel because of people like you.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay! A big thank you to Emmanuel at Reception for the room upgrade with a beautiful view. Special thanks to Joe and Yousef from the Concierge team for their kind assistance, and to Rohit from the IT team for his prompt support. Everyone was friendly and professional. We truly appreciated the excellent service and look forward to visiting again!

Very excellent place to clear all stress and change weather all facilities is 5 star all services are excellent, yousef at the reception desk was very helpful and assist fully for our stay , will come again for sure

Best family staycation for my grandma and newborn
We had a wonderful stay at One&Only One Za’abeel with our family and our newborn son, and it was truly a memorable experience. A special thank you goes to Rakib from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he showed a genuine sense of care and interest in ensuring that both we and our baby were comfortable. His thoughtful service, warm attitude, and attention to the little details made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Rakib’s kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression on our family, and he is a true credit to the hotel.
