We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my friend! Everything was great, from the welcoming atmosphere to the excellent service. A special shout-out to Emmanuel, Ronnie, and Duncan for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. They made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. It’s always a pleasure to meet staff who genuinely care about their guests and go the extra mile to make them feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. We look forward to visiting again!

A beautiful welcome and excellent hospitality! We had a lovely experience from the moment we arrived. Rick, from the Front Office team, assisted us with our check-in and was very friendly, professional, and attentive. He made the process easy and gave us a great first impression. We would also like to give special recognition to Karim, who welcomed us warmly in the lobby and looked after us so well. He served us delicious dates and a wonderful Arabic coffee, which was a beautiful touch and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Both Rick and Karim showed great hospitality and made our arrival memorable. Thank you for taking such good care of us — excellent service and a wonderful representation of genuine Arabic hospitality!

Iman was very kind, welcoming, and always had a lovely smile. He treated us so well and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. His friendly attitude really added to our experience. Thank you, Iman, for your excellent service🤍
