One&Only One Za'abeel Dubai

Our experience at One&Only One Za’abeel was truly wonderful. ✨ The hotel is incredibly luxurious, elegant, and beautifully designed, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout our visit. We also had the opportunity to dine at Culinara, and the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Mr. Tiago, Assistant General Manager, who was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. His warm approach made our experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a beautiful experience filled with wonderful memories. Definitely a place we would love to visit again! ❤️✨

Never even think about it !! Save your money as the service there is not worth it at all !! I give them a 1 star for the service starting from receptionists and ending with the breakfast buffet!! Horrible !!!!

The hotel was in a very good location. We got the room with view of Burj Khalifa. I was in a business trip, but the atmosphere of the hotel turns me in to holiday feelings. The room was very nice and clean. The service was excellent. The hotel assign staff to help and assist us. I would like to send my appreciation to Nicky, the host form hotel, for a great services.
