Best family staycation for my grandma and newborn
We had a wonderful stay at One&Only One Za’abeel with our family and our newborn son, and it was truly a memorable experience. A special thank you goes to Rakib from Housekeeping, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he showed a genuine sense of care and interest in ensuring that both we and our baby were comfortable. His thoughtful service, warm attitude, and attention to the little details made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Rakib’s kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression on our family, and he is a true credit to the hotel. Our staycation at One&Only was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality made us feel special. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The in-room dining experience was outstanding—the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable. A special thank you to Kareem and Monem for their exceptional service and kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and made our stay even more memorable. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations.
