No non-smoking policy.
We booked a day stay at the Garden Pool for my wife and me. The place looks beautiful, however, we had to leave early as soon as people started smoking next to the pool. After speaking with the staff, we were informed that the entire pool area is designated as a smoking area. Unfortunately it seems the priority has been given to smokers rather than families. As my wife is pregnant, we had no choice but to leave. Another family with a young child who were sitting near us also left. It's very disappointing that a venue positioning itself as family-friendly has no smoking restrictions within the facility.
