Amazing Service with a very nice atmosphere, like always Dubai offers the best Hotel service in the world. The team is great, especially in the lobby offering the best Arabic coffee by the best one Karim :).

The hotel itself is quite good, there are many interesting places and things to do. However, it is a very raw hotel, which significantly lowers your experience. Right after check-in, given that the next door to the technical room and the staff slammed it loudly every minute - and the staff was perfect, kindly providing a room of an upgrade with a whirlpool bath and a late check-out. However, when I decided to take a bath I got my leg damaged as the sharp panel in this bath was not fixed at all - just leaned and it was unnoticeable. When I wanted to take a bath, this panel simply fell on my leg and cut it through. A doctor quickly came and treated the leg, but I can neither take a bath nor swim - I had to leave early. Upon check-out, the staff did not even ask how my stay was (a russian speaking lady). I can't imagine this at the Jumeirah, Atlantis, or Address. A ruined weekend.

One&Only One Za'abeel Dubai Useless and pathetic - One and Only Zaabeel 1059368662 These guys have no clue what's going on.. Service is at an all time low.... They purport themselves to be a luxurious brand and property however their staff are mostly incompetent Breakfast, meagre selection and rock hard pastries... 2 staff , so u start at breakfast and finish at brunch and apparently the rock hard pastries are funny, as when I asked , it was laughed at... Then it takes 39 minutes to get some hard pillows, so they confused , pillows should be harder than pastries .. Shower pressure is like that of 1 star hotel and dare u complain, they they will do nothing about it . They promised they will then give you an excuse or bull story about 3 bars and what not, anyways , like this u can start Ur morning shower and by the time u done itl be evening Aircon was not working , at least they fixed that . Housekeeping is non existent, even when u have to call them back , they still useless at best. Cannot even pick pieces of paper from the floor , I mean imagine if that was their only job .. They have amenities, like a teepee setup for the kids and when u ask for same , they took incompetent to get it done , citing some miscommunication between their internal team. The manager, some Shabaan guy, then comes and ask to rectify all the issues and once again proves their incompetence further . . I'm confused, they weren't even busy and they so useless... Imagine if they were ... But either way we still paid for a service which we not receiving... Absolutely pathetic !!!!!

We had a great week staying at OOOZ in October and found that this hotel lives up to the high standard of this brand. The room was gorgeous and spacious. Housekeeping and concierge always available, helpful and having answers for everything. The hotel itself is very beautiful and that goes for pretty much all of its areas, the lobby, the breakfast area, the lounge area, the outdoor pool etc. We will be coming back for sure. The only thing I’d like different was the water pressure in the shower (needs to be a bit higher) and the pool should be managed a bit better during the time that Tapasake is closed - people staying in the hotel should always find a spot. Shouldn’t be a problem anymore but it was during our stay.

Great stay during a tough time for Dubai tourism but we were made to feel most welcome at One&Only Za Abeel. Thank you to the whole team who were lovely, helpful and caring from the doormen and women through to guest services on the phone, reception staff and beyond. The rooms are spacious, perfectly appointed with incredible views. An extra big thank you to the enthusiastic Diksha who requested a special mention for our lovely clean room every day….😊 Also Dinesh for delivering our laundry and Rowan at Andaliman for his excellent menu suggestions, Campari spritz solution and sweet service. No fault of the hotel as most of the restaurants were closed due to the lack of tourists but sad to miss our 20th wedding anniversary dinner at La Dame Pic. Our first heavenly Pic experience was at the original in Valence 20 yrs this year. Ahh life! The pool area also looks incredible but it rained daily so we popped over to the Louvre in Abu Dhabi - worth the drive - and enjoyed an excellent mani pedi at Sisters Beauty Lounge. Would definitely recommend O&O Za Abeel. Thx again for a lovely stay 🙏🏻
