Our stay at One&Only One Za’abeel was truly exceptional and exceeded every expectation we had for our holiday in Dubai. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience felt thoughtful, luxurious, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa that made every morning and evening feel special. The design, comfort, and attention to detail were outstanding, and it was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible team. The staff and concierge were not only professional but also genuinely warm, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. Every interaction felt personal, and their dedication to guest experience is clearly something the hotel takes great pride in. The facilities were equally impressive. The pool area is stunning and a perfect place to unwind, while the restaurants are world-class. Dining at Nobu was a highlight of the trip — an amazing atmosphere with fantastic food and service. During our stay, Dubai unfortunately experienced security incidents involving drone attacks. In what could have been a stressful situation, the team at One&Only handled everything with remarkable calm, professionalism, and care. The hotel remained a place of peace and safety — we could not hear any drones and always felt secure inside the property. The staff communicated clearly, reassured guests, and supported everyone with great empathy. We were especially grateful for how flexible and accommodating the hotel was during this time. They kindly extended our room and assisted us throughout the situation, which made a huge difference and allowed us to focus on enjoying our stay despite the circumstances. We left feeling incredibly grateful — not only for the beauty of the hotel and its incredible amenities, but for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the people who work there. Thank you to the entire One&Only One Za’abeel team for turning our stay into such a memorable experience. We will absolutely be back.
