Poor customer service
As a travel agent I speak to many hotels around the world. Everyone of them is courteous and responsive to requests. However the O&O Zabeel is an exception. In this case I was checking for a personal stay for me and my wife for a special occasion. The response has been curt or none existent despite a polite reminder email, and thus I've given up and won't recommend this hotel to friends and clients. It's unusual for Dubai to not receive excellent service even more so at a brand such as O&O... A complete contrast to the response and tone received from The Address hotels...

I had the most amazing time at the One and Only Za’abeel Dubai hotel. I met amazing staff like Amir Khan from Nepal. Amir was so helpful, kind and polite. Amir went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time and experience while at the hotel. I really appreciate his hospitality and his willingness to make sure I had the best birthday possible. Thank you everyone at the hotel and thank you for the amazing hospitality. The best will always be my number one destination to visit. Viva UAE 🇦🇪
